(二)、“軟文化”的建設——創意班級文化活動

①、開展星級創建

可以開展了星級宿舍、星級小組、星級學生創建活動,學生自己動腦筋,想辦法,自籌資金,對照標準,自我設計,展開競賽。不僅培養了學生動腦動手能力,培養了學生高尚的審美情趣,也在無形中培養了學生集體主義觀念和榮譽感。

②、建設班級博客
