Health is the “stone”, life’s foundation stone.The more stable the stone is , the greater success we can get.Health is the “gold”, but it can not be weighed by money, it is above wealth.Some people will say, “wealth can give me famous cars, beautiful coats and large houses, what does the health can take for me?” “ only the health,” I have to say, “but if given the wealth you have been longing for so many years, on condition thatdepriving your health.will you agree?” Most of us will deny this deal, but there may be a few people want to have a try, like the man who sell his kidney(腎)just to get an iphone.losing his health, he must regret now.Health is the number “1”,all the others are the number “0”,without “1”, even if more “0” is just “0”.Health include two parts, one is the physical health, the other is the mental health.This time, I just talk about the physical health.2、How to keep the body healthy? First is the healthy diet.There are ten words to summarize the healthy diet.They are one/two/three/four/five, red/yellow/green/white/black.”each word hasdifferent meanings.The word “one”means: drinking a bag of milk every day,this can improve our intake(吸收)of calcium(kasium);
“two”means we should take in 250~350 grams of thecarbohydrate each day.“three” means eating 3 kinds ofhigh protein foods each day, such as
egg, tofu fish and shrimp(蝦).“four”includes four sentences,they are “menu should include both coarse and refined grains(do you know the coarse grains? Corn(玉米)、broomcorn(高粱)soybean(黃豆)are the coarse grains ,rice and wheat are the refined grains.we should match them up during our meals;)
the last three sentences are :the diet must be light;three meals needed every day;don’t eat too full”
Now we talk about the colors.different color represent different food.The “red/yellow/green” all represent the corresponding color of vegetables.“white” means Oats(燕麥),oats contain much prandial(膳食的)
fiber,which can help us reduce the cholesterol(膽固醇)[k?'lest?r?l] and lose weight.“black” stands for the black food, like the black fungus ['f??ɡ?s](黑木耳)black rice /Black sesame ['sez?mi, 'ses-](黑芝麻)and so on, these food contain rich nutrition, can prevent aging(防衰老)and tonifyingour kidney(補腎).Moderate exercise

各位同事們好!
萬眾期待的2014員工體檢即將開始。本次體檢與2013不同:長沙、深圳兩地分屬不同體檢機構進行。
凡湖南海翼電子商務有限公司、深圳海翼翱翔科技有限公司、深圳海翼翱翔商貿有限公司2014年6月30日前(含)入職,且2014年9月30日在職、在崗人員,均可參加本次體檢。行政將于9月29日12:00前以表單形式通知、確認到人。
原則上,員工以入職地為準選擇體檢機構。但如果有部分同事長期異地出差,可在9月29日12:00前報備出差地區行政,參與當地體檢。請勿無報備即異地體檢、或長沙深圳兩地重復報備,該行為將影響公司體檢的正常進行。
長沙地區體檢詳情如下:
1)體檢地點:長沙市第三人民醫院門診7樓體檢中心。
醫院位于長沙市勞動西路176號(近勞動廣場),建院時間超過90年,為省會長沙一所集醫療、教學、科研、保健、預防于一體的大型公立綜合三級醫院。
2)體檢時間:2014年10月08日-31日期間,工作日(周一至周五)7:30-10:00。

4)注意事項: ? ? ? ? ? ? 檢查前一日晚最好禁食酒類、高脂高蛋白飲食,勿過度疲勞,注意休息; B超檢查肝膽、胰腺或腹部腫塊需禁食12小時(即檢查前晚7時后不再進食); B超檢查膀胱或前列腺等盆部器官前,要求膀胱充盈,故不要排空小便,必要時檢查前可多飲水;
照 光片宜穿棉質上衣,不宜穿有金屬鈕扣的內衣,不佩戴項鏈、玉佩等。孕婦和準備懷孕的女士禁忌照片、透視!
體檢當日請勿進食早餐,在抽血和B超后方可進食(醫院有提供);
如正在服用某些藥物(如降壓藥、降糖藥),應及時告訴體檢醫師,以免影響醫師正確評估體檢結果;
5)體檢順序:門診大廳接待處報“湖南海翼+個人姓名”,領取體檢表→七樓體檢中心抽血、量血壓、常規檢查、其他檢查、做B超→交體檢表至體檢中心。
