為了使老師進一步深化教學改革,優化課堂教學,全面提高教學水平。同時為了營造教師相互學習的氛圍,不斷提高教師自身的教育教學水平,通過聽評課,提高我們教學質量。在此,對本次公開課作如下總結:

一、教師重視程度高。

開展公開課教研活動,是英語組里采取的一項措施,各位老師的重視程度高。不管是老教師,還是年輕教師,不管是聽課還是評課,大家從思想上、行動上,是非常重視這次活動,把它當作一次學習、交流的機會。

二、課的準備。

上課前備好課是上好課的關鍵,只有備好課,才能保證上課的質量。備課的前提就是要不斷的去學習,收集各個方面關于知識的有用信息。在上課前一定要多閱讀教材、材料,深刻理解新課標的要求,根據新課標的標準進行上課。這次的公開課,在指導老師的幫助下,我們努力做到遇到問題及時解決,在備課上下足了勁,課前準備充分,道具多樣、課題新穎,具有科學性和可實踐性。

三、課堂上

使用標準的口語貫穿整個課堂,營造了良好的英語氛圍。用循序漸進的形式進行語言操練,成功的培養了學生的口語表達能力。扎實的基本功,耐心的沒有一句漢語的重復也是公開課的的亮點。適當運用簡筆畫和一些有趣的游戲活動有效地激發了學生的學習興趣,讓他

們在輕松愉快中學會英語。課堂上需要老師過硬的駕馭、課堂能力。教師從學生的手、腦、眼等各種感官培養了學生的英語綜合語言運用能力。

三、課的反思。

課的反思是教學提高的重要一環,老師的教學要一定要以學生為主體,引導學生去學習去創造。本課有值得稱贊的地方,但也存在許多不足。例如:在課上活動的安排,在教學中和學生和互動上,注重課堂教學中的語言,課堂藝術與實用如何體現,學生對于教學重點的把握,等等方面。

當然,任何一堂不成功的課也有亮點,任何一堂課成功的課也有敗筆。

我們還存在太多不足有發現的還有沒被發現的,對于新課標的領悟和課堂教學的提高,都需要我們在以后的教學中去學習、體會,探究教學中出現問題解決的方法和途徑,才能更好的服務于以后的教學,相信隨著我不斷成長,取之糟粕。在今后我們將有更多的這樣的機會來提升自己,在實踐中感悟。

初一英語教學工作個人小結

這學期我擔任初一二班和五班的英語教學工作。由于教學經驗頗淺。因此,我對教學工作不敢怠慢,認真學習,深入研究教法,虛心向前輩學習。經過一個學期的努力,獲取了很多寶貴的教學經驗。以下是我在本學期的教學情況。

教學中,備課是一個必不可少,十分重要的環節,備學生,又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好,會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和積極性,曾有一位前輩對我說:“備課備不好,倒不如不上課,否則就是白費心機?!蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性,因此,每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上,認認真真鉆研教材和教法。雖然辛苦,但事實證明是值得的。備課充分,能調動學生的積極性,上課效果就好。

但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力,因為學生在課堂上的一舉一動都會直接影響課堂教學。因此上課一定要設法令學生投入,不讓其分心,這就很講究方法了。上課內容豐富,現實。教態自然,講課生動,難易適中照顧全部,就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以,老師每天都要有充足的精神,讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣,授課就事半功倍?;乜醋约旱氖谡n,我感到有點愧疚,因為有時我并不能很好地做到這點。當學生在課堂上無心向學,違反紀律時,我的情緒就受到影響,并且把這帶到教學中,讓原本正常的講課受到沖擊,發揮不到應有的水平,以致影響教學效果。我以后必須努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解決當中困難。

英語是一門外語,對學生而言,既生疏又困難,在這樣一種大環境之下,要教好英語,就要讓學生喜愛英語,讓他們對英語產生興趣。否則學生對這門學科產生畏難情緒,有些學生無法學下去。因為英語的特殊情況,學生在不斷學習中,會出現好差分化現象,差生面擴大,會嚴重影響班內的學習風氣。困此,除了課堂效果之外,還需要讓學生多讀,多講,多練。為此,在早讀時,我堅持下班了解早讀情況,發現問題及時糾正。課后發現學生作業問題也及時解決,及時講清楚,讓學生即時消化。另外,對部分不自覺的同學還采取強硬背誦等方式,提高他們的能力。在下個學期終中,我要想更多行之有效的方法來激發學生的興趣,幫助部分學困生提高英語成績。

期中考和期末考是考察每位同學在本學期的學習成果,因此應該予以重視??荚嚽斑M行有系統的復習,考試后進行學科總結。從考試可以看出兩個班的平均水相差較大,二班的差生面相對較大。另外,兩個班學生的綜合能力不夠強,所以以后的教學中要加強這方面的訓練。讓學生輕松學,容易掌握。

經過一個學期的努力,期末考就是一種考驗。無論成績高低,都體現了我在這學期的教學成果。最重要的是在本學期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高兩班的英語水平。因此,無論怎樣辛苦,我都會繼續努力,多問,多想,多向前輩學習,爭取進步。
