⑵謝老爹在街上掃雪，薛大爺在屋里打鐵。薛大爺見謝老爹在街上掃雪，就急忙放下手里正在打著的鐵，跑到街上幫助謝老爹來掃雪；謝老爹掃完了街上的雪，就急忙進屋里幫薛大爺打鐵。二人一同掃雪，二人一同打鐵。

9.ｎ、ｎｇ練習(xí)

⑴你也勤來我也勤，生產(chǎn)同心土變金。工人農(nóng)民親兄弟，心心相印團結(jié)緊。

⑵同姓不能念成通信，通信也不能念成同姓。同姓可以互相通信，通信可不一定同姓。⑶任命是任命，人名是人名。任命人名不能錯，錯了人名就錯下了任命。⑷真冷，真冷，真正冷。冷冰冰，人人都說冷。猛的一陣冷風(fēng)，更冷。

10.ｉ練習(xí)⑴一二三，三二一，一二三四五六七，七六五四三二一，七個姑娘來聚齊。七只花籃手中提，一齊來到果園里，摘的是檳子、橙子、桔子、柿子、李子、栗子、梨。

⑵七隊的齊老七和戚小七，清晨起來搶簸箕，搶起簸箕簸荸薺，簸完荸薺把墻砌。砌完墻又一口氣地修機器，他們心紅手巧為集體。

11.ｕ練習(xí)

⑴吳素夫，無父母，素夫訴苦不孤獨，吳素夫，要互助，不入互助無出路。

⑵有個老頭本姓顧，人們叫他顧老五，顧老五上街買布帶打醋，回來碰見鷹叼兔，兔子撞倒顧老五，碰掉了他的布，打翻了他的醋，氣壞了老頭顧老五。

12.ü練習(xí)

⑴村里新開一條渠，彎彎曲曲上山去，河水雨水渠里流，滿山莊稼一片綠。

⑵老齊欲想去賣魚，巧遇老呂去牽驢，老齊要用老呂的驢去馱魚，老呂說老齊要用我的驢去馱魚就得給我魚，要不給我魚，就別用我老呂的驢去馱魚，二人爭來又爭去，都誤了去趕集。

13.ｏ、ｕｏ練習(xí)

打南坡走過來個老婆婆，倆手托著兩笸籮。左手托著的笸籮裝的是菠蘿，右手托著的笸籮裝的是蘿卜。你說說，是老婆婆左手托著的笸籮裝的菠蘿多？還是老婆婆右手托著的笸籮裝的蘿卜多？說的對送給你一笸籮菠蘿，說的不對既不給菠蘿也不給蘿卜，罰你替老婆婆把裝菠蘿的笸籮和裝蘿卜的笸籮送到大北坡。

14.ｎ、ｌ兒化練習(xí)

⑴有個小男孩兒，穿件兒藍小褂兒，拿著小竹籃兒，裝的年糕和鐮刀。有個小女孩兒，穿件兒綠花兒裙兒，梳著倆小辮兒，拉著一頭老奶牛。倆人兒手拉手兒，唱著快樂的牧牛歌兒，拉著牛拿著籃兒，溜溜達達向前走。走到柳林邊，拴上牛放下籃兒，拿出了年糕和鐮刀，吃了甜年糕，拿起小鐮刀，提著竹籃兒去割草。割了一籃兒一籃兒嫩綠嫩綠的好青草，歡歡喜喜地喂飽了那條老奶牛。

⑵進了門兒，倒杯水兒，喝了兩口兒運運氣兒，順手兒拿起小唱本兒，唱一曲兒，又一曲兒，練完了嗓子我練嘴皮兒，繞口令兒，練字音兒，還有單弦牌子曲兒，小快板兒，大鼓詞兒，越說越唱我越帶勁兒。

⑶有個小孩兒叫小蘭兒，挑著個水桶上廟臺兒，摔了個跟頭撿了個錢兒。又打醋，又買鹽兒，還買了一個小飯碗兒。小飯碗兒，真好玩兒，沒有邊兒，沒有沿兒，中間有個小紅點兒。

⑷有那么一個雜貨點兒，只有兩間小門臉兒。別看地方不大點兒，賣的東西不起眼兒，有火柴，有煙卷兒；有背心兒，有褲衩兒；有蠟燭，有燈捻兒；還有刀子、勺子、小菜板兒。起個早兒，貪個晚兒，買什么都在家跟前兒。

15.“啊”字音變

⑴雞啊、鴨啊、貓啊、狗啊，一塊兒水里游啊。牛啊、羊啊、馬啊、騾啊，一塊兒進雞窩啊。狼啊、蟲啊、虎啊、豹啊，一塊兒街上跑啊。兔啊、鹿啊、鼠啊、孩啊，一塊兒上窗臺兒啊。

⑵用姓名、動物或植物名進行“啊”字音變練習(xí)。

三、繞口令綜合訓(xùn)練

⒈學(xué)好聲韻辨四聲

學(xué)好聲韻辨四聲，陰陽上去要分明，部位方法須找準，開齊合撮屬口形。雙唇班抱必百波，抵舌當(dāng)?shù)囟伏c釘，舌根高狗工耕故，舌面機結(jié)教堅精，翹舌主爭真志照，平舌資責(zé)早在增。擦音發(fā)翻飛分復(fù)，送氣查柴產(chǎn)徹稱。合口忽午枯胡鼓，開口河坡哥安爭。嘴撮虛學(xué)尋徐劇，齊齒衣優(yōu)搖業(yè)英。抵顎恩音煙彎穩(wěn)，穿鼻昂迎中擁生。咬緊字頭歸字尾，不難達到純和清。

⒉喇嘛和啞吧

打南邊兒來了個喇嘛，手里提了著五斤塔螞，打北邊兒來了個啞吧，腰里別著個喇叭。提了著塔螞的喇嘛要拿塔螞換啞吧腰里別著的喇叭，別著喇叭的啞吧不愿意拿喇叭換提了著塔嗎的喇嘛的塔螞。拿著塔螞的喇嘛急了，拿手里的塔螞打了別著喇叭的啞吧一塔螞。別著喇叭的啞吧拿喇叭打了提了著塔螞的喇嘛一喇叭。不知是提了著塔螞的喇嘛拿塔螞打了別著喇叭的啞吧一塔螞，還是別著喇叭的啞吧拿喇叭打了提了著塔螞的喇嘛一喇叭。氣得喇嘛回家燉塔螞，急得啞吧回 家吹喇叭。

⒊姐妹二人去逛燈

正月里，正月正，有姐妹二人去逛燈。大姑娘名叫粉紅女，二姑娘名叫女粉紅。粉紅女穿著一件粉紅襖，女粉紅穿著一件襖粉紅。粉紅女抱著一瓶粉紅酒，女粉紅抱著一瓶酒粉紅。姐倆走到無人處，她們推杯換盞飲劉伶。女粉紅喝了粉紅女的粉紅酒，粉紅女喝了女粉紅的酒粉紅。粉紅女喝得酩酊醉，女粉紅喝得醉酩酊。粉紅女見著女粉紅就打，女粉紅追著粉紅女就擰。女粉紅撕了粉紅女的粉紅襖，粉紅女撕了女粉紅的襖粉紅。姐兒倆打罷擱下手，她們自個買線自個縫。粉紅女買了一縷粉紅線，女粉紅買了一縷線粉紅。粉紅女縫反縫兒縫粉紅襖，女粉紅縫兒反縫縫襖粉紅。

4、十道黑

一道兒黑，兩道兒黑，三四五六七道兒黑，八道兒九道兒十道兒黑。我買了一根兒煙袋烏木桿兒，我是掐著它的兩頭兒那么一道兒黑。二兄弟描眉來演戲，照著他的鏡子那么兩道兒黑。粉皮墻，寫川字，橫瞧豎瞧三道兒黑。象牙桌子烏木腿兒,把它放著在那炕上那么四道兒黑。我買了一只母雞不下蛋，把它擱著在那籠里捂

（五）到黑。挺好的騾子不吃草，把它牽著在那街上遛

（六）到黑。買了一只小驢不套磨，把它備上它的鞍韂騎

（七）到黑。二姑娘南洼去割菜，丟了她的鐮刀拔

（八）到黑。月窠兒的小孩得了病，團幾個艾球灸

（九）到黑。賣瓜子的打瞌睡，嘩啦啦啦撒了這么一大堆，他的笤帚、簸箕不湊手,那么一個兒一個兒拾

（十）到黑。

5、十八愁

數(shù)九寒天冷風(fēng)嗖，年年春打六九頭，正月十五龍燈會，一對獅子滾繡球。三月三王母娘娘蟠桃會，孫悟空大鬧天宮把仙桃偷。五月當(dāng)五端陽節(jié)，白蛇許仙不到頭。七月初七天河配，牛郎織女淚雙流。八月十五云遮月，月里嫦娥犯憂愁。要說愁，凈說愁，一氣兒說上十八愁，虎也愁,狼也愁,象也愁，鹿也愁，羊也愁，牛也愁，騾子也愁馬也愁，豬愁狗愁鴨愁鵝愁蛤蟆愁，螃蟹愁，蛤蜊愁，烏龜愁，魚愁蝦愁各自有分由。虎愁不敢下高山，狼愁野心不改耍滑頭，象愁鼻長皮又厚，鹿愁腦袋七叉八叉長犄角，羊愁從小長胡子，牛愁愁得犯牛軸，馬愁背鞍行千里，騾愁愁得一世休，狗愁改不了凈吃屎，豬愁離不開臭水溝，鴨子愁得扁了嘴，鵝愁腦袋長個大崩兒頭，蛤蟆愁了一身膿包疥，螃蟹愁愁得凈橫摟，蛤蜊愁閉關(guān)自守，烏龜愁不敢出頭，魚愁出水不能走，蝦米愁空槍亂扎沒準頭。

第二部分:快口訓(xùn)練

1、選自曹禺《王昭君》

臣說到，真正的好馬，馬頭就是“王”，要正要方，眼睛是“丞相”，要神要亮;脊背骨是“將軍”，要硬要強;肚子是“城池”，要寬要張;四條腿是“王的命令”，要快要長;兩耳象劈開的竹管，尖而剛;皮毛象太陽下的緞子，閃亮光。這樣的馬，不亂吃，不亂動，騎上去，它不狂奔、不亂跑。但是在寬闊的草原上，它馳騁起來，千里萬里，象風(fēng)也似地飛過。在它眼里，沒有不能到的地方。這才真是生死可以相托的好馬。
