一．求職信的格式要求簡介

英文求職信怎么寫? 英文求職信的格式有哪些? 如果你想應聘外企或是與英文相關(guān)的工作，備一份英文求職信是很有必要的。

求職信的英文名稱是Application Letter。它通常分為幾種類型，包括索取公司應聘申請表及詳細資料的不帶簡歷的求職信，附簡歷的應聘性求職信，試探性求職信等等。遞交求職信的目的是用求職信來吸引閱讀者，而不是一種形式或習慣。打開裝有求職信的信封，首先看到的就是求職信，它是對應聘者個性的展示，想象一下，如果對方看到的是連折疊都不齊整的信紙，還有好心情看下去嗎? 而結(jié)構(gòu)松散的信會讓人覺得寫信者條理不清晰。語法拼寫或標點的錯誤太多，則會讓人覺得此人辦事容易出錯，對工作不負責任，公司是不會聘用這樣的人的。通常一封求職信的閱讀時間是30秒，在這30秒內(nèi)能體現(xiàn)的實際上是你的風格。而每一個公司都喜歡聘用專業(yè)作風很強的有能力的員工。

在招聘廣告中，常要求有意申請者可致電或致函索取公司的申請表格。索取這類申請表格的求職信一般都比較簡短，格式參照范例。得到申請表格后，仔細填寫后一般與簡歷一起交給公司。申請表格的填寫：

1.附簡歷的應征求職信具有向招聘者說明簡歷和具體求職內(nèi)容的作用。簡歷中你已經(jīng)將自己的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷或教育情況列表說明了，在求職信里就應著重表達自己的意見。在求職信里要簡短地對簡歷中提到的與應聘職位有關(guān)的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷和技能加以說明。但是，只是簡單的重復簡歷里的內(nèi)容是不夠的。要把簡歷里沒有的內(nèi)容充分添加進去，顯示出與其他應聘者的差別。你需要表達的觀點是：渴望、確信、真誠。在第一段里，陳述你渴望得到這個空缺職位，第二段說明你已了解這項工作和公司的要求，說明你為什么認為你符合它們的招聘條件。

第三段講清你本人希望在何時面試，何時可以上班。第四段采用能使公司相信你對這項工作真正有興趣的語句結(jié)束這封信。

典型的求職信格式是：你的地址寫在信紙的右上方，地址下面是寫信日期。信紙左上角要寫上接受你求職信的人的姓名和尊稱其下面是該公司的名稱和地址。再下面就是招聘廣告中給出的其他相關(guān)代碼。

2.試探性的求職信是你主動發(fā)給你感興趣的公司的，這類希望渺茫的卻經(jīng)常能出人意

料的取得成功，因為這種申請求職的方法表現(xiàn)出了申請人本身的能力、勇氣和激情。

試探性求職申請信應該簡潔，講清楚你對該公司感興趣的原因，寫明你具備的資格以及你認為會引起該公司注意的任何品德。郵寄申請信時，要把個人簡歷也一起寄去。你還需要知道公司里人事經(jīng)理或部門經(jīng)理的名字，把直接信寄給他會更有效一些。

可能在很長的一段時間里，你收不到任何回音，那么可以斷定該公司目前沒有你申請的空缺職位。

二、作業(yè)：一封英文求職信（80-100字，下周二課前交）

要求：請根據(jù)自己實際在讀的專業(yè)（法律文秘、電子商務、廣告設計與制作、裝潢藝術(shù)設計）寫一篇言簡意賅的試探性求職申請信。

第一段，寫明你希望應聘的崗位(1-2句話）；

第二段，簡明扼要陳述你的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢、英語水平、其它相關(guān)能力或強項（3-5句話）；

第三段，表達你本人希望有面試機會（1句話）；

第四段,表達自信心、迫切期望、或致謝的結(jié)束語或客套語（1-2句話）。
