2014-2015學年第一學期工作計劃

大學英語是全院的公共基礎課，大英高職系在2014—2015學年第一個學期，按照學院工作思路和目標要求，以建設高水平應用型大學及迎接省巡視診斷工作為契機，以整體推進素質教育為核心，以課堂教學改革為重點，以現代教育技術為依托，以課題研究為抓手，發揮好教研的先導作用，深入開展教學科研活動，為我校向應用型大學轉型及培養勝任所學專業的優秀的高職高專的人才培養而不懈努力。

一、教學教研工作任務：

1、確保定期召開例會，做到每次會議有主題、有討論、有結果、有記錄，會后有行動、有實施。所有教師進行專門的教學研討座談，談如何提高英語課的教學效果，如何提高學生對英語的興趣，如何開辟第二課堂等，大家可以談自己的教學方法、教學經驗、心得體會，互相幫助共同提高。

2、抓好同頭備課組建設，多指導、多督促，做好集體備課和獨立備課的結合，鼓勵大家互相聽課評課。注重互幫互學同進步，針對本部門青年教師居多的特點，要求多聽課，多交流，多爭取其他老師的指導，并積極參加校內外各項教學業務培訓活動，不斷鍛煉自己，提高自己。

3、要求各位任課教師嚴格遵守學校的教學常規要求，備好每節課，按時到崗，上課時帶上教材大綱教案教師工作手冊以及教學計劃進度表和學生記分冊，嚴肅對待課堂教學、嚴格要求課堂教學秩序，不能對課堂不良行為的存在熟視無睹。課堂上如有缺勤或者其他違紀現象，任課教師有責任盡快將信息反饋給輔導員或教學科管理部門，協助學生管理工作，以便共同有力地保障課堂教學秩序和效果。

4、各教師立足本學科陣地，扎實推進課程改革，徹底轉變教育觀念。在教學過程中要加強創新意識，用課程教學改革的理念武裝自己的頭腦，把課程改革的理念貫徹落實在平時的課堂教學之中；要優化教學過程，注重提高課堂效率，端正教學思想，改進教學方法，做到在練習中學英語，在使用中學英語，在活動

中學英語，想方設法創設語言情景，加強朗讀及閱讀訓練，培養語感，增強文化意識，盡可能讓學生學到道地的英語，為培養學生的英語運用能力作貢獻。

5、教學和科研兩手抓，在完成教學任務的同時，組織教師申報課題、撰寫論文、參加英語教案及教學課件比賽等，以此來進一步的提高大學英語告知系教師的業務水平，從而提高教學質量。

二、本學期主要工作：

1，修訂教學大綱，制定教學計劃及教學進度表。

2，做好2013-2014學年第二學期期末考試的補考及閱卷工作。

3，復查近三年的期末試卷，做好各種教學材料的完備和歸檔。

4，研討并組織老師開展高職英語教學的改革。

5，組織高職學生參加外研杯大學英語演講比賽。

6，觀摩教學，教師間進行教學方法討論、交流。

7，組織做好2014年12月份的大學英語應用能力B級考試輔導工作。8，組織一次全院高職學生的寫作大賽。

9，做好2014-2015學年第一學期的期末考試命題閱卷工作。

10，組織鼓勵教師參加各種形式的教師業務培訓。

總之，在新的一學期里，我們大英高職系要團結努力，共同奮斗，做好我們的每一項工作，使本部門成為充滿生機活力、蓬勃向上、奮力進取的集體，為實現創建一流的應用型大學而努力！

大英中學12級3班下學期工作計劃

又是新的一學期就要開始了，區別于以前的工作計劃，現在我已經獨立帶班有一年有余了，首先對于自己從學生轉變為老師這個身份有一定的適應，不論是心態上還是思考問題的方式以及對待學生的態度、處事的方式上都有或多或少的改變，對于學生工作和學校的日常行政工作都有了大致的了解，所以這次在寫學期工作計劃的時候就不會感覺空洞、虛幻、飄渺。經過一年有余的摸索與實踐，不論是坐在辦公室里面對一個或十幾個學生乃至學生家長站在還是站在講臺上面對幾十個或幾百個學生，還是，我不再像曾經那么慌張，那么膽怯，內心逐漸強大，不再擔心對方比我高，比我年長或可能是某位有頭有臉的高官。也不再緊張到攥緊自己的拳頭，經過這一年有余的摸索我發現要做一個好老師，一個好輔導員不是一朝一夕就可以練成的，它不僅是一項技術，更是一門藝術——可望而不可即啊！

一、班級情況分析

從上學期的各方面情況來看，自己所帶班級總體還是不錯的——班風積極健康向上，學生思維活躍，班干部的工作能力有很大提高，大部分學生已經逐漸養成良好的學習習慣，但是仍不排除少數一些自控力較差的學生。本學期仍應進一步培養學生良好的學習習慣，爭取引導個別學生有明顯進步，順利迎接畢業班的嚴峻考驗。大膽放手讓學生自己干力所能及的事，并做好組織引導工作，最大程度的去營造

一個團結、積極、先進的班集體，所以本學期的班級工作目標如下：

1．進一步培養良好的行為習慣和學習習慣。

2．鞏固良好班風，完善班級管理制度，做到“人人有事做，事事有人做”，凝聚挖掘班級各方力量，提高班級整體水平。

3．加強學風建設，培養學習興趣，明確學習重要性，注重學法指導，提高學習效率。

4．與學生融洽相處，建立“亦師亦友”的良好的師生關系。為達到制定的一系列目標我將采取的具體措施主要從如下幾個方面入手：

（一）思想教育：

1．鑒于學生快畢業的實際情況，及時主動的給學生灌輸找工作的思想，在課堂上和私下里都應該隨時給學生傳達一些工作資訊。

2．每月召開一次班干部會議，及時了解班級情況，做好班干部的培養工作。

3．多了解關心特殊群體的學生，努力開導某些心理不夠健全的學生，尤其在找工作，畢業等敏感時期盡力做好“心理專家”和“引導者”。

4．適時開展畢業季畢業生心理專題會，及時讓已經實習過，工作過的同級同學分享自己找工作的一些心得體會。教育網,完全免費]

（二）常規工作：

1．適當調整班干部組織，每半個月舉行一次班干部會議并做好記錄。鼓勵班干部積極主動并創造性地處理班內事務，培養工作能力。

2.作好班級寢室美化布置工作，營造學風濃郁，充滿青春朝氣的班級氛圍。

（三）學風建設：

1．，加強與各任課老師的聯系，抓好各門學科的聯系工作。

2．由學習委員帶頭學科骨干負責，做好“后進生”轉化工作。

3．加強對學生綜合能力的培養，積極培養學生的創造精神，開展形式多樣的活動，如知識競賽、讀書交流會、辯論會等。

4．加強自主作業時的自主管理。

二、在個人教學工作方面。

我應該不斷學習，不斷充實和完善自己。因為要成為一名優秀教師，除了要具備良好的思想品德和高尚的道德情操，還需要具備較高水平的業務技能。向老教師學，向優秀教師學。教師肩負著教書育人的雙重任務，要想出色地完成任務，我不僅要具備精深的專業知識，還要廣泛涉獵其他相鄰學科的知識領域，用豐富的知識武裝自己的頭腦。隨著時代的前進，學生對教師的要求越來越高，加之新課程改革地推行，也開始呼喚新時代的新型教師。因此，為了能夠更好地完成本職工作，無愧于學生、家長及社會的期望，無愧于人民教師的光榮稱號，在以后的工作中，我要不斷學習，努力提高自己的專業知識和專業素養，豐厚自己的積淀，盡快提高教學水平。使自己在業務上、思想上適應時代的發展需求，能夠與時俱進、勇于創新，做一名創新型、科研型教師。要想給學生一杯水，我必須有一個源源不斷的水源，那就是學習。

當然在教學與學生管理的工作中，最重要的不是計劃，而是怎樣貫徹和實行自己的計劃，而這份計劃同時又是我的工作目標。在這些過程中難免遇到很多挫折和困難，但是我一定要嚴格要求自己，不斷學習、完善和改進自己的工作，爭取合格的甚至是超額完成自己制定的計劃和目標，做到無愧于心，無愧于教師這一神圣的職業!
