Margaret Anderson, Director of Personnel has requested this report on employee benefits satisfaction.The report was to be submitted to her by 28 June.Procedure

A representative selection of 15% of all employees were interviewed in the period between April 1st and April 15th concerning:

1.Overall satisfaction with our current benefits package

2.Problems encountered when dealing with the personnel department

3.Suggestions for the improvement of communication policies

4.Problems encountered when dealing with our HMO

Findings

1.Employees were generally satisfied with the current benefits package.2.Some problems were encountered when requesting vacation due to what is perceived as

long approval waiting periods.3.Older employees repeatedly had problems with HMO prescription drugs procedures.4.Employees between the ages of 22 and 30 report few problems with HMO.5.Most employees complain about the lack of dental insurance in our benefits package.6.The most common suggestion for improvement was for the ability to process benefits

1.Older employees, those over 50, are having serious problems with our HMO's ability to

provide prescription drugs.2.Our benefits request system needs to be revised as most complaints concerning in-house

1.Meet with HMO representatives to discuss the serious nature of complaints concerning

prescription drug benefits for older employees.2.Give priority to vacation request response time as employees need faster approval in

order to be able to plan their vacations.3.Take no special actions for the benefits package of younger employees.4.Discuss the possibility of adding an online benefits requests system to our company

for the report.It usually includes the person requesting the report.? Procedure-The procedure provides the exact steps taken and methods used for

the report.? Findings-The findings point out discoveries made during the course of the

report investigation.?

? Conclusions-The conclusions provide logical conclusions based on the findings.Recommendations-The recommendations state actions that the writer of the

report feels need to be taken based on the findings and conclusions.? Reports should be concise and factual.Opinions are given in the “conclusions” section.However, these opinions should be based on facts presented in the “findings”.?

? Use simple tenses(usually the present simple)to express facts.Use the imperative form(Discuss the possibility..., Give priority..., etc.)in the

“recommendations” section as these apply to the company as a whole.

老憑心而論，雖然我們交流不多，但是可以看出來您對我真的關懷備至，好多時候，您能做到的都為我做到了，我的內心也十分感激，多謝您對我的循循教誨。在新的地方、新的時期和新的征程，我將繼續努力。不管怎樣，兩年多的風雨同舟經歷將是我最寶貴的財富，也將是我最珍貴的回憶。

經猶豫再三，我還是寫了這封辭職信件。

離開這個單位，離開這些曾經同甘共苦的同事，確實有很多不舍(舍不得同事之間的那片真誠和友善)。

你們好!首先致以我深深的歉意，我懷著愧疚和復雜的心情寫下這份辭職信，很遺憾地提出辭職。

對于我當初的選擇，我很自豪，也絲毫不后悔。團學是一個很優秀的團體，編輯部更是一個不可缺少的部門。我很熱愛編輯部，熱愛團學這個溫暖的團體。在一年半的工作中，除了編輯部本職的任務，我學到最多的便是團隊精神和組織能力，還學到了很多做人的道理和處事的原則，我想這對我今后的學習工作道路都會產生巨大的影響。同時，我明白了做好一件事的困難，明白了做好一件事所要付出的辛苦和智慧，學會了時刻總結自己，學會了不斷的重新認識自己。

但是說實話，我開始覺得力不從心了。大概說一下我的工作，平時負責日常通訊，每個部門的每個活動我們都要報道，但是很多時候我并不能及時的被通知到，除了一些早就定好的，其他的很多活動都需要我臨時通知，有的甚至是在上課時候我突然有活動安排，必須立刻安排好干事們去現場寫通訊和拍照片，因為很有臨時性，所以安排工作就比較麻煩也很影響上課。事后還得及時催干事交通訊稿進行修改做好整理然后在給老師修改，很內疚有幾次因為來不及修改帶來不良影響，很抱歉，這是我工作的疏忽。但可以說，除了吃飯睡覺，我幾乎把所有的課余時間全用在部門工作里了。我真的很舍不得離開團學，但我真的很累，覺得我并不能很好的處理學習與工作的關系。

在經過很多手忙腳亂的工作和學習生活，我靜下心來考慮自己的處境和未來的發展方向。我是專科，只有三年的大學生活，或者說只有兩年半，現在已經過去了一年半，我很有必要為自己好好考慮，下學期我們專業課更多，還要考相關方面的證書，我真的很難確定如果下學期還在團學我自己的學習時間，我也很難保證下學期假如我沒把握住學習時間，那以后我怎么面對工作問題。我必須給自己一個喘息的機會，一是讓自己疲憊的身心得到一定程度的休息，二是重新定位一下自己將來面對的方向。

這就意味著我會提前結束我的團學工作，在我離開之前，我會將應做的工作做個完整的結尾。這個決定會讓我放棄很多，但我放棄不了社會的競爭，放棄不了生存，所以我必須更加專一地為自己增加今后發展的籌碼。學生會的一年半，對我來說，結果不是最重要的，工作的過程就能讓我得到很多，就足以讓我很心滿意足地離開了。
