Presentation 總結

商務英語1301 楊健宇

本次presentation從準備到展示我們準備了很長時間，我認為我們小組為這次presentation作出了巨大的努力。在此我十分感謝我們小組的其他三位伙伴。同時我也十分感謝老師對我們PPT的仔細查閱，給我們提出了寶貴的意見和建議。盡管這次展示沒有達到我們預期的效果其中還有很多不足之處，但是我認為我們還是取得了巨大的成功。這種成功是展現在方方面面的。

首先是學習方面。通過這次PPT的制作和展示，我們學到了很多東西。從展示內容本身來說我們在搜集資料的過程中深入的了解了美國電影的方方面面，對美國電影的成型發展及其成功的原因有了深刻的認識。其次在PPT制作方面，雖然主要是由蘇晗同學操刀，但是我們也從他那里學習了怎樣制作一個精美的PPT。同時我們的資料是從網上找的中文自己翻譯，雖然借助了翻譯工具，但是我們都逐字逐句的進行了校正，這極大地提高了我們的英語翻譯能力和對一些西方本土文化的了解。在做展示的過程中，我們從一些不足之處中吸取了一些教訓。例如不能為了PPT的精美而忽視臺下觀眾無法看清內容，畢竟一個展示的內容是很重要的，同時在做展示的時候盡量不要放音樂，這樣會影響做展示同學的演講。這些都是寶貴的經驗，為我們將來做演講和展示更加完善打下了堅實的基礎。除此之外，我們通過這次展示極大地提升了我們小組的合作能力，從PPT制作的內容確定，展示方式的確定，都經過了集體討論。在PPT制作的過程中我們四人分工明確，組長即我負責翻譯，金磊和宮富強負責找資料，蘇晗負責制作PPT。從PPT本身來說我認為我們的PPT不論是從內容還是本身精美程度都是十分不錯的，這是我十分驕傲的地方。而這個PPT我們只用了一天的時間就完成了。這并不是說明我們不認真，而是表明我們集體的高效合作能力。在這個方面我和我的組員還是十分滿意的。毫不夸張的說在生活方面我們寢室可以說是少數的十分和睦團結的寢室之一，而這樣的團結放在這樣的集體活動之中，就轉化為了高效。

最后談一談我認為最重要的一點，即自主思考和吸取意見。在這次展示的過程中最大的問題是字體大小和顏色的問題，在老師提出之后我們沒有進行改正。我認為我們的錯誤并不在于沒有聽從老師的意見，而是在于沒有認真思考具體情況而做出選擇。我認為作為一個大學生并不是以前的初高中的學生，我們不能盲目的聽從老師的命令，而是應該有自己的思考。當時在老師提出這個問題和改進意見的時候，我們討論認為，整個PPT的基調便是一種黑白灰三種基色調為主的PPT，這樣會使我們的PPT看上去高端大氣一些。而小字也是為此服務的。所以我們沒有聽從老師的意見進行改變。但是就像我前面說的那樣我們應該考慮具體情況，這種具體情況包括展示的實際效果和觀眾的反應。現在想想如果再考慮一下老師說的情況將我們想要的效果和展示的實際情況結合，聽一聽其他同學的意見，說不定我們就可以解決二者不可兼得的的問題。因此我認為我們這次最大的失誤不在于沒有聽從，這恰恰是我們從高中像大學思想轉變的一個優點。而我們最大的失誤在于沒有認真思考實際情況，沒有平衡自主思考和聽取他人意見這二者的關系。而今后我們在遇到類似的問題的時候我們會進行更多更深一步的思考，力求達到完美。

這便是我們這次Presentation 的總結。同時再一次感謝老師對我們的指導。
