“孔子學院獎學金”由孔子學院總部設立，旨在鼓勵世界各國學生、漢語教師來華學習和研究漢語言文化。

一、頒發對象

1、各國孔子學院（課堂）的優秀學員；

2、在海外從事或計劃從事漢語教學者；

3、參加孔子學院總部主辦的各類漢語考試且成績優異者；

4、“漢語橋”世界大、中學生中文比賽優秀參賽選手；

5、國外有關高校漢語學習者；

6、符合孔子學院總部特定協議規定條件的人士。申請人須為非中國籍公民，身體健康。

二、獎學金類別及相應申請資格要求

1、進修獎學金

獎學金期限一般分為四周、一學期和一學年。申請人原則上應具備一定漢語基礎，年齡一般不超過55周歲。

2、學位獎學金

申請人應參加過漢語水平考試（HSK）并獲得3級以上漢語水平證書。

學士學位獎學金：期限4-5學年。申請人應具有相當于中國高級中學畢業的學歷，通過中國大學入學考試或經推薦被中國大學免試錄取，年齡一般不超過35周歲。

碩士學位獎學金：期限2-3學年。申請人應具有學士學位或相當學歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

博士學位獎學金：期限3-4學年。申請人應具有碩士學位或相當學歷，年齡一般不超過45周歲。

三、獎學金內容、標準

1、提供注冊費、學費、基本教材費、住宿費

2、按月發給獎學金生活費，標準為：

a． 進修生：1400元

b． 學士學位生：1400元

c． 碩士學位生：1700元

d． 博士學位生：2000元

3、發給一次性安置費，標準為：

a.在華學習時間滿一學年（含）的:1500元

b.在華學習時間在一學期（含）以上但不滿一學年的： 1000元。

4、提供來華留學生綜合保險：為在華獎學金生所投付的綜合醫療保險。主要用于學生因大病住院或發生人身意外傷害所支付的費用。

四、申請途徑

申請人應向如下獎學金招生單位提交申請文件：

1、駐各國的中國使、領館教育（文化）處（組）

2、各國孔子學院

3、孔子學院總部設在海外的各類漢語考試考點

4、孔子學院總部指定的其他機構

五、申請材料

申請人須按如下要求向獎學金招生單位提交相關材料（均為一式兩份）：

1、《孔子學院獎學金申請表》，需使用中文或英文完整填寫或打印。此表可從國家漢辦網站和網絡孔子學院網站下載，下載地址：http:// ；

2、護照照片頁復印件；

3、申請陳述。包含申請人漢語學習背景、來華學習計劃及目標等，不少于200字，用中文或英文打印并附申請人簽名。申請攻讀碩士、博士學位者請詳述來華學習和研究計劃（可另附紙）；

4、漢語水平證明。可為漢語水平證書及成績單、或其他漢語學習和教育證明；

5、學歷證明和成績單（須由所在學校教務單位直接出具并加蓋公章）；申請學習本科專業者，須提供經過公證的高中會考成績單。中英文以外文本需附經公證的中文或英文的譯文；申請攻讀碩士、博士學位者，須提交兩名教授或副教授的推薦信，用中文或英文書寫；

6、年齡不滿18歲的申請人，需提交監護人保證書及應急聯系方式；

7、《外國人體格檢查記錄》。此表格由中國衛生檢疫部門統一印制，僅限于來華學習時間超過6個月者，須用英文填寫。缺項、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫師和醫院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查記錄》無效。

上述申請材料由各招生單位于2009年5月31日前送抵孔子學院總部。孔子學院總部暫不受理個人申請。

六、學習院校選擇

申請孔子學院獎學金來華學習，可從孔子學院總部認可的普通高等學校和中學中選擇三所志愿學校。相關學校名單請登錄國家漢辦/孔子學院網站查詢。查詢地址：http://。

孔子學院總部鼓勵申請人提前自行聯系學校，如申請人已獲得學校邀請信，請在申請材料中附上。

七、錄取

1、孔子學院總部將對獎學金申請人的申請材料進行審核，并有權對申請人所選擇的學校和學習時限進行適當的調整。經孔子學院總部審核合格的申請材料將轉送有關學校，由學校決定是否錄取。

2、已就讀于孔子學院總部認可的中國普通高等學校和中學的申請人，由所在學校推薦，經孔子學院總部批準后可獲得孔子學院獎學金資格。

3、孔子學院總部在2009年6月底前將獎學金錄取結果通知獎學金生招生單位。

八、報到

獎學金獲得者須按錄取學校規定的時間到指定接收單位報到。無法按期報到者，獎學金資格原則上不予保留。

Application Procedures for Confucius Institute Scholarship

（2009）

“Confucius Institute Scholarship” is established by Confucius Institute Headquarters, with a goal of encouraging students and teachers worldwide, who are studying and/or teaching Chinese as a second language, to study Chinese language and culture in China.Eligibility

1.Outstanding students from Confucius Institutes(Classrooms)worldwide;

2.Foreign teachers who are teaching or planning to teach Chinese as a second language;

3.Students who received distinguished grade from the Chinese Examination series held by Confucius Institute Headquarters;

4.Outstanding Contestants in “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition;

5.Students studying Chinese as a second language in overseas universities or colleges;

6.Applicants who meet the requirements of other of Confucius Institute Headquarters’ agreements.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.Categories and Specific Criteria

1．Scholarships for Short-term Study

Duration for these scholarships is generally divided into 4 weeks, 1 semester and 1 academic year.Applicants are required to have a basic knowledge Chinese language level, and under the age of 55.2.Scholarships for Degrees

Bachelor’s Degree Scholarship：4-5 academic years.Applicants are required to have a diploma comparable to a Chinese high school certificate, pass the Chinese university admission examination or be admitted by recommendation and without taking an admission exam, and under the age of 35.Master’s Degree Scholarship: 2-3 academic years.Applicants are required to have a bachelor degree or a diploma comparable to a bachelor degree, and under the age of 45.Doctorate Degree Scholarship: 3-4 academic years.Applicants are required to have a master’s degree or a diploma comparable to a master degree, and under the age of 45.Details of the Scholarships

3.One-off settlement subsidy, at the following rates(CNY Yuan)：

a.Students who will study in China for 1 academic year or more：CNY 1,500

b.Students who will study in China more than 1 semester, but within 1 academic year ： CNY 1,000.4.Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Benefit Plan for International Students in China is provided by Confucius Institute Headquarters for the scholarship students, in case of hospitalization for serious diseases and accidental injuries.How to Apply

Applicants are suppose to submit their application materials to the following institution:

1.The Education(Culture)Department(Section)in local Chinese Embassy and Consulate overseas.2.Confucius Institutes worldwide.3、Overseas Chinese Proficiency Tests centers recognized by Confucius Institute Headquarters。

4.Other institutions specified by Confucius Institute Headquarters.Application Materials

Applicants must submit application materials to the recruiting institutions according to the following requirement(in duplicate)：

1.Completed “Application Form for Confucius Institute Scholarship”，filled and printed, both in Chinese and English.The form can be downloaded fromthe Hanban website and/or the Confucius Institute Online at http:// ；

2.A Photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it;

3.Personal statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, etc.The statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and signed by the applicant.Detail research and study plan(additional paper can be attached)are required for students applying formaster’s or doctorate degree；

4.Certificates of Chinese Proficiency, could be Chinese Proficiency Certificates and

transcripts, or other certificates of Chinese language learning and/or education;

5.Diploma and transcripts(issued directly by the educational administration office of the school/university, and with a school cache）；Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide notarized copy of senior high school transcripts.Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;Applicants for Master’s or Doctorate Degree are required to submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associated professors;

6.Applications under the age of 18 should submit letters of approval and provide emergent contact of their legal guardians;

7.Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form(printed by Chinese quarantine authority and only for those whose period of studies in China lasts up to six months)filled in English.Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid.The above application materials should reach Confucius Institute Headquarters via the recruiting institutions by May 31th, 2009.Individual applications will not be accepted by the Confucius Institute Headquarters.Selection of Institutions

Contacts between applicants and their target institutions are encouraged.Please attach the admission letters from the target institution to the application materials, if there’s any.Approval

1.Confucius Institute Headquarters will review all the application materials from the appointed authorities and is authorized to make necessary adjustments on the applied institutions and duration of study.The qualified applications will be forwarded to institutions and the final decision on whether to admit the applicants will be made by them;

2.Recommended by their current institution, scholarship applicants currently attending Chinese secondary schools or higher institutions could be officially awarded the Confucius Institute Scholarship;

3．Confucius Institute Headquarters will send the List of Acceptance to relevant recruiting institutions by the end of June, 2009;

Registration

Students who are awarded the scholarship are required to register in the designated institution within the specified deadline.The privilege of the scholarship would be withdrawn, if one could not register in time.Contact Information

2018年孔子學院獎學金申請辦法

為培養合格的漢語教師，促進漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，孔子學院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設立孔子學院獎學金，委托孔子學院、獨立設置的孔子課堂、海外部分漢語考試考點（以下簡稱推薦機構）推薦優秀學生和在職漢語教師到中國大學（以下簡稱接收院校）學習。

一、資助對象 1．非中國籍人士。2．身心健康，品學兼優。

3．有志于從事漢語教育、教學及漢語國際推廣相關工作。

4．年齡為16-35周歲（統一以2018年9月1日計）。在職漢語教師放寬至45周歲。

二、獎學金類別及申請條件 1．漢語國際教育專業碩士

2018年9月入學，資助期限為2年。

具有大學本科學歷。漢語考試成績達到HSK（五級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。提供畢業后擬任教機構工作協議或相關證明者優先。

2．一學年研修生(漢語言文學課程)

2018年9月入學，資助期限為11個月。不錄取在華留學生。漢語考試成績達到HSK（四級）180分、HSKK（中級）60分。3．一學期研修生（漢語言文學課程）

2018年9月、2019年3月入學，資助期限為5個月。不錄取護照上有X1、X2簽證者。

漢語考試成績達到HSK（三級）210分，具有HSKK成績。

三、辦理流程

2018年3月1日起，申請者可登錄孔子學院獎學金網站（cis.chinese.cn）申請孔子學院獎學金。

登錄孔子學院獎學金網站，查詢推薦機構與接收院校；在線提交申請材料，關注申請進程、審核意見與獎學金評審結果；獎學金獲得者與接收院校確認辦理來華留學手續，在線打印獲獎證書；按接收院校錄取通知書規定的時間入學報到。

申請截止日期為：

1．6月20日（9月入學）。

2．12月20日（2019年3月入學）。

漢辦集中評審，擇優資助，于入學前2個月完成獎學金評審工作，公布評審結果。

四、關于漢語橋獲獎者

在各類漢語橋比賽中獲得2018“孔子學院獎學金證書”者，登錄孔子學院獎學金網站，憑獎學金證書向目標接收院校提交申請材料。

附錄1.孔子學院獎學金資助內容及標準

孔子學院獎學金資助內容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫療保險費。

1．學費由接收院校統籌用于獎學金生的培養與管理，開展文化活動，組織參加漢語考試。學費不包含教材費和旅游景點門票。

2．住宿費由接收院校統籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經獎學金生申請、接收院校批準，選擇校外住宿者，由學校按月或季度發放住宿費，標準為700元人民幣/月。3．生活費由接收院校按月發放。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

獎學金生按接收院校錄取通知書規定的時間入學報到，否則取消獎學金資格。當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊者，當月發放全額生活費；15日以后注冊者，當月發放半月生活費。

獎學金生在學期間（不含寒暑假）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天者，停發離華期間生活費。

獎學金生因個人原因休學、退學或受接收院校紀律處分者，停發自休學、退學或接到處分通知之日起的生活費。

畢（結）業生的生活費發放至學校確定的畢（結）業日期后的半個月。4．綜合醫療保險費參照中國教育部來華留學有關規定執行，由接收院校統一購買。四周研修生標準為160元人民幣/人，一學期研修生為400元人民幣/人，一學年以上標準為800元人民幣/年/人。附錄2.孔子學院獎學金申請材料清單

為支持孔子學院建設，促進漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，培養合格的漢語教師和漢語人才，孔子學院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設立獎學金，資助外國學生、學者和漢語教師到中國有關大學（以下統稱“接收院校”）學習。

In order to support development of Confucius Institutes, facilitate Chinese language promotion and Chinese cultural transmission in the world, cultivate qualified Chinese language teachers and talented students of Chinese language, Confucius Institute Headquarters(Hanban)(hereinafter referred to as Hanban)launches the “Confucius Institute Scholarships” program for providing sponsorship to students, scholars and Chinese language teachers of other countries for pursuing a study in relevant universities in China(hereinafter referred to as “host institutions”).一、招生類別及申請條件

I.Category & Eligibility

本招生類別是漢語國際教育專業碩士、一學年研修+漢語國際教育專業碩士、漢語國際教育本科、一學年研修生、一學期研修生和四周研修生。招生對象為非中國籍人士，身體健康，年齡一般在16至35周歲之間（在職漢語教師可放寬至45周歲、本科年齡在20歲以下）。

1.Scholarship for Master’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 2 academic years.Applicant should own a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 5), and a minimum score of 50 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).Applicant who is able to provide the employment agreement or certification upon finishing the study from designated working institutions is preferred.2.一學年研修+漢語國際教育專業碩士

資助期限為3學年。申請者須提供與孔子學院或擬任教單位簽訂的協議，具有學士學位或相當學歷，漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK初級60分。

2.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL Students This category provides a sponsorship for 3 academic years.Applicant should provide the employment agreement from a designated Confucius Institute or a prospective working institution.Applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 60 in HSKK Test(Beginner Level).3.漢語國際教育本科 資助期限為4學年。申請者須為具有高中以上學歷，漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK中級40分。

3.Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(BTCSOL)Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4 academic years.Applicant should hold a high school diploma or above, a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK Test(Intermediate Level).4.一學年研修生 資助期限為11個月。面向孔子學院（課堂）學員，海外本土漢語教師、中文專業學生、HSK考試成績優秀者，不招收在華留學生。漢語水平不低于HSK三級180分、HSKK初級60分，或者不低于BCT（A）180分、BCT（口語）180分。

4.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study Students

This category provides a sponsorship for 11 months.Application is open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, overseas Chinese language teachers, Chinese language major students and excellent performers in HSK test.International students who are now studying in China are not eligible for the scholarship.Applicant should have a minimum score of 180 in HSK Test(Level 3), and 60 in HSKK test(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should hold a minimum score of 180 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 180 BCT(Speaking).5.一學期研修生 資助期限為5個月。申請者無來華留學經歷，漢語水平不低于HSK二級120分、HSKK初級40分，或者不低于BCT（A）100分、BCT（口語）120分。

5.Scholarship for One-Semester Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 5 months.Applicant should have no prior experience of studying in China, but have a minimum score of 120 in HSK Test(Level 2), and a minimum score of 40 in HSKK(Beginner Level).Alternatively, applicant should have a minimum score of 100 in BCT(A), and a minimum score of 120 in BCT(Speaking).6.四周研修生

資助期限為四周，以研修漢語為主。面向孔子學院（課堂）學員、HSK/BCT優秀考生和《孔子學院》期刊讀者俱樂部優秀會員。申請者須提交HSK或BCT成績報告，無來華留學經歷。

6.Scholarship for Four-Week Study Students This category provides a sponsorship for 4-week study which is mainly focusing on Chinese language.Application is mainly open to Confucius Institute(Classroom)students, excellent performers in HSK test, and outstanding club members of Confucius Institute Magazine.Applicant should submit a HSK or BCT score report, and have no prior experience of studying in China.已獲2016“孔子學院獎學金證書”的漢語橋獲獎者，憑證書獎項注冊辦理入學手續。

“Chinese Bridge”(Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students)Winners who have been awarded the 2016 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” can apply for admission according to the scholarship specified in the certificate.二、學習專業、接收院校和入學時間

II.Majors, Host Institutions & Admission 本委托150所中國大學培養孔子學院獎學金生，學習專業有漢語國際教育、漢語言文學、中國歷史、中國哲學，中醫，中國音樂、中國舞蹈等。申請者可登錄獎學金網站（http://cis.chinese.cn）申請表中查詢有關學校。

This year, 150 Chinese universities are entrusted as the host institutions of the scholarships which provide various subjects including Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, Chinese Philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Music, Chinese Dance, etc.For more detailed information of the host institutions, please find the Application Form on the Confucius Institute Scholarships Website(http://cis.chinese.cn).漢語國際教育專業碩士、一學年研修+漢語國際教育專業碩士、漢語國際教育本科、一學年研修生、一學期研修生均可選擇在2016年9月1日或2017年3月1日入學。

Admission for students of MTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study + MTCSOL, BTCSOL, one-Academic-Year Study, and one-Semester Study is either on September 1st, 2016 or March 1st, 2017.四周研修生課程安排在2016年7月15日至8月14日，或2016年12月15日至2017年1月14日。需單獨開班，一般10人以上，可另外安排學習時間，孔子學院（課堂）須提前3個月提出申請。

III.Scholarship Coverage, Criteria and Academic Assessment 孔子學院獎學金全額資助內容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費和綜合醫療保險費。

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.學費由學校統籌用于獎學金生培養與管理，組織獎學金生參加漢語水平測試（HSK/HSKK），開展文化活動。

Tuition fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions to provide teaching, management, Chinese language proficiency tests(HSK/HSKK), and cultural and social activities for scholarship holders.住宿費由接收院校統籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經學校批準，選擇校外住宿的，可按月或季度獲得學校發放的住宿費，標準為：700元人民幣/月/人。

Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions which should provide scholarship holders with free dormitory rooms(usually double rooms).For those who live off campus with the permission of host institutions are entitled to accommodation allowance from host institutions on by month or by quarter.The allowance criteria are RMB700 per person on monthly basis.生活費由接收院校按月發給。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業碩士生3000元人民幣/月。接收院校按每學期注冊學籍，當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊的，發給全月生活費；十五日以后報到的，發給半月生活費；畢業生的生活費發至學校確定的畢業之日以后半個月；獎學金生在學期間（正常假期外）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天，停發離華期間生活費；因個人原因休學、退學的，停發生活費。

Living allowance is granted by the host institutions on monthly basis.The allowance criteria per person are: ? BTCSOL, One-Academic-Year Study, One-Semester Study: RMB2,500 per month ? The degree scholarship program applicants(Category 1, 2, 3)are subject to annual academic performance review.Only those who achieve outstanding records in academic and Chinese language proficiency are entitled to a full scholarship for the following year;those who achieve average academic records are entitled to partial scholarships;the others will not be entitled to scholarship any longer.Partial scholarships consist of tuition fee, accommodation fee and comprehensive medical insurance.The One-Academic-Year Study and One-Semester Study programmers is required to attend Chinese language proficiency test before graduation.Test fee is reimbursed by host institutions.四、招生流程

Scholarship recruitment is open all year round on a trial basis.For applicants, recommending institutions and host institutions, please find admission procedures and scholarship recruitment results on the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn).1.申請者登錄獎學金網站，注冊、填寫《孔子學院獎學金申請表》并附上有關證明材料電子掃描件。

1.For application, please log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarships website(http://cis.chinese.cn)to register, complete the Confucius Institute Scholarships Application Form online, and upload the scanned copies of relevant supporting documents.2.漢辦委托各國孔子學院（獨立設置的孔子課堂），有關海外漢語考試考點，中國駐外使（領）館教育、文化處（組），接收院校作為推薦機構，擇優選拔本地申請者，審核申請材料，并與接收院校聯系，收取并轉交獎學金生入學材料。

2.Entrusted by Hanban, Confucius Institutes(independent Confucius Classrooms)in different countries, overseas Chinese language testing centers, educational and cultural sections of Chinese embassy and consulate, and host institutions in China are working as recommending institutions to engage in the applicant selection, materials review, host institutions connection, and collecting and handing over applicants’ documents to host institutions.3.申請材料經過漢辦獎學金處確認有效后，由接收院校審核入學資格，并向漢辦提交預錄取人選。

3.Once application materials are verified by the Division of Scholarships of Hanban as valid, host institutions will then review the eligibility of applicants and submit the admission list to Hanban.4．漢辦對符合條件者進行綜合，擇優錄取。評審結果一般在申請材料確認有效后45個工作日內發布。

4.Hanban will conduct an overall assessment of all applications and admit applicants on the basis of competitive selection.Normally, the admission results will be announced within 45 working days after the application materials are confirmed as valid.5．接收院校與學生確認留學意向后，須在15個工作日內將《錄取通知書》、《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202表）和獎學金證書復印件等寄達推薦機構。

5.After confirming with the successful applicants, host institutions are required to post “Letter of Admission”, “Visa Application Form for Foreigners to Study in China"(JW202 Form), copy of the scholarship certificate and other relevant documents to the recommending institutions within 15 working days.五、免責聲明

推薦機構和接收院校須核對申請者護照用名完整、國籍無誤、永久通信地址真實有效。以下證明材料如非中文或英文版本，需提供相應的公證文件。

Recommending institutions and host institutions should examine the completeness, validity and accuracy of applicant’s name, nationality and permanent address on the passport.If the following documents are not in Chinese or English version, notarization documents should be provided.一、與所有申請者有關的證明材料

I.For all applicants 1.護照照片頁掃描件。未滿18周歲的申請者，須提交在華法定監護人署名的委托證明文件。

1.A scanned copy of the passport photo page.Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China.2．HSK、HSKK或BCT、BCT（口語）成績報告。來華參加“漢語橋”復賽獲獎者可提供“漢語橋”獲獎證書和“孔子學院獎學金證書”。

為培養合格的漢語教師，促進漢語國際推廣和中國文化傳播，孔子學院總部/國家漢辦（以下簡稱漢辦）設立孔子學院獎學金，委托孔子學院、獨立設置的孔子課堂、海外部分漢語考試考點（以下簡稱推薦機構）推薦優秀學生和在職漢語教師到中國大學（以下簡稱接收院校）學習。

一、資助對象 1.非中國籍人士。2.身心健康，品學兼優。

3.有志于從事漢語教育、教學及漢語國際推廣相關工作。

4.年齡為16-35周歲（統一以2018年9月1日計）。在職漢語教師放寬至45周歲，本科獎學金申請者一般不超過25周歲。

二、獎學金類別及申請條件 1.漢語國際教育專業碩士

2018年9月入學，資助期限為2年。

具有大學本科學歷。漢語考試成績達到HSK（五級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。提供畢業后擬任教機構工作協議或相關證明者優先。2.漢語國際教育本科

2018年9月入學，資助期限為4年。

具有高中學歷。漢語考試成績達到HSK（四級）210分、HSKK（中級）60分。3.一學年研修生

具有HSK成績。由孔子學院組團進行報名，并事先聯系接收院校確定在華學習計劃，提前報總部審批，每團10-15人。(3)孔子學院專項四周生

三、辦理流程

2018年3月1日起，申請者可登錄孔子學院獎學金網站申請孔子學院獎學金。

登錄孔子學院獎學金網站，查詢推薦機構與接收院校；在線提交申請材料，關注申請進程、審核意見

第五篇：孔子學院獎學金資助標準

附錄1.孔子學院獎學金資助內容及標準

孔子學院獎學金按資助內容分為全額獎學金和部分獎學金。全額獎學金包括學費、住宿費、生活費（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫療保險費；部分獎學金包括：學費、住宿費和綜合醫療保險費。

1.學費由接收院校統籌用于獎學金生培養與管理，開展文化活動，其中學費（一學期研修生的學期學費）包含一次漢語水平考試（HSK）和一次漢語水平口語考試（HSKK）費用，供研修生結業前，以及學歷生評審及畢業前參加上述兩項考試使用。學費不包含教材費和旅游景點門票。

2.住宿費由接收院校統籌使用，為學生提供免費宿舍，一般為雙人間；經獎學金生本人申請、接收院校批準，也可選擇校外住宿。選擇校外住宿者，由學校按月或按季度發放住宿費，標準為：700元人民幣/月/人。

3.生活費由接收院校按月發放給全額獎學金生。本科生、一學年和一學期研修生標準為2500元人民幣/月；漢語國際教育專業碩士生為3000元人民幣/月。

3.1 獎學金生按學校每學期規定報到日期到校注冊學籍，否則取消獎學金資格。

3.2當月15日（含15日）前到校注冊者，該月發放全月生活費；十五日以后注冊者，該月發放半月生活費；畢（結）業的生活費發放至學校確定的畢（結）業日期之后的半個月；

3.3 在學期間（不含寒暑假）因個人原因離開中國時間超過15天者，停發非在華期間生活費； 3.4 因個人原因休學、退學或受學校紀律處分者，接收院校應停發自休學、退學或接到處分通知之日起的生活費。

4.綜合醫療保險參照中國教育部來華留學有關規定執行，由接收院校統一購買。四周研修生標準為100元人民幣/人，一學期研修生為400元人民幣/人，一學年以上有關學生標準為800元人民幣/人/年。

5.每學期新生、老生注冊報到表，取消獎學金資格、停發獎學金生活費的處理報告，新生購買獎學金生保險證明等材料，應在開學后30日內報漢辦考試與獎學金處備案。
