現行的外貿溝通方式,大家主要是在用:電子郵件來和客人進行溝通的。我在這里就很多人常常不知道怎樣寫好第一封推銷電郵給買家,及怎樣來回復買家的查詢郵件做些文字說明。

第一封外貿推銷郵件在外貿業務中可能就如我們和陌生人交往時彼此之間留下的第一印象。有些人就能夠給別人留下好印象,有些人給別人留下不好印象。這印象好與壞,其實我們每個人只要真正注意,也能夠做到完滿的結局。

那么,我們第一次和陌生人的買家郵件交往中怎樣能給買家帶來好的印象呢?我想,我們要做好這個最重要的準備工作:對自己的產品要百分百熟悉,特別是自己要推銷的某種新產品,對其必須要做全方位的深入了解。我們不妨問這些問題:這次我們要給買家介紹的是何種產品及推銷該產品的哪個賣點?我們的賣點會不會是很多同行都在推銷的?我們的賣點是不是現在這個客人需要的?或會不會是客人未來需要的?然后再來電函寫作。在知道這些問題答案后,我們下面來研究寫第一封英文函電時要注意哪些細節,哪些是比較適用的,有效的方法。

寫第一封英文函電,首先我們必須有個好的標題。吸引買家注意的標題,這樣買家才有可能打開看我們的郵件。就象我們第一次和人見面,要將自己裝扮的漂亮點,帥一點,精神點一樣,來吸引大家。哪些標題才算吸引人,我想大家不妨去看看Yahoo上的產品推銷廣告(其實很多英文網站都可以看到),看看人家老外用何種標題來推銷他們的產品的。仔細研究一下,我想就知道了。很簡單,只要我們COPY他們自己習慣的做法就OK。

其次我們必須簡單扼要,一目了然。推銷的文字不要多,不要太長。記住:越簡單越好。簡單最美。但是不要因為簡單而忘記自己產品的賣點。通常我們是這樣來寫的:

第一段:簡明扼要的告訴客人我們怎樣得知他需求信息,最好是一句話就

OK。

第二段:簡單扼要的告訴客人我們是該產品的專業生產商或供應商,我們有上乘質量及具有競爭力的價格。現特別推薦我們的新產品,暢銷的一品種來給客人。最多不要超過兩句話。

第三段:詳細地描述所推薦產品,越全面越好。通常是對產品品名,性能,材料,FOB/CIF價格,產品規格,包裝規格,技術參數,付款方式,生產時間,樣品提供情況等每一環節要做詳細介紹,但也不能太累贅。

第四段:希望能夠得到客人的評價及回復,如有任何疑問,歡迎隨時溝通,我們便在第一時間給予客人的回復。最好是一句話。

第五段:一句話,那就是我們公司的詳細聯系方式,最好含有公司的電子郵件地址,公司的網頁。方便客人更好回復及更多對我們的了解。

其實我也還是做外貿就10月左右,所以經驗什么的都不是很成熟,在總結自己的同時還希望幫到比我還新的朋友,前輩不要拍我板磚哦。

發開發信要先找到郵箱,至于找郵箱呢,我覺得至今用的比較順手的是各國郵箱的后綴(自己搜一下,太長了不好發上來)和一些好的黃頁,有些朋友反映用郵箱后綴找不到,那是因為你要分析一下你們的產品在哪里很暢銷,用的比較多。比如我們的產品水井管在沙特等中東產石油的地方用的多,那么就那些國建的公共郵箱后綴,搜出來比較多。其實我覺得開發信這個東西就像我們國內做電話銷售一樣,我想每個外貿人都很討厭每天一大堆的網絡推廣電話,我想老外和我們應該是一樣的心情。所以我覺得做外貿的不容易的,每天辛辛苦苦找郵箱發開發信息,而且還被人討厭,看都沒看就刪了。有的說喜歡簡短的開發信,有的喜歡有點專業性的比較長一點開發信,至于到底怎么樣,我有兩種版本經常換著發,要多多準備幾封進行追蹤,郵箱最好設上閱讀回執,對有閱讀回執的郵件進行追蹤,幾
