六級模考活動總結(jié)

英語四六級模擬考試的活動一直是我們學習部的傳統(tǒng)活動，旨在提高我院同學的英語成績。這學期我們也是竭力去做好此次活動，但因為一些方面的原因，辦的不是很成功。

首先，我們是和恩波英語機構(gòu)聯(lián)系關(guān)于模考的事情。但因為恩波那邊并沒有給出足夠的誠意，比如一開始是只提供試卷而不提供講評，甚至后來開始對活動合作表現(xiàn)出不樂意，這一度讓我們非常為難。由于學院活動本來就很多，時間也很緊，再加上此次模擬考的通知基本上已經(jīng)通知下去了，會影響部門和學生會的正常工作。于是我們就又與恩波溝通，經(jīng)過多次電話聯(lián)系，最終達成了：恩波提供一套最新的模擬試卷，由我們自己聯(lián)系老師進行講評；我們的義務(wù)是下學期為恩波做一場講座。

試卷的事情算是解決了，但模擬考報名情況卻不太樂觀。雖然通過各方面進行了模考通知，但是報名的人數(shù)卻很少；最后還加上學生會內(nèi)部成員的報名。模擬考當天到場的同學也不是很多。我們分析有以下幾個原因：一是學校并未硬性要求英語六級的考級通過，同學們普遍對六級積極性不高；二是大一的同學四級考試在下學期，現(xiàn)在還沒有通過，所以對六級更是無暇考慮；再有就是可能與校科協(xié)舉辦四六級模考的時間差不多，這也間接導致報名人數(shù)的不足。

雖然有這些問題，但到了考試當天，我們還是很好地完成了工作，讓來參加考試的同學了解了六級考試的流程并積累了一些考場經(jīng)驗。之后，我們邀請了我校外國語學院的羅海燕老師為我們進行了試卷批改和講評，還講了一些六級考試的注意事項以及應(yīng)試技巧。總的來說，講座效果還是不錯的。

這次活動主要是交給部員們?nèi)ネ瓿傻模m然他們因為缺少經(jīng)驗引起了一些問題，但同時也鍛煉到了很多，比如協(xié)調(diào)處理問題的能力、對于突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)對能力等。這次活動幾乎每位部員都盡了力，無論是考場的布置、監(jiān)考和試卷的批改。同時，活動也存在一些不足：比如聯(lián)系教育機構(gòu)的事，以后就一定要盡早定下來，并盡快簽訂協(xié)議以確保活動的正常進行；有關(guān)報名，要加大宣傳力度，確保同學們都能知道，提高活動的參與度。通過這次的活動，相信下學期的英語四級六級的模考我們會完成得更好。

初三模考剛剛過去，化學成績雖與以往相比有一定提高。從班級成績看，1班平均64.71，主要集中在60-70之間，80以上7人，70-80間有7人，不及格13人其中低分3人；2班平均64.51，80以上4人，70-80間有10人，不及格12人其中低分1人。無論從學校還是家庭的要求來看，我們的工作還是是任重道遠。

一、學生現(xiàn)狀和考試情況分析

1、從學生的學習態(tài)度看，很多學生還沒有學習的緊迫感，甚至到現(xiàn)在還沒有明確的學習目標和動力，缺少學習的主動性，抱著無所謂，得過且過的態(tài)度，上課不聽，作業(yè)不做，所以學習成績可想而知了。

2、從考試反應(yīng)出的情況看，學生的基礎(chǔ)知識不夠扎實，特別是基本概念、化學用語、化學計算失分較多，一般有以下幾種情況：（1）根本不會。出現(xiàn)這種情況是對所考核的知識不熟知、不理解，沒有完全掌握，就更談不上會用。這就要從基礎(chǔ)知識入手補缺補漏，直到弄清搞懂，并通過一定量的練習達到（2）似會似不會。回答時沒有把握，帶有猜測的成分，出現(xiàn)這種情況是對考核的知識理解和掌握得不夠靈活。這就要注意知識的系統(tǒng)化、條理化以及彼此的關(guān)系，并加強開拓思路和解題能力的訓練。

3、審題不夠仔細，還有很多同學反應(yīng)明明是會的，但由于沒有看清題目要求而失分。出現(xiàn)這種情況一般是粗心大意，審題不準，有時持有“想當然”的做題態(tài)度。這就要在學習態(tài)度上多下工夫，克服粗心的習慣思維，養(yǎng)成科學、嚴謹?shù)膶W習態(tài)度。

4、理解能力、分析能力靈活應(yīng)用能力較差，特別是實驗題和探究題，再加上題目有一定難度，難以理解，所以很多同學讀不懂題目，不知如何答題。導致好多學生不能動筆，有的干脆就是空白。所以要加強解題訓練，要學會一題多用、多題一用，舉一反三。

5大部分學生沒有時間進行檢查，多數(shù)是剛好做完，有的學生來不及完成，最后只能草草了事，所以一些最明顯的錯誤也沒有能夠檢查。

二、教學反思與改進措施

根據(jù)以上的分析，我認為在今后的教學工作應(yīng)重點做好以下幾個方面：

1、加強與學生的交流和溝通，利用課前、課后、課余時間多與學生交流，幫助他們樹立信心，鼓勵他們努力學習，改進方法，提高成績。

2、教學過程中應(yīng)從基礎(chǔ)知識入手，突出知識重點，構(gòu)建知識體系。不可只注重資料，忽視教材研究，挖掘教材；同時也不只注重題海戰(zhàn)術(shù)，而應(yīng)把著眼點放在做題選題上，加強原題研究、變式和改變，同時注重規(guī)范訓練（化學用語規(guī)范、書寫認真、語言科學規(guī)范、邏輯嚴密、答題條理、計算題解題步驟規(guī)范等）。同時我們已經(jīng)將教學內(nèi)容和重點知識匯編成冊，以便于學生復(fù)習，下階段主要抓復(fù)習的落實和檢測。

3、精心設(shè)計課堂教學的流程，教學內(nèi)容不在于多，而要精。教學中多創(chuàng)設(shè)一些情境，要從學情出發(fā)，調(diào)動學生參與學習的積極性。加強教學中各個環(huán)節(jié)的落實。課堂復(fù)習，作業(yè)批改，試卷講解，疑難解答等環(huán)節(jié)注重實效，有效改善學生的學習能力。課堂復(fù)習多關(guān)注在分數(shù)段邊緣的學生；作業(yè)批改做到隨做隨批，盡量面批；試卷講解注重分析錯誤原因、把握學生失分情況，及時掌握學生動態(tài)。

4、教給學生必要的解題及答題技巧，幫助學生找到自己知識體系中存在的漏洞和缺陷，如方法運用上的不當，書寫或語言表述上的不科學、不準確??同時拓寬學生的知識面，同時加強對教學內(nèi)容的反思，特別是課堂上，留一定時間讓學生提問、反思和消化。相信通過我們的努力，一定能取得更滿意的成績。

第四篇：英語四、六級經(jīng)驗交流會活動總結(jié)

英語四六級經(jīng)驗交流會

----活動總結(jié)

11月16日晚7點建筑工程學院在B101舉行了“英語四六級經(jīng)驗交流會”。英語四、六級考試一直是一個令廣大同學頭疼的問題,因此我們學院特舉辦了此次英語四、六級考試經(jīng)驗交流會。我們很榮幸的邀請到了具有多年教學經(jīng)驗的外國語學院的老師進行了指導，同時邀請了08級英語四、六級成績優(yōu)秀學生介紹自己的備考戰(zhàn)略。舉辦此次活動詣在提高同學們的四六級通過率，幫助同學們解決學習中遇到的問題，增強同學們面對四六級的信心。

一、活動簡介

1、活動規(guī)模：

本次活動于11月16日晚上7：00準時在B101舉辦，參加活動主要是2008、2009級學生。

2、活動時間及場地安排：

活動于7:00開始，9:00結(jié)束。11月8日學習部開始策劃本次活動活動，11月16日活動圓滿完成。11月13日場地申請工作完成。由于活動對象比較集中，活動地點定在B101。多媒體教室的音響效果比較好，也有利于教師運用PPT講課，更加生動、形象，提高同學們的積極性。

3、分工負責：

在本次活動中，學習部負責申請教室、通知2008、2009級學生活

動的活動時間等工作；辦公室負責音響設(shè)備安排工作；宣傳部負責制作活動的展板以及活動現(xiàn)場的教室黑板的設(shè)計；紀檢部負責檢查到場情況，維持活動秩序的工作；新聞小組負責活動攝影工作；助學部負責給嘉賓送礦泉水的工作，活動的圓滿完成，離不開學生會各個部門的分工合作。

4、邀請嘉賓：

活動的主持人是我院在“在推新人“大賽中獲得較好成績的王曉彤，而嘉賓則是邀請了具有多年教學經(jīng)驗的黃老師，以及大三四六級考試成績在500以上的學長、學姐。

二、活動流程：

此次活動主要是針對09級的四級考試，其次是08級的六級考試而策劃的。活動之前我們通過宣傳板做了宣傳，在活動舉辦的前一天又通過學習委員將信息傳達給同學們。這次來參加活動的同學基本上全是09級的，相對于08級的還是比較積極點的。

活動開始主持人介紹了出席此次活動的外國語學院老師和學生嘉賓，并介紹了此次活動內(nèi)容和活動展望。接著由外國語學院老師詳細的給同學們剖析四級和六級考試，復(fù)習重點以及如何復(fù)習，指導同學們針對某一題型分類練習，模擬題要整套做，并教導同學們在做閱讀理解和快速閱讀時要注意每段的開頭和結(jié)尾。

緊接著學生嘉賓向同學們介紹了他們以前備考四六級時候的戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)驗，并指導我們在接下來的一個月內(nèi)該如何更大程度的提高我們的成績。

在老師和學生嘉賓講解完后，不少同學根據(jù)自己的實際情況提出了自己學習中遇到的問題，老師和學生嘉賓一一作了詳細的回答。活動結(jié)束后，我們的嘉賓都留下了自己的聯(lián)系方式，以備同學們有問題，但不好意思當面請教，可以單獨聯(lián)系嘉賓請教不懂得問題。

最后主持人致結(jié)束語并再次感謝老師和學生嘉賓的出席。

三、活動的效果：

活動現(xiàn)場，同學們都積極在聽老師的講解，現(xiàn)場同學都很積極的提問問題；在活動開始的時候，我們的黃芳老師提問同學們希望以英語的形式還是以漢語的形式講解的時候；同學們覺得既然是英語交流會，最好以英語的形式進行講解，黃芳老師采取了大家的意見，交流的時候大家盡量說英語，遇到較難的地方，老師就用漢語進行詳細的講解，活動現(xiàn)場氣氛很歡快。由于嘉賓留下了聯(lián)系方式，活動的嘉賓們反映很多同學都積極地與他們聯(lián)系，根據(jù)自己的情況，提出了相關(guān)的問題。

四、活動的不足：

1、活動之前把各項工作分配下去了，但部分工作沒有落實到位，造成了部分的活動工作及時完成，弄的很被動的局面，幸好學習部部長及時將出現(xiàn)的問題一一解決，使得經(jīng)驗交流會準時在7:00開始，而又沒有影響活動的效果。

2、我們認為邀請的嘉賓會準時到位，個別學生嘉賓在活動開始前突然有事不能參加四六級經(jīng)驗交流會，由于我們沒有想到這種情況，所以沒有備用嘉賓，只能是少一個嘉賓的情況下進行；以后我們

一定會認真落實到位，在活動策劃時，盡量想到所有的突發(fā)情況，如安排備用嘉賓，以備臨時突發(fā)事件的發(fā)生。

3、個別班級干部沒有按要求通知本班同學提前到場，造成活動快開始時來的同學較少少，會場秩序有點混亂。這說明我們學習部需要對學員的學習委員進行培訓，以提高學習委員的責任心，在學習委員例會上提高學習委員的素質(zhì)。

我院現(xiàn)在處于學風建設(shè)學期，我部將盡量舉辦更多更好的保質(zhì)保量的活動，以加強我院的學風建設(shè)，為更多的同學服務(wù)。
