我有個非常好的朋友叫潘梅思遠，他長著圓圓的腦袋，白凈的臉上嵌著一雙閃閃發亮的眼睛。他特別喜歡笑，每次一有開心的事情，就露出一口潔白的牙齒。

潘梅思遠不但性格非常開朗，也愛幫助人，不管誰遇到了困難，他都會主動去幫助，所以大家都非常喜歡他。我倆的關系尤其好，經常在一起玩，可以說是形影不離、親密無間。

記得一次體育課上，老師讓我們練長跑。我從小體弱多病，所以沒跑多遠就腿腳發軟，又不小心踩到了一粒石子兒，結果摔了一跤，還扭傷了腳。我痛得眼淚當場流了下來。潘梅思遠看見了，連忙跑過來，扶著我到操場旁邊的紫藤架下休息，還從口袋里拿出一張餐巾紙，幫我擦掉眼淚，還像個小大人似的安慰我說：“別哭了，休息一下就好了。”聽了他的話，我的腳仿佛好了很多。我感激地對他說：“謝謝你！潘梅思遠。你去玩吧，我已經不太痛了。”可是他依然坐在我的旁邊，還說：“我也有點累了，就讓我在這里陪陪你吧。”頓時，一股暖流涌上我的心頭??

平日里，潘梅思遠對我就像自己的親兄弟，處處照顧著我，于是，我也就特別希望能有機會報答他。機會終于來了！

有一次，潘梅思遠忘記帶鉛筆盒，沒辦法寫作業了。我看見他著急的樣子，對他說：“潘梅思遠，我帶了好幾支水筆了，借給你一支。”潘梅思遠連忙說：“謝謝你！你真是我的救星呀。”我說：“誰叫咱們是好朋友，好朋友就是要互相幫助的呀。” 他聽了，馬上露出一口潔白的牙齒，笑了??看著他那燦爛的笑容，我暗自慶幸有這樣的好朋友。
