寫作任務(wù):

新學(xué)期,你們學(xué)校新創(chuàng)辦的一份英文校刊需要一批學(xué)生小記者。假如你叫王英,想成為校刊的一名小記者。請(qǐng)根據(jù)下面的問題合理展開想象,給校刊主管人Mr.Zhang寫一封自薦信。

寫作分析:

這篇習(xí)作是一篇應(yīng)用文,要求寫一封自薦信。因此看到這樣的寫作任務(wù)時(shí),要從三點(diǎn)出發(fā):

一、信件格式接下來幾期我們還要遇到一系列關(guān)于書信的不同形式的寫作任務(wù),所以這一期我們先復(fù)習(xí)一下書信的格式:

◆信頭:指發(fā)信人的地址和寫信日期,寫在信紙的右上角。地址的寫法與漢語(yǔ)不同,要先寫小地點(diǎn),后寫大地點(diǎn)。在地址的下面寫日期,日期的順序是:月、日、年或日、月、年。如:August 19th, XX / 19th August XX。

◆稱呼:指對(duì)收信人的稱呼,寫在信頭之下,從信紙的左邊開始。要注意英文的稱呼后面是“逗號(hào)”,而不是“冒號(hào)”。

◆信的正文:從稱呼的下一行由左邊第三個(gè)或第五個(gè)字母開始寫。◆結(jié)束語(yǔ):指正文下面的結(jié)尾客套話。
