七年級英語組下期工作總結

本學期使用的是新目標英語七年級下冊教材,共12個正式單元,2個復習單元。內容難,詞匯量大,又有新的語法(現在進行時和一般過去時態)。為了順利的完成教學工作，備課組成員齊心協力，共同努力?，F將本期工作具體總結如下：

1． 學期開始時，大家共同討論，分析教材，弄清本學期各單元內

容，認真商量，制定了本學期教學計劃。每單元課時安排，做到有的放矢。

2． 由于本期時間短，內容多，為了保質保量，順利完成教學任務。

每個班義務爭取上了3節自習課，再加上中午和早自習輔導，備課組老師們無償付出了很多，但仍然堅持有始有終，甘于奉獻，精神可嘉。最后，不僅順利完成了教學任務，還爭取出10天的復習時間，為學生們的期末聯考打下了良好基礎。

3． 本期嚴格按照成都八中集體備課的要求，采取每周一集體備課

和平時多討論相結合的方式備課。確定每一單元教學重難點，統一教學標高，統一課時安排，統一檢測后分析各班之間差距以便改進教學方法。

4． 本期組內基本采用資源共享原則，每位老師在百忙之中，抽出

時間編寫1——2個單元的復習質料，詞組歸納，檢測題的編寫。

5． 以老帶新，老教師們熱情幫助組內的幾位年輕老師，共同研究，指出他們存在的問題及改進方法，加快他們的成長速度。

6． 本期全年級統一開展了詞組競賽和英語演講比賽，學生參與性
