英語輔導周刊發行活動暢談

一：做我們報紙的收獲

1鍛煉自己，提高個人能力；

2多交朋友，提升自己人脈；

3積累經驗，增加求職籌碼;

4為協會貢獻力量，讓協會更有名氣和實力。

5獲得大型贊助資金，為進軍甲級社團提供物質基礎。

二： 開場白

不要一進去就說我們負責學院的英語報刊推廣銷售，我們學校是工科類院校，有很多同

學英語很菜，高考五六十分的多了去，提到英語就頭痛，還有的人甚至反感根本不想聽。所以我們作為學長學姐應多關心地詢問他們家鄉、行程、入學心情及目前需要的幫助（邊發傳單，每宿舍兩張）。同時介紹一些進入大學后會碰到的問題，要讓遠道求學的新生感受到來之本協會關懷和問候。或者采取其他的方式：如委婉的向新生介紹A,B級等級考試沒過的麻煩，讓他們在有壓力的同時又能提高英語學習的自覺性，為學校等級考試通過率的提高出一份力，為協會升級甲級社團添上重重的籌碼）。

再推薦英語輔導周刊，以學長學姐的身份向新生介紹本校英語等級考試（第一次英語A，B級考試很多班級全班掛一半稍出頭，學院也有貼出來，通過率具體百分幾我忘記了，但是很多同學應該都有看到，通過率高不高大家心里雪亮雪亮的。掛了第一學期獎學金沒了，一切個人榮譽沒了，入黨積極分子沒了下學期從頭開始。每學期補考一次40元，補考三次以上的大有人在。最后畢業發的是結業證書而不是畢業證書。

要做一個受人歡迎的推銷員，保持微笑，適當熱情，善于觀察，懂得投其所好。回想一下商場里的有些優秀推銷員的行為，是否有值得借鑒的地方。推銷自己是貫穿營銷始末的。哪怕是遭到拒絕，也請微笑面對，他可以不認同你的工作，但是一定要認同你的素質！

三：介紹報紙

a、主要告訴他們英語A,B級，四級的在報刊中比例相當（成績差的同學我們要讓他明白這份報刊A,B級的分量很重，成績好的我們要讓他們不會誤以為這份很簡單，不利他們考四級。

4）征訂技巧：

a聊聊新生家鄉，問哪里人，及其他新生關心的話題（不許謊報自己是他同鄉）。

b幫助新生提行李，教他們如何整理床鋪等等（最好在校門口，或宿舍附近，不可提倡全程接送，除非很有把握。

c以一個朋友的身份向新生講授大學生活趣事，留下自己的聯系方法，讓新生在以后的生活學習過程中遇到問題和困難，向你請教。

d談談大學的生活、學習，提到學習的時候，著重強調英語學習的重要性（大學英語A,B級的重要性）。讓他們知道《英語輔導周刊》是輔導英語A,B級并向四級沖刺的權威性報紙，這份報刊得到老師的大力支持推薦。

e隊友之間在休息期間應相互交流發行經驗和遇到的問題，并解決問題提高自己的發行能力。f現身說法，已經考過四級的，可以帶上自己的四級考試成績單，向他們展示一下。

五：工作中注意事項；

2)領取相關材料，工作結束后交回，避免丟失。給訂閱者開據學習報專用收據，詳細登訂閱者的資料（姓名、宿舍號），發行員自行保管好收據，票據要妥善管理，如果發票開錯，不要撕掉，寫上作廢即可。

3）發行員必須在所分配的區域內工作，收款時請仔細鑒別人民幣，一定要避免假

幣，要記住五十一百等人民幣是誰給的（如用鉛筆做記號）。

4）宣傳發行期間請佩帶協會證件，并攜帶學生證以備證明自己的身份。在指定時間

到達工作區域

5）帶上自己的包或不透明的塑料帶，不要把我們的材料直接拿在手上，這樣如果遇

到頑固的生管，會造成不必要的麻煩，還要叫。

6）工作過程中遇到一些困難，及時與主管聯系，不要輕易放棄。

7）報紙發行的最佳工作時間，新生剛到宿舍、中午、傍晚。

六：和其他報紙的比較：《21century》是很不錯，銷量也不錯，但大都數是由于

零售的。還有就是它的大學版難度太大了，適合考研和六級以上水平的讀者；英

語周報事實已經證明不適合我們學校。很多其他的報紙雜志雜志都沒有質量和售

后保障。

七：工作時的心態：要有自信，我們的報紙是最好的，如果我們的報紙都賣不好的，其他的報紙在我們學校更賣不出去，遇到挫折的時候要堅持，回來時找學姐

學長尋求解決方法。遇到一些宿舍出現比較特殊的情況，多和會員分享交流，共

同進步。

銷售過程中遇見的問題（轉載）

1）謝謝你，我們剛到，忙整理呢。你下次再來吧！

答：了解清楚什么原因，可以幫他忙一忙，順便講講《學習報》的一些情況。隔壁都訂了，你們不訂就回

落伍的。還有就是問問家是哪的、學的什么專業等，利用這個先拉近距離。

2)當學生提出“我們的課本還沒有發下來，等發下來再說吧”怎么辦？

答：我們學校因為開學比較晚，而我們英語輔導材料是把九月份作為第一期，所以我們要盡快統計好訂

閱數目。然后報到上面去。況且現在的大學生最基本的素質是英語，英語是必不可少的；我們的征訂時間

就在這幾天，等課本發下來已經不一定訂得到了，所以要抓緊時間定；

3）當學生提出“宿舍其他人還沒到，一起來了商量一下再說”

答：大學生和高中生最大的區別就是要有主見，學習是自己的事情，高中的時候是老師幫你們定學習輔導材料，但是大學已經不一樣了，什么都要靠自己了。然后再跟他講英語學習的重要

來了解你們的報到情況，看你們有什么需要幫助的；來了解你們情況！

三、套近乎哪里人？乘什么車？對學校印象？英語水平如何？高考分數？

四、判斷對手用正確的方式切入不同性格的人。內向、外向；經濟情況；有主見，沒主見；英語水平等

五、主題部分 1.學習：大學是人生的另一起點，學習依然是頭等大事；英語學習及重要性：學好英語的優

越性，學不好的苦惱處；推薦《學習報》及特色；（見樣報及宣傳冊的講解）

六、收尾，成交，及時總結上一次推銷的經驗，以飽滿的熱情投入下一次推銷過程中。

第三篇：英語比賽

英語比賽

上英語課了，老師讓我們一大組和二大組比賽，雙方開始了激烈的比賽，我們一大組和二大組打了十幾個回合，仍然不分勝負，快下課了，二大組有45分，我們一大組有40分，我們一大組的人都已精疲力盡，我一看著急了，在急切之下，我突然站了起來，“老師我會”，結果老師就挑我了，我回答了XXXX個問題。老師給我們加了15分，一下子就超過了第二組10分。正在這時下課鈴聲響起。

下課后我們第一組的同學團聚在一起載歌載舞，互相慶祝我們一大組的勝利。
