匆匆忙忙的一個學期過去了,這一個學期以來,在校長的領導下,我們新的行政班子,堅持教育“以人為本,全面育人”的辦學理念,以課程改革為主線,以課堂教學為主陣地,進一步落實新課程理念。堅持“一切為了學生,為了學生一切”的辦學宗旨,依據學校辦學指導思想和教務處工作計劃,努力開展有效教學研究,著力提升課堂教學質量,確保學校持續穩定發展,較好地完成了預定的各項工作任務。

一、教學管理工作

1、時刻樹立課程意識

我們強調規范學科課程,強化教育法規意識,嚴格執行課程計劃,按照規定開齊、上足、教好所有規定的課程,以保證學生的全面發展和個性發展。堅決做到教師、教室、教導處的課表一致。一學期來所有教師均能做到按照課表安排進行教學,不隨意換課,嚴格執行“三表”,保證正常的教學秩序。而且,學校為了落實課程計劃,將課程計劃納入到了考核制度之中,學校每周定期的進行檢查,并將檢查結果納入到考核之中。

2、加強對教師“教學六認真”的工作管理,即:“學期教學計劃認真、備課認真、上課認真、作業認真、輔導認真、考核認真”。通過對此六個方面的要求,強化學校的常規管理,明確教師的常規工作。要求教師認真備課、上課、按時批閱作業、耐心輔導學生、認真組織考試并進行質量分析,開展好大課間活動。

(1)備課:突出備學生、備教法,體現學生活動,體現學科間整合,在“詳實”上下功夫。認真反思、總結工作中的得失,把反思作為自己專 業成長的有效途徑。學校開學初對教師的教案進行了一次初步檢查,9月底對全體教師的教案進行了細致的檢查,學期末對全體教師教案的質量和總量進行了最后一次檢查,并對每一份教案做了優缺點的點評,意在發揚優點,彌補不足。同時將檢查結果納入到了月考核之中。通過檢查,發現了教師的教案中的不少閃過點,在規定的時間內,每位老師都及時的上交了教案。而且,每一本教案都做到了課時齊全,項目完整,過程詳細。

其次在書寫方面,大部分老師都能做到認認真真,工工整整。比如李硯軍老師的英語教案,閆長華等老師的數學教案,李寶云、田維艷、王炳婕、賈從艷等老師的語文教案,韓遠香、王振蘭等老師的體育教案,欣賞老師們的教案,就好像在欣賞一幅書法作品,令人賞心悅目。

再有是教學環節設計細致入微,對學生的指導作用明顯。比如李立民、郝建軍、張媛媛等幾位老師的數學教案,對教學過程中的每一個環節都精心設計,以情境帶入例題,以巧妙的問題吸引學生的注意,課堂練習的設計符合班級學生的特點,有層次,有梯度。

當然,優點很多,不足也有。主要體現在三個方面:

1、教具媒體在教學過程中沒有反應出來。

2、學生活動過于單一。

3、作業的布臵過于籠統。根據教案中的不足,我有針對性的進行了點評,希望教師能以后避免。(2)上課:利用好課堂40分種,向40分種要實效,要質量。課堂中力求把新的教學理念貫穿到教學中,在“激趣”上做文章,充分調動學生學習積極性、主動性,發揮課堂最大效益。開學初,教導處以推門課的形式聽取了部分教師的課。10月9日到11月5日期間,學校組織了青年教師“人人獻課”活動。獻課教師18名,自己申報時間、班級,以及講課內容。學 校按照教師申報,集中編排,組織聽課。聽課后,組織教師評課,并上交當堂課的教案、說課稿及反思一份。通過聽課,發現了很多年輕教師教學中的閃光點,聽課小組一致認為,講課的18位青年教師專業基本功扎實,備課認真,多媒體課件制作精美,使用合理,充分利用現代化教學手段輔助教學。課堂結構都比較嚴謹。孫成艷老師講課緊扣教材,講解清楚,落實到位,教態和藹;劉俊杰老師用心準備,合理的使用電教媒體,使學生巧妙記憶單詞和英語句子,成長較快;閆長華老師講解條理清晰,重難點闡述清楚,課件制作很好;楊家瑞老師教態大方,內容連貫性好,舉例豐富,講解到位;王炳婕老師基本功扎實,準備充分,學生積極主動,課堂組織較好;劉孟杰講課有激情,不僅合理設計了作文教學的要點,而且板書了重點內容;柴京津老師雖然上的是一年級的課,但是駕馭課堂能力較強,課堂氣氛活躍,活動形式多樣。總之,這幾位青年教師從專業知識、教學經驗到教態都成長較快,都有各自的亮點。

在看到成績的同時,我們也看到了這幾位老師存在的不足之處。如,部分教師和學生之間的互動不夠,不善于正確引導學生去分析和解決問題。教學應該是師生雙邊的活動,而不是教師唱獨角戲。部分青年教師存在師生互動少,交流不夠的問題,有時提了問題無學生回答,冷了場。原因有三:要么設計的問題不合理,學生無從答起;要么沒給學生留下思考的余地,來不及回答;要么平時教學中已習慣了自問自答,沒讓學生養成主動思考的良好習慣。我們教師面對的是活生生的精靈古怪的學生,我們上的是課,傳授的是知識,收獲的不該是寂寞。

其次,部分教師教學過程的組織缺乏嚴密性,具體表現在知識的連貫 性和過渡語的運用處理不夠。知識的輸出應是自然的、流暢的、系統的,而不是生硬的、跳躍性的、孤立零散的,課堂內容之間的銜接要緊湊,過渡要自然,時間分配要合理,更要幫助學生構建知識體系,引導學生去分析知識的來龍去脈和形成過程,提高學生運用所學知識解決問題的能力。

此外,部分教師上課缺乏激情,過分依賴多媒體,板書設計不夠美觀或沒有板書。我們教師的精神面貌會直接感染學生,甚至影響到學生的學習興趣,青年教師是充滿活力的,課堂上也該是激情四射。課件是為課堂教學服務的,是為了幫我們解決重難點的,應根據我們的教學思路合理使用,而不是跟著課件走。再者板書和課件給學生留下的印象是不一樣的,所以沒有板書不行,粉筆字拿不出手也不好。

(3)作業:布臵作業“活而精”,形式多樣并且有層次性、實效性,切忌題海戰術;課后及時認真批閱作業,盡力面批學困生作業,作業批改有批改時間和適時、恰當的評價。10月20日,學校集中對1——6年級語數外三科的教案進行了檢查。檢查內容包括各班的各科課堂練習冊,低年級的生字本,中高年級的作文本和白報本各一套。通過檢查,可見教師對學生作業本的使用及評價都有嚴格的規定。首先,教師們上交的作業本數量齊全,外觀整潔、統一。學生書寫格式統一,大部分學生的書寫工整。教師對作業的批閱及時,對錯題回批及時,能及時有效的對學生的作業情況進行評價,對學生今后的作業有一定的指導作用。

當然,其中也存在了部分不足情況,有的學生的作業重復機械抄寫,沒有做到精練。有的學生作業在有錯誤,但是教師沒有及時的發現。

針對這些情況,我都跟相關教師做了反饋,相信以后教師會杜絕此類 情況的發生。

(4)輔導學生:制訂好輔導計劃,找準輔導對象,在“耐心”上下功夫,力求找到每個學生的閃光點,讓每個學生都有新的發展。學校重點對畢業班的學生輔導做了人員分配,校行政分配到班,分配到人,校長負責六年二班,教務處主任負責六年一班;另外,行政班子又分科負責,校長負責數學,教務處主任負責語文,德育主任負責英語。有分工,有落實。

(5)考試:“嚴”當頭,平時要求要“嚴”,組織考試紀律要“嚴”,批改試卷把關要“嚴”。單元小考要隨進度而落實,每次考試做好試卷分析工作。我校9月份進行了月考,10分月份進行了1、2、3、6年級的期中考試,11月12日鎮級進行了4、5年級的語數外三科的抽考。考試之后,鎮級進行了統一閱卷,并與11月30日進行了抽考分析。1月6、7日進行了學校1——3年級的期末考試,1月11、12日進行了區期末統考。無論是校級的考試,還是區級的統考,從學校領導到每位教師都高度重視。學校針對每次考試中考場的安排,監考教師的分配,閱卷教師的選派都做了細致的分工,確保萬無一失,合理規劃;對于每位教師,無論是考前的復習,還是學校分派的工作,以及監考、閱卷、登統都能做到一絲不茍,認真服從,從過程上做到了細致入微。也許部分學科或班級結果有不盡人意處,但老師們確實付出了許多。

3、加強教研組的有效管理。本學期學校成立語文組、數學組、英語組和綜合組四個教研組,各教研組結合本組實際,積極為學生的個性發展與教師的成長提供展示的舞臺;各教研組積極組織活動,認真學習先進的教學理念和教學方法,積極開展課堂教學研討活動,促進學校教學質量的最優化。在教研中,部分有經驗的老師發揮了主導作用,對年輕教師的輔導作業巨大。

4、加強教師業務培訓學習,組織教師參加繼續教育的培訓學習。本學期我校參加四周期培訓的教師有10人,其中校級骨干教師4人,分別是韓遠香、王振蘭、賈從艷、閆長華;265骨干教師2人,分別是劉孟杰和段曉 倩老師。同時,學校組織教師雙周進行校本教研學習,以《中小學職業道德規范手冊》為范本。通過學習,不斷提高教師自身業務素質,堅持記讀書筆記,寫學習體會或心得,并積極參加教研組活動學習。

5、堅持聽評課制度。學校安排中層領導和教研組長周隨機聽評活動。一學期,校長聽課30節、教務主任聽課60節、教研組長聽課14節,任課教師聽課已達14節以上,并都能及時地做好評課記錄。

7、以活動為載體,提高學生素質。開學初,學校組織全體學生觀看了《開學第一課》,激發了學生好好學習,天天向上的好學意識;9月底,我校結合月考,對畢業班進行了“學進之星”、“學績之星”、“潛能之星”的評比活動,激發了學生的學習積極性;10月14日,3——6年級的學生進行了“我愛寫書法”活動,活動以培養學生良好學習習慣為契機,對學生良好的書寫習慣進行指導為目標,最終評出各班的優秀獎和集體獎;第八周和第九周,針對畢業班進行了“我是單詞王”競賽活動,通過為期兩周的活動,評出了各班的單詞王和冠軍班集體,激發了學生學習英語的熱情。

8、認真開展教研工作,注重教研效果。堅持單周、雙周學科教研組的學習、教研活動,切實為課堂教學服務,解決教師困惑的問題。

9、充分利用好網絡資源,提倡利用多媒體進行教學,發揮網絡的優勢。開學初,教務處結合總務主任將各班的多媒體進行了檢查,將出現的故障進行上報,并及時地進行了維修,使多媒體的使用率得到了大大地提高。

10、安排教師參加各級各類的外出考察、觀摩、培訓、聽課、研討,除了平時教研室下發的聽課、教研通知外,本學期我校還安排了田維艷和王炳婕兩位年輕教師赴北京參加了教學觀摩活動,倡導教師回校后撰寫心得體會、交流感想等。

二、完成其他工作

1、順利完成了鎮教委開學初關于良好學習習慣的檢查,以及小學科關于學校教學管理的檢查工作,并于11月19日,順利的通過了督導組的驗收。11月29日在雙閘小學進行了畢業班交流會,12月3日,進行了八里臺鎮良好學習習慣聯查,12月9日,在雙橋一小進行了學習習慣的交流會,12月10日,在八里臺中學進行了體育課聽課評課活動,12月25日組織學生在八里臺泰達園進行了冬季長跑,1月11、12日,進行了4——6年級的統考。2、11月26日下午,組織開展全校性的以班級為單位的家長座談會,搭建了家校聯系和溝通的橋梁,使家長多渠道了解學校管理和教育教學情況,更有效地配合教師抓好孩子的教育和學習。

3、加大圖書儀器借閱及使用力度。達到教具為教育教學服務的目的。

5、教務處適時處理日常事務,完成學校分配的各項工作任務,確保學校的各項工作的順利開展。

三、存在問題

1、學科組、教研組的集體備課實效性不夠。

2、少數教師的教案書寫馬虎,字跡潦草,反思不深刻,內容也不完整。

3、部分教師的作業批改中有錯批、漏批的現象。

4、有些教師聽課不到課堂,聽課筆記抄襲的痕跡明顯。

5、教學常規檢查中的人情化現象仍然存在。

6、公開課的教學創新意識不強,真正屬于自己獨到的東西不多。

7、平時能堅持學習課改理論,但把理論與實踐相結合,創新教育的教研氛圍不強。

四、下一步工作打算

1、加強教學質量的管理力度,進一步扭轉教師的教育觀念。

2、“提高課堂教學效率”,活動應更廣泛有效些,下學期將把這一公開活動繼續開展下去。

3、研究應更深入更透徹些,使我們的教師真正走進新課程、我們的教學更能適應新課程。

4、轉差工作要逐步落實到實處。

過去的一學期,教務處在校長的正確領導下,做了一些工作,但其中還存在諸多的不足。不過,我相信只要我們全體教師正視不足,繼續努力,會把工作做得更好。
