很多朋友在開口講英語時，尤其是和“老外”交流的時候，都會表現出一種很不自然的緊張，即我們大家說的怯場(stagefright)，其實這大可不必。我自己的經驗發現，英語母語人士在聽一個非母語的人的表達時，在80%的時間里他根本不在乎對方的用詞、句式，而是關注對方的關鍵信息(keypoint)，所以在外籍人士面前講口語，大可

先練口語再練聽力

學好英語，口語和聽力一樣都不能少，那么到底哪個更為重要呢？作為一個想練好口語的人，最為有效的方法就是你必須能說出來，先學會說，然后再去聽。因為你必須有自己的語言儲備，你的聽力才會在你的英語思維慢慢增長的過程中自然而然地

成熟。

要注意時態

英語的語法是很多人都很苦惱的問題，其實它很簡單，無疑分為兩部分，即時態和語態，英語中的每一個句子都是這兩部分作用的共同體。其中，英語母語的人對時態尤其敏感，我們一定要在練習口語的過程中嚴格把好這一關。我的一個澳大利亞朋友，在一次聚會上隨便提了一句：“Ihadcancer”，意思是“我得過癌癥”，隱含的意思是“現在已無大礙，身體很正常了”，因為他用的是過去時；但當時幾乎在場的每一個人因為對時態不很敏感，以為是“Ihavecancer”(我現有癌癥)的意思而表現得非常吃

驚，產生了不小的誤會。

嘴快才能說得流利

最后一點，就是口語練習中的語速。如何能最有效最快捷地達到英語脫口而出的境界？這就是一個語速的問題。在剛開始練習口語時，要讓自己做到嘴快嘴勤，在有限的時間里，盡量用最快的速度“噴”出一段話。如果你能說出一段含有100多個單詞的話的時候，你離“模糊英語”的境界也就不遠了。

英語口語的學習是一個持之以恒的過程，這不僅限于IELTS的學習中。但是如果找不到適合自己的學習方法，學習效果往往會讓自己很失望。下面就教你幾招，在日常訓練中你可以實踐一下：

1、初學者

在多年的學習和教學實踐中，我發現初學口語的最有效方法就是背誦英文句型或段落。在背誦前切記要跟著錄音帶大聲朗讀5遍以上。有讀者會說，我試過了但記不住。其實，背誦時最好有中文譯文，一邊看句子，一邊背。這樣就可以確定背不下來是因為情節的連貫問題，而不是因為英語水平的問題。

2、中級水平

許多通過了四級或六級的同學只是在閱讀、聽力或寫作方面有能力，并不代表口語也有相應的水平。大家不要認為自己學的口語教材簡單，可以做個試驗：拿一篇你認為很淺顯的文章，將其翻譯成漢語，讓別人將每句漢語讀給你聽，然后你再翻譯成英文。如果沒問題，說明你口語很好，否則就需要多做這種練習。

3、特別方法

(1)每晚入睡以前躺在床上，用英文對自己自言自語，將一天發生的事情描述下來。要持之以恒。

(2)同一個英文對白的電影，每星期至少看一次，連續三個月以上，不要看不同的，口語一定大有進步。

這些都是比較適合中國學生的方法。大家可以從中選出最適合自己的。

最后，給大家一個建議，在雅思口語中要注意舉一反三。例如，考試時考官給的卡片上如果是這樣寫的：

Describe the most beautiful natural scenery you have ever seen.You should say

What it is specific about

Where you see it

Who you go with

And explain why you think it is the most beautiful

考生要馬上和interesting trip聯系到一起，不要認為是新的話題。你可以談論青島、大連或深圳的某些景色。考官可能還會問以下問題：

What measures does your government take to protect natural scenery？Do you think it is effective？What role does tourism play in your country's economy？What should you pay attention to in travel？所以，在平時練習中，就某一話題自己也應盡可能地舉一反三，多角度給自己提出問題，練習回答，這樣既可應對考試，也能切實提高自己英語口語的反映能力。
