Your cover letter may make the difference between obtaining a job interview and having your resume ignored.Even if an employer doesn’t request a cover letter, it’s helpful to send one.求職信將決定你是能得到面試機(jī)會(huì)還是讓你的簡歷被石沉大海。即使雇主沒有要求求職信，附上一封也會(huì)有所幫助的。

Target your cover letter.有的放矢地制作求職信。
