第一篇：關于星期五presentation(演講)的注意事項

以下是星期五Presentation演講的具體要求，再重申一次給大家看。已經做完的同學可以檢查一下所有的要點是不是都有在你的演講稿上了：

關于PPT：

已經有同學做完PPT的發過來給我看了，做得很好，但是有一點也提醒大家，你PPT上的內容并不是你的全部講稿，不要把講稿粘上去！因為你本身會有講稿帶上臺去講。

記得，你的PPT是給人看的，字數太多，沒人愿意集中精力去閱讀。你只要把下面的要點放上去做標題，其他的內容，可以是圖片，可以是總結性的幾個字。（如果你們看了我的PPT，介紹概念手機的那個，就會發現只有重點文字和圖片）

當然，這是選擇做PPT的同學要注意的，不做PPT，自然會有其他表演形式，我說過不會限制。

關于演講稿：

但不管你用何種方式上臺表演，最終必須有一份文字性的稿子，字數不限。

（如果是單純性的演講，5分鐘的時間肯定要寫至少500-700字左右了，所以我建議你們會有其他的一些表演，可以開場來個小短劇，這樣可以占點時間，或者你語速控制好，別太快，還可以在中場來點互動，問問大家小問題，也可以占時間。）

沒有任何創意性表演的，可以參照我發給你們的演講稿的長度來寫，差不多字數就可以了。電腦打印的最好，因為看起來工整，A4紙，差不多兩頁多一點或者三頁。

關于演講時間：

各小組從上臺講話開始到結束的時間不少于5分鐘。

演講具體要求：

公司：

1.Company Name(Shop name)公司名稱或商鋪名稱

2.Logo你的商標

3.Proposed Location(Where)在哪里創辦？

4.number of staff needed你需要的員工數

5.When will you start, and when will you open.打算何時營業？

6.Unique Selling Point.(USP)你的賣點？

7.Demographic（What kind of customers does your company serve?）你服務的群體是什么類型的客戶？

8.Marketing市場策略（你打算如何吸引客戶？）

9.estimated running costs估算你開公司需要用多少資金

包括：

How much money do you need each month.每個月要多少錢開銷

How much money do you need to start(1 year).第一年需要多少錢來開始營業？

產品設計：

1.What is the purpose of the product.你設計產品的動機/原因/目的。

2.Who is it aimed at給誰使用？（客戶群）

3.What benefits will it bring to peoples life.給顧客帶來什么好處？（你的賣點是什么？）

? Unique Selling Point.(USP)

4.A Name產品名稱

5.A Catchy Slogan宣傳用的口號

6.A way to sell it.打算用什么方法賣？

7.Production costs估算你的成本價

8.Retail price 零售價格（你打算賣多少錢一個？）

9.Number of sales 所需要的員工數

10.First years profit/loss第一年的盈利或是第一年你估計會虧損多少？

總結：

請各小組認真檢查每個要點是否都有表達到。星期四將會公布每一組上臺的順序。星期五正式表演。能夠練習的話，建議上臺的幾個同學找時間練習一下，免得手忙腳亂。有做PPT的上臺前有時間看看你們的PPT能不能播，或是視頻圖片音樂之類的能不能顯示。

總而言之，要點表達到，時間不少于5分鐘，表演形式不限制，上臺前先把稿子上交。稿子的內容是上面所說的要點，根據不同的選題來寫。可以手寫也可以打印。字數不限。如果還有不明白的。可以在QQ上問我，或是短信給我。

美國總統的就職演說presentation

美國總統的就職演說可以說是總統的執政綱領和執政理念的宣揚。演說除了要闡明自己的政見和立場，最重要的是鼓舞民心、提高士氣。

今天我要講一些關于美國總統就職演講的要點：

1.date日期----220 years ago, the first American President Washington inaugurated舉行就職典禮 on April 30 in New York City.However, from 1937 when President Roosevelt first re-election, the inauguration date was changed to January 20, the date has been used since then.220多年前，美國首任總統華盛頓于4月30日在紐約市就職。然而，從1937年羅斯福總統首次連任時起，就職日期改為1月20日，此后一直沿用。

2.Bible圣經---It was a tradition in American culture to swear oaths誓言 on a Bible.George Washington was the first president to place his hand on a Christian Bible when taking the oath of office.Bibles have been used since then.3.名言So help me God請上帝助我一臂之力------It is know to all that The words of the oath are in the Constitution--all except “so help me God.”That was added by tradition.Who began the tradition? It was said that Washington added it himself, and the next Presidents used it until today.在憲法規定的誓詞之外，一些當選總統還各有創意。據說華盛頓自行加上了這句經典的請上帝助我一臂之力，并為接下來總統沿用至今。

4.Re-elected----So far，there are 37 President gave totally 54 inauguration addresses in American history。Some of them got re-elected for more than one times.For example, George Washington and George Bush they all got 2 re-elections.And Roosevelt got 4 re-elections because of the WWII.迄今，共有37位美國總統發表了54篇就職演說.其中有些人連任了多次。喬治華盛頓和喬治布什都連任了兩次，而羅斯福由于二戰的原因則連任了四次，長達十二年。

5.The shortest and the longest inaugural address

史上最長的和最短的就職演講

George Washington gave the shortest inauguration addresses in American history--just one 135 words--during his second inauguration in1793.The longest inaugural address on record was given by William Henry Harrison哈里森 in1841.He spoke for almost two hours on a cold and rainy day, without a hat or overcoat.He caught a cold, which became pneumonia.He died a month later.美國總統的演講有長有短，最短的是華盛頓連任演說，僅135字。而最長的出自哈里森總統，歷時一小時四十五分鐘。不過他也為這個紀錄付出極為高昂的代價。當日哈里森在暴風雪中滔滔不絕，不幸染上肺炎，上任僅一個月便與世長辭。此后，美國總統的就職演說開始避

免長篇大論，較重視詞句是否精警動人。最后一部分是關于美國總統就職演講中的金句。就是經典名言。經典名言----Some of the best-remembered words of presidents came from their inaugural addresses.美國總統演講中產生了不少傳世名言。公認的總統就職演說佳作，不出杰弗遜、林肯，威爾遜，羅斯福和肯尼迪（1961）的幾篇講稿。

因為最難忘的演說，往往來自一些最不尋常的歷史時刻。

Abraham Lincoln was always considered as one of the best inaugural speeches of all.林肯的就職演說一直被認為是最經典的。

林肯在南北戰爭尾聲時被暗殺，不過他在死前一個月發表就職演說堪稱永垂不朽。其中一句是：

林肯： It is true that you may fool all the people some of the time;

You can even fool some of the people all the time;but you can't fool all of the people all the time.林肯：你可以一時騙過所有的人，也可以在所有時間里騙過一些人，但不能在所有時間里騙過所有的人。

還有一句更經典的是;

I am a slow walker, but I never walk backwards.(America)

我走得很慢，但是我從來不會后退。（亞伯拉罕.林肯美國）

羅斯福在經濟大蕭條社會大動蕩時期上臺。他的第一次就職演說最為后世難忘的一點，是他道出了美國國民當時的心理危機：

He said: ”Let me assert my firm belief that the only thing to fear is fear itself." 讓我們牢牢記住，“我們唯一要害怕的東西就是害怕本身。” 不過美國總統就職演說公認的第一金句，應該是肯尼迪在1961年與蘇聯冷戰之際所說的那句：

JOHN KENNEDY: “my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.“不要問國家可以為你們做什么，問問自己可以為國家做什么”。肯尼迪的這句驚世之言，堪稱經典，因為當時是冷戰時代，美國的民族信心處于低潮，許多史學家們都認為這是美國總統就職演說第一金句.他的另一句經典名言應該更符合當下人們的心理

------Mankind must put an end to war or war will put an end to mankind.人類不結束戰爭,戰爭就會結束人類。

羅納德?里根：各國不相互懷疑是因為它們擁有武裝,而它們擁有武裝是因為它們相互懷疑。

Nations do not mistrust each other because they are armed;they are armed because they mistrust each other.吉米?卡特：美國沒有發明人權，其實，人權造就了美國。

America did not invent human rights.In a very real sense...human rights invented America.伍德羅?威爾遜：我寧愿在終將成功的事業中遭受失敗，也不愿在必定失敗的事業里享受成功！

I would rather lose in a cause that will some day win, than win in a cause

that will some day lose!
