關(guān)于組織小學(xué)生英語口語測(cè)試的安排

鄉(xiāng)屬各小學(xué)：

2011-2012學(xué)年第一學(xué)期教學(xué)工作已進(jìn)入尾聲，為促進(jìn)小學(xué)生英語綜合語言運(yùn)用能力的提高，強(qiáng)化小學(xué)英語過程性評(píng)價(jià)，根據(jù)《吳忠市區(qū)小學(xué)生英語學(xué)業(yè)水平評(píng)價(jià)意見》和教研室教學(xué)質(zhì)量調(diào)研會(huì)議精神，本學(xué)期小學(xué)3-6年級(jí)英語口語測(cè)試工作由中心學(xué)校自行組織，經(jīng)學(xué)校行政會(huì)議研究決定，于2011年12月5--8日進(jìn)行小學(xué)生英語口語測(cè)試，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事宜安排如下：

一、測(cè)試時(shí)間：12月5---8日

5日下午：八小

6日上午：十四小；下午：三小。

7日上午：四小；下午：龍一

8日上午：龍二

二、測(cè)試年級(jí)：臨時(shí)通知

三、測(cè)試辦法：從抽測(cè)年級(jí)各班隨機(jī)平均抽取若干名學(xué)生，抽簽測(cè)試。

四、測(cè)試內(nèi)容：以本學(xué)期教學(xué)內(nèi)容為主，只作適當(dāng)擴(kuò)展。

五、測(cè)試進(jìn)度：Module 1 — Module 8

六、測(cè)試形式：參照《評(píng)價(jià)意見》及【口試樣題】。

七、測(cè)試安排：各村小的準(zhǔn)備工作同往年完全相同。

八．測(cè)試人員：由中心學(xué)校教務(wù)主任、英語教研員與選聘的測(cè)試教師

2009年吳忠市區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼實(shí)施方案

為賞徹落實(shí)“中央一號(hào)”文件及自治區(qū)農(nóng)村工作會(huì)議精神，推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)，進(jìn)一步做好市區(qū)2009年農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作，根據(jù)《寧更回族自治區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼資金使用管理辦法（試行）》寧財(cái)(農(nóng))發(fā)[2005]356號(hào))精神的規(guī)定及自治漢農(nóng)牧廳關(guān)于印發(fā)《2009年寧夏回族自治區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼實(shí)施方案》的通知要求，在總結(jié)前四年農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合市區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)及農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化工作實(shí)際，特制定本實(shí)施方案。

一、指導(dǎo)思想

按照建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的要求，市區(qū)2009年農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作要緊緊圍繞吳忠市十大產(chǎn)業(yè)基地建設(shè)和農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)本增效、農(nóng)民增產(chǎn)增收這個(gè)中心日標(biāo)，以提高農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)裝備水平、改善裝備結(jié)構(gòu)和增強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)綜合生產(chǎn)能力為主線，以推進(jìn)水稻、玉米等主要糧食作物以及設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)、奶產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的機(jī)械化為重點(diǎn)，兼顧提高青貯機(jī)械化。充分尊重農(nóng)民購(gòu)買農(nóng)機(jī)自主權(quán)，推進(jìn)糧食作物和特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康快速發(fā)展，二、主要目標(biāo)

（一）提高吳忠市區(qū)水稻、玉米、奶產(chǎn)業(yè)等優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)品集中生產(chǎn)區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)裝備水平，改善裝備結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)綜合生產(chǎn)能力。

（二）圍繞水稻、玉米等主要糧食作作以及牧草、畜牧業(yè)、漁業(yè)等特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)和設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)，加大以保護(hù)性耕作技術(shù)、冬小麥種植技術(shù)等為主的一批先進(jìn)適用農(nóng)機(jī)具攤廣應(yīng)用力廢，不斷提高關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的機(jī)械化水平。

（三）增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民購(gòu)買農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械的能力和推廣農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械的意識(shí)，完善農(nóng)機(jī)社會(huì)服務(wù)功能，擴(kuò)大農(nóng)戶直接受益范圍，促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收。

（(四）促進(jìn)市區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，鼓勵(lì)各農(nóng)機(jī)銷售企業(yè)走正規(guī)化，規(guī)模化的路子，繁榮市區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)。

三、基本原則

（一）結(jié)合吳忠市區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼向冬小麥、玉米、水稻三大作物播種、收獲關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)傾斜，向農(nóng)機(jī)化示范園區(qū)傾斜，向農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社和農(nóng)機(jī)大戶傾斜，向設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)、養(yǎng)殖業(yè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)傾斜。

（二）公開、公平、公正、透明動(dòng)作。農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼的品種、范圍、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、辦法等及時(shí)幾社會(huì)公布，向農(nóng)民公開，接受社會(huì)和群眾監(jiān)督。

（三）操作程序科學(xué)、簡(jiǎn)便、高效，在保證實(shí)施效果的前提下，盡可能減少中間環(huán)節(jié)，降低運(yùn)行成本。

（四）充分尊重農(nóng)民購(gòu)機(jī)自主選擇權(quán)。

（五）堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)分結(jié)合、因地制宜、普遍收益與突出重點(diǎn)相結(jié)合。

（六）鼓勵(lì)農(nóng)機(jī)大戶購(gòu)置先進(jìn)的大型農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械，如：半喂入聯(lián)合收割機(jī)、青飼玉米收獲機(jī)械、高速插秧機(jī)、激光平地儀等。

四、實(shí)施規(guī)模和范圍

2009年，自治區(qū)下?lián)芙o吳忠市區(qū)第一批農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼資金總額1030萬元，其中動(dòng)力機(jī)械及農(nóng)機(jī)具140萬元，秸稈加工機(jī)具30萬元，設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)80萬元，奶站機(jī)械780萬元。實(shí)施范圍覆蓋市區(qū)各鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)及孫家灘管委會(huì)。今年，吳忠市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼以玉米機(jī)械化收獲、秸稈加工調(diào)制、奶站機(jī)械、設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)和水稻全程機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)為重點(diǎn)。

生鮮乳收購(gòu)站機(jī)械裝備補(bǔ)貼由農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣嗠中心和畜牧局共同落實(shí)，畜牧局負(fù)責(zé)組織實(shí)施，并提供相關(guān)審批材料，市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心按照有關(guān)程序做好相關(guān)材料的審批、歸檔、驗(yàn)收及機(jī)具編號(hào)等工作。具體補(bǔ)貼程序?yàn)椋荷r乳收購(gòu)站在購(gòu)買補(bǔ)貼機(jī)具時(shí)，須通過鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)畜牧獸醫(yī)站向畜牧局提出申請(qǐng)，畜牧局根據(jù)優(yōu)先補(bǔ)貼條件進(jìn)行審查，確定購(gòu)機(jī)者名單和

數(shù)量，報(bào)市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心，經(jīng)農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組會(huì)議商定后由農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心和畜牧局聯(lián)合張榜公示，公示后與購(gòu)機(jī)者簽訂購(gòu)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼協(xié)議，并報(bào)農(nóng)牧廳農(nóng)機(jī)局和畜牧局備案后組織實(shí)施。截止7月15日未能實(shí)施完的生鮮乳收購(gòu)站補(bǔ)貼資金經(jīng)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組商定后，由農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心統(tǒng)籌安排。

五、補(bǔ)貼機(jī)具種類

2009年，按照中央和自治區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼政策，吳忠市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼專項(xiàng)資金主要用于補(bǔ)貼大中型拖拉機(jī)、耕整地機(jī)械、種植施肥機(jī)械、田間管理機(jī)械、收獲機(jī)械、收獲后處理機(jī)械、畜牧水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖機(jī)械、農(nóng)田基本建設(shè)機(jī)械、設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械等九大類二十四小類66種的機(jī)具。上述補(bǔ)貼具及有關(guān)要求如下：

六、補(bǔ)償對(duì)象及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

（一）補(bǔ)貼對(duì)象及其確定

補(bǔ)貼對(duì)象為在吳忠市區(qū)直接從事農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的農(nóng)牧民(含農(nóng)場(chǎng)職工)，農(nóng)民(農(nóng)機(jī))專業(yè)合作組織、直接從事農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)組織，以及取得工商登記的奶農(nóng)專業(yè)合作社、奶畜養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)所辦生鮮乳收購(gòu)站和乳品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)參股經(jīng)營(yíng)的生鮮乳收購(gòu)站。

補(bǔ)貼對(duì)象的優(yōu)選條件是：農(nóng)民（農(nóng)機(jī)）專業(yè)合作組織；直接從事農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)組織、農(nóng)機(jī)大戶有（種養(yǎng)大戶）；列入農(nóng)業(yè)部科技入戶工程中的科技示范戶；“平安農(nóng)機(jī)”示范戶；奶農(nóng)專業(yè)合作社、奶畜養(yǎng)殖所辦生鮮乳收購(gòu)站、乳品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)參股經(jīng)營(yíng)的生鮮乳收購(gòu)站。優(yōu)選條件相同時(shí)，列入自治區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)化示范區(qū)、重點(diǎn)扶持的農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作服務(wù)組織、農(nóng)機(jī)大戶優(yōu)先享受補(bǔ)貼。另外，少生快富工程項(xiàng)目農(nóng)戶、貧困殘疾農(nóng)戶購(gòu)置小型飼草料加工機(jī)械在現(xiàn)行補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上再增加100元補(bǔ)貼資金。

申請(qǐng)人員條件相同或不易認(rèn)定時(shí)，根據(jù)申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)貼的先后順序或農(nóng)民接受的其他方式確定。

（二）補(bǔ)貼扶持的重點(diǎn)

1、農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作組織。通過農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼政策的引導(dǎo)帶動(dòng)，圍繞特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，重點(diǎn)補(bǔ)貼扶持發(fā)展1-2個(gè)有一定規(guī)模、帶動(dòng)能力強(qiáng)、服務(wù)范圍廣的農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)合作社，不斷擴(kuò)大規(guī)模，增強(qiáng)發(fā)展活力。

2、農(nóng)機(jī)化示范園區(qū)。扁擔(dān)溝玉米全程機(jī)械化示范園區(qū)，主要補(bǔ)貼購(gòu)置玉米機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)所需機(jī)具，特別是莖穗兼收型玉米收獲機(jī)；金銀灘冬麥種植機(jī)械化示范園區(qū)，主要補(bǔ)貼購(gòu)置冬麥免耕播種機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)所需機(jī)具。

3、秸稈青黃貯飼料配料中心。圍繞秸稈加工利用，在吳忠市區(qū)建設(shè)2個(gè)大型飼草料加工配送中心，補(bǔ)貼所需的青飼收獲機(jī)、莖穗兼收玉米收獲機(jī)械以及大中型鍘草機(jī)械等。年加工生產(chǎn)、配送青貯（秸稈顆粒、壓塊）飼料20萬噸以上。

4、生鮮乳收購(gòu)站。補(bǔ)貼奶站所需的擠奶機(jī)和奶罐，全面提高奶站機(jī)械化水平，保障人民群眾生命安全。

5、補(bǔ)貼的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)是玉米收獲機(jī)械、秸稈加工調(diào)制、覆膜機(jī)械、奶站機(jī)械等，玉米收獲機(jī)要重點(diǎn)補(bǔ)貼莖穗兼收型玉米收獲機(jī)或帶回收裝的玉米聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)。

（三）補(bǔ)貼數(shù)量和補(bǔ)貼額度

1、農(nóng)機(jī)具補(bǔ)貼率不超過機(jī)具價(jià)格的30％，且單機(jī)補(bǔ)貼額不超過5萬元。100馬力以上大型拖拉機(jī)、高性能青飼料收獲機(jī)、大型免耕播種機(jī)、擠奶機(jī)械單機(jī)限額可提高到12萬元、凡補(bǔ)貼率超過機(jī)具價(jià)格30％的部分由地方財(cái)政資金負(fù)擔(dān)。

2、納入自治區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)化示范園區(qū)示范，推廣的農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械補(bǔ)貼率不超過機(jī)具價(jià)格的50％。

3、年廢內(nèi)一戶農(nóng)民享受補(bǔ)貼的購(gòu)機(jī)數(shù)量原則上不超過一套（4臺(tái)，即1臺(tái)主機(jī)和與其匹配的3臺(tái)作業(yè)機(jī)具）；農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)合作社和直接從事植保工作的植保作業(yè)服務(wù)隊(duì)，內(nèi)享受補(bǔ)貼購(gòu)置植保機(jī)械的數(shù)量原則上不超過10參套。一個(gè)生鮮乳收購(gòu)站內(nèi)享受補(bǔ)貼的購(gòu)機(jī)數(shù)量不超過1套（3臺(tái)，即1臺(tái)擠奶機(jī)、1個(gè)儲(chǔ)奶罐、1個(gè)運(yùn)輸奶罐）。一戶農(nóng)民（養(yǎng)魚戶）內(nèi)補(bǔ)貼購(gòu)置增氧機(jī)、投餌機(jī)、清淤機(jī)的數(shù)量分別不超過6臺(tái)、6臺(tái)六1臺(tái)。

七、購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼程序

1、農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作服務(wù)組織或農(nóng)戶向市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心提出購(gòu)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼申請(qǐng)，并填寫購(gòu)機(jī)申請(qǐng)表。

2、申請(qǐng)表由鄉(xiāng)（鎮(zhèn)）農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)中心對(duì)農(nóng)戶填報(bào)情況進(jìn)行核實(shí)，并經(jīng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)簽署意見后，上報(bào)市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心。

3、市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心根據(jù)補(bǔ)貼額度、優(yōu)先補(bǔ)貼條件和申請(qǐng)的先后順序進(jìn)行審查，確定購(gòu)機(jī)者名單、補(bǔ)貼機(jī)型、補(bǔ)貼金額和數(shù)量，經(jīng)農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼落實(shí)小組會(huì)商后張榜公示七天，聽取購(gòu)機(jī)者所在行政村農(nóng)民意見。

4、由市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心與經(jīng)公示無意見的申請(qǐng)購(gòu)機(jī)者簽訂購(gòu)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼協(xié)議書，并填寫《農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼資金申請(qǐng)表》一式兩份上報(bào)自治區(qū)農(nóng)牧廳農(nóng)機(jī)局審批。

5、經(jīng)自治區(qū)農(nóng)牧廳（農(nóng)機(jī)局）審批后的《購(gòu)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼資金申請(qǐng)脯》一份留存?zhèn)浒福环萁挥蓞侵沂修r(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心按審批的內(nèi)容組織農(nóng)民購(gòu)機(jī)。

6、經(jīng)審核被確定為享受農(nóng)機(jī)具購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼的農(nóng)戶或農(nóng)機(jī)服務(wù)組織持農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼協(xié)議書到中標(biāo)的農(nóng)機(jī)經(jīng)銷企業(yè)及其指定的銷售點(diǎn)，按照協(xié)議書確定的機(jī)型購(gòu)機(jī)。購(gòu)機(jī)時(shí)農(nóng)民或農(nóng)機(jī)服務(wù)組織應(yīng)提交購(gòu)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼協(xié)議書，并與經(jīng)銷商或生產(chǎn)企業(yè)按市場(chǎng)規(guī)律商定銷售價(jià)格（銷售價(jià)格不得高于中標(biāo)價(jià)格），按扣除補(bǔ)貼一的機(jī)具差價(jià)款交款提貨，供貨方出具購(gòu)機(jī)全額發(fā)票。

7、吳忠市農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組織人員對(duì)購(gòu)機(jī)協(xié)議書、購(gòu)機(jī)發(fā)票，對(duì)照所購(gòu)機(jī)具進(jìn)行自驗(yàn)，并登記建檔、編號(hào)，在機(jī)具顯著位置噴涂享受購(gòu)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼機(jī)具標(biāo)識(shí)。凡購(gòu)買的拖拉機(jī)、聯(lián)合收割機(jī)同時(shí)辦理入戶持牌手續(xù)，駕駛操作人員要進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)考試，辦理相關(guān)證件。

八、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督管理

㈠吳忠市成立由農(nóng)牧局主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為組長(zhǎng)，市財(cái)政局分管農(nóng)財(cái)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、市農(nóng)牧局分管農(nóng)機(jī)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為副組長(zhǎng)，局屬農(nóng)機(jī)、畜牧等單位負(fù)責(zé)人為成員農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組下設(shè)辦公室在農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心，具體負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作。成立由市農(nóng)牧局紀(jì)委書記為組長(zhǎng)，農(nóng)牧、財(cái)政有關(guān)人員為成員的農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼紀(jì)檢小組，負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼實(shí)施的監(jiān)督工作。成立由政策法規(guī)科科長(zhǎng)為組長(zhǎng)，農(nóng)機(jī)中心有關(guān)人員為成員的農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼質(zhì)量監(jiān)督小組，負(fù)責(zé)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼農(nóng)機(jī)質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工。各、鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)、孫家灘管委會(huì)及有關(guān)單位也要指定專人負(fù)責(zé)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，確保安全落實(shí)。

㈡嚴(yán)格按自治區(qū)財(cái)政廳、農(nóng)牧廳《寧夏回族自治區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼專項(xiàng)資金使用管理辦法（試行）》（寧財(cái)〔農(nóng)〕發(fā)〔2005〕356號(hào)的有關(guān)規(guī)定，規(guī)范操作，嚴(yán)格管理。強(qiáng)化社會(huì)監(jiān)督，將補(bǔ)貼政策實(shí)施的內(nèi)容、程序、要求等通過媒體公開，讓廣大農(nóng)民了解政策，接受社會(huì)監(jiān)督。各鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)、孫家灘管委會(huì)及農(nóng)機(jī)經(jīng)銷企業(yè)不得弄虛作假，套取農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼資金。

㈢享受補(bǔ)貼購(gòu)置的農(nóng)機(jī)具，原則上兩年內(nèi)不得轉(zhuǎn)賣或轉(zhuǎn)讓，因特殊情況需轉(zhuǎn)讓的，須經(jīng)市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組批準(zhǔn)，由協(xié)調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室報(bào)自治區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)局備案。凡是補(bǔ)貼購(gòu)置的拖拉機(jī)、收割機(jī)必須按規(guī)定到吳忠市農(nóng)機(jī)監(jiān)理所辦理入戶等相關(guān)手續(xù)，監(jiān)理所兩年內(nèi)不予辦

理過戶手續(xù)。

㈣搞好農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼計(jì)算機(jī)信息檔案管理。吳忠市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心明確專人及時(shí)做好項(xiàng)目檔案信息的采集、登錄、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析及上報(bào)。

㈤吳忠市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼工作定于10月底結(jié)束，農(nóng)機(jī)服務(wù)中心必須按時(shí)保質(zhì)保量全面完成下達(dá)的補(bǔ)貼任務(wù)。

㈥做好階段性和全年執(zhí)行情況總結(jié)工作。吳忠市區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)管理推廣服務(wù)中心在每月的中旬和月底向自治區(qū)農(nóng)機(jī)局上報(bào)轄區(qū)內(nèi)農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼實(shí)施情況，并于6月1日前和11月20日前上報(bào)半年和全年的專項(xiàng)資金執(zhí)行情況，總結(jié)報(bào)告和電子檔案材料。

㈦設(shè)立農(nóng)機(jī)購(gòu)置補(bǔ)貼舉報(bào)電話，對(duì)群眾舉報(bào)的違規(guī)違紀(jì)行為及時(shí)認(rèn)真查證。
