正方一辯：世界有四大洋、七大洲、169個國家和2000多個民族，然而這其中卻沒有任何

兩個是相同的，每種文化都有其獨特的起源、演變、發展和形式，有的文化在歷史進程中逐漸消磨，沉入河底，如瑪雅文化、巴比倫文化，但是也有的得以繼承和發揚光大，例如我們偉大的中華文明，因為歷史的經驗表明，文化只有通過不同種族的融合吸收，才能煥發其蓬勃的生命力，我們中國文明之所以能夠光芒萬丈，正是因為融匯包含了56個民族多姿多彩的民族文化，取眾所長，共同進步。因此，我方認為，不同文化之間應該融入彼此。

反方一辯：法國人有浪漫情懷，美國人有務實主義，英國人一派紳士風度，意大利盛產藝術

家，德國人謹慎守時，日本人刻板認真，而我們中國人，則一向是勤奮而智慧，這些不同國家的人們之所以有著截然不同的獨特性格，就因為是來自不同文化的孕育和滋養，也正是這多姿多彩的文化構成了這個紛雜美麗的世界。試想，假如全人類都長著一樣的臉龐，一樣的膚色，說著一樣的語言，過著一樣的生活，這將是怎樣一個令人窒息的世界。所以，我方觀點是不同文化應該保持其特色。

反方二辯：對方三辯，最近富士康連跳事件震驚社會，輿論分析說是外國的管理文化同中國的傳統文化發生了沖突，請問你怎么解釋？

正方三辯：您的問題確實很時下。首先，對于外企，人們或許需要一個大心臟。其次，如果

外國的管理文化能夠同中國的文化背景相互融合和適應，我想，這樣的慘劇就不會發生了，這恰恰說明了文化融合的重要性。謝謝。

正方二辯：如果文化必須保持其原有的特色，那么我請問對方二辯，香港被英國文化駐扎了

百十年，當香港回家時，它就無法與母親文化融合了嗎？

正方二辯：誰說融入彼此就非得是同化？同化是什么，是強制你忘記你的文化，而接受我的，是一種洗腦，就像可惡的日本鬼子們干的那樣。但是融入彼此，是取其精華，去其糟粕，有所創新，有所進步。

反方二辯：那好，如您所說，文化融合是互相學習，當今我們國家的年輕人，確確實實有一

種學習外國尤其是歐美國家的熱潮，比如節日，年輕人那么熱衷于情人節、愚人節、圣誕節，卻忘記了自己民族的七夕節、清明節、端午節，這難道不可悲？

正方三辯：但是我想提醒對方辯友注意，您所說的現象并不能說我們的年輕人就忘了自己的節日，我們的文化就失去了自己的特性，這只是年輕的好奇心在起作用罷了，畢竟新事物是有一定的吸引力。

反方三辯：那好，我舉一個時下的例子。戲曲，無疑是我們中華文化的國粹，曾經紅極一時，可是現在呢，我們的孩子更多的去學小提琴、鋼琴等等的西洋樂器，我們自己的特色音樂早已無人問津，敢問在座的同學們在中央11套上花過多少時間呢？

正方四辯：我不得不說您的眼光實在狹隘，至少我就是一個戲曲愛好者，也經常陪著我的爺

爺奶奶在家看中央11套。恐怕您也不知道，很多年輕的音樂人深愛著我們的戲曲，他們正在努力在戲曲中加入現代元素，融合流行音樂等等，或許我可以為您推薦一些。反方四辯：那我要謝謝你了。音樂是能夠融合的，你可以用戲曲里那些多種多樣精妙復雜的唱腔唱出我愛你你愛我的主題，也或許會被人接受。但是我請問，我們原汁原味的戲曲怎么辦，放在哪里，被這些混血代替嗎？

正方四辯：首先我想指出對方辯友的一點失誤，針對我們提出的有關例子，對方辯友一直在說文化無法融合，卻忽略了證明自己的觀點，即文化要保持特色，我們看不到有關的陳說和解釋。其次我們知道，文化的發展和進步離不開其周圍的地域、風情、歷史條件等諸多因素，所以文化的發展程度是不同的，不同文化之間就需要互相吸收借鑒，同處一個星球，民族之間不必自私，只有相互融合，才能謀求共同進步。

關于舉辦第十六屆“外研社﹒亞馬遜杯”全國大學生英語辯論賽

湖北大學選拔賽的通知

為進一步加強高校校園文化建設，引導和幫助廣大青年學生強化學習意識、培養國際眼光，提高獨立思考、語言表達、組織協調等方面能力，團中央學校部、全國學聯秘書處、北京外國語大學將于近期聯合組織開展第十六屆“外研社﹒亞馬遜杯”全國大學生英語辯論賽。湖北大學選拔賽的具體事宜通知如下。

一、組織機構

主辦單位：共青團湖北大學委員會

承辦單位：湖北大學英語外國語學院

二、參賽對象

湖北大學中國籍本科在校生，專業、年級不限（注：在往屆“外研社杯”全國大學生英語辯論賽及“CCTV杯”全國英語演講比賽中獲得出國獎項的選手，不能再次參賽）。

四、報名方式

報名的同學按兩人一組的方式，下載附件中的報名表，將報名表填寫完成后發送至報名郵箱：hubu_charlene@126.com.報名郵件主題格式為“辯手1學院、姓名+辯手2學院、姓名”。

六、比賽賽制

初賽：

初賽采用英國議會制辯論的方式進行，采用的是積分循環賽制。選出8支隊伍參加復賽。

復賽：

復賽采用英國議會制辯論的方式進行，采用的是積分循環賽制。選出4支隊伍參加決賽。

決賽：

決賽采用英國議會制辯論方式，根據各隊的得分最終決出冠亞季軍，冠軍隊伍將代表湖北大學參加華中地區總決賽。

*選拔賽基于同隊兩名辯手的綜合得分進行考量，即可能出現一人得分很高但另一人表現不佳，而兩人同時被淘汰的情況。

七、獎項設置

湖北大學選拔賽設冠軍隊一支，亞軍隊一支，季軍隊二支，最佳辯手獎一名，最佳語音獎一名，最佳臺風獎一名，最佳表現力獎一名。

以上獎項均將提供由團中央、全國學聯、北京外國語大學聯合提供的證書及獎品，并可進入辯論賽人才庫，還將有機會獲得國內外知名企業的實習和面試機會。

本次比賽是由團中央、全國學聯、北京外國語大學聯合主辦，外研社、中國教育電視臺共同承辦的全國性賽事。全國決賽獲獎者由組委會全額資助，選擇參加世界大學生英文辯論賽、澳亞大學生英文辯論賽、全亞大學生英文辯論賽以及赴韓國等地的國際文化交流活動。

CET-4 is a qualified criterion to many students in university.Qualified as a contemporary college students, excellent English language skills are essential.So far, the standards of CET-4 are also being recognized as judgment to judge the best English students in a more reasonable way.It is good to enhance students learning English, help enterprises to find the right people, to speed up the pace of internationalization.Therefore, we must insist that the CET-4 can not be canceled 反方三辯：四級考試雖然有助于更多學生掌握一門技能，但是大學英語四級畢竟只是一個考試，并不能體現更多實際的東西，過分得看著大學英語四級的重要性使人們忽略了專業能力的提高和一味追求英語應試能力，這對于整個社會的發展必將造成不利影響，而最終實際的英語英語和交際水平并未有更多的提高，這種措施與其有還不如沒有，因此，我方堅持認為大學英語四級應該取消。

Although the CET-4 test help more students master a skill, However, CET-4 is only a test and can not reflect the more practical things.Stressed on this English test make our students ignore the importance of professional capabilities and master the ability to blinding pursue the English exam, This is the development of society that affect the final actual level of English skills and the

communication between us has not been more improved.Such measures are not as good as its no existence, therefore, we must insist that the CET-4 should be abolished.

第五篇：英語辯論賽

唇槍舌戰展風采，爭鋒相對辯天下 ——寢室文化節系列活動之英語辯論賽

11月9日晚，寢室文化節系列活動開幕式暨英語辯論賽在第五教學樓504、505教室隆重舉行，參加本次比賽的21個寢室的成員將與對手展開一場唇槍舌戰。來自研一以及研二的評委也秉著公平公正的態度為各隊參賽選手打分。

比賽開始之前，主持人向大家介紹了辯論賽的整個流程：首先由正方一辯陳詞立論，時間為一分半鐘，然后反方二辯對正方一辯盤問，時間為一分鐘，正方只回答不提問。然后輪到反方。接著進入自由辯論階段，時間總共為三分鐘，由反方任何一位辯手開始，雙方輪流發言，直至時間用完。最后雙方各有一分鐘時間總結自己觀點，反駁對方觀點。

比賽的第一場戰火很快被點燃。繼正方慷慨激昂的陳詞立論后，反方立即提出了犀利的問題請正方辯解。在隨后的環節中，雙方更是爭鋒相對、步步緊逼，現場氣氛迅速升溫，達到了白熱化階段。比賽繼續進行，進入自由辯論環節。反方辯手們精辟巧妙的措辭，展現出咄咄逼人的氣勢。正方辯手也毫不示弱，他們通過多重角度論證了己方的觀點。在最后總結陳詞的環節，正反雙方辯手清晰的思路和純正流利的英語給觀眾留下了深刻的印象。

之后各組辯論的激烈程度絕不亞于第一組，雙方勝負難辨，精彩絕倫。每支隊伍的表現都相當出色，展示了當代研究生看問題的角度、思考問題的方式以及隨機應變的能力。最后，橘園十舍212的同學以26.5的好成績取得勝利。

辯論賽結束后，在座的評委對每一個隊伍的優缺點做了點評，使在場的參賽選手和觀眾都受益匪淺。
