Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, My name is Liao Yuxuan from Class()Grade().My topic is how to keep healthy.Everybody needs a healthy body.It means that we can’t do most of the things without a healthy body.But how to keep healthy, different people have different pionions.According to my personal experiences, there are several ways building a strong body.Firs of all, having a good diet is very important.As I know, many of my classmates do not have breakfast before they go to school.It's a quite bad habit and it's bad for your health.Maybe you don't have time to have breakfast, but you couldn't learn well in your classes if you don't eat anything.So good and regular diet is a necessary thing in our daily life.Therefore, we should know how to have correct diet.In brief, we need to drink eight cups of boiled water everyday and eat all kinds of food, including fresh vegetables and fruits and kinds of meat.Secondly, physical exercise is an essential part of our life, experts advise us to have physical exercise four times a week.And many people take sports as physical exercise, so we have abundant choices such as swimming, jogging, running, tennis and so on.I always play badminton which is considered a very good form of exercise for people of all ages.After a year of paying badminton, I not only lost weight but also get a stronger body.Thirdly, making some good friends is also another good way to keep fit.When you have some sorrow, sadness or happiness, you can tell your friends and share with them and you will feel relax and less stressful.In your spare time, you can go out for a holiday together.You will have a good time with them.Fourthly, Kicking off your some bad habits, liking smoking, drinking alcohol, staying up too late, eating too many candies and so on.It is better to try and give up these things or at least do them less.Finally, You should ask your doctor for a health check once a year.The doctor will be able to help you spot other problems that you might not have noticed.In other words, health is more important than anything else.Ladies and gentleman, let’s do them and build a strong and healthy body to make our life colorful and happy.That’s all.Thank you very much!

人與人之間常常因為一些無法釋懷的僵持，而造成永遠的傷害。如果我們都能從自己做起，開始寬容地看待他人，相信你一定能收到許多意想不到的結果。為別人開啟一扇窗，也就是讓自己看到更完整的天空。人生不能沒有寬容，寬容不僅僅給了他人一方空間，更是給自己一方空間。

hometown.Friendships are formed by people who work or go to school

together.You may or may not like the person, but if he or she can do

work friends and leisure activity friends.Also friends tend to have

similar financial circumstances, because friendship inthe West is based on equality.Why? It’s because their friendship is mostly a matter of providing

emotional support and spending time together, so they do not feel

comfortable in a relationship in which one person is giving more and the

other is dependent on what is giving.A westerner will respond to a friend’

s trouble by asking “What do you want to do?” The idea is to help the

friend to think out the problem and discover the solution he or she really

wants and then to support the solution.Chinese friends give each other more concrete help.A Chinese will use

personal connections to help a friend get something hard to obtain.They

give each other money and might help each other out financially over a

long time.In the West, you can certainly ask a friend to do something with you,but you recognize that your friend may say no, if he or she gives you

as reason.You would not expect a friend to drop everything to respond

to a non-urgent need such as shopping.Nor would you expect a friend to

recognize and respond to your wishes without stating them.A friend in China is someone who offers help without waiting to be asked.There are few limits to what you can expect from a friend.You can feel

free to tell your friend what he or she can or should do or help or please

So do I, I always wonder what my life would be if I had a brother.Unfortunately, I can’t realize my dream.But nowadays, China abandons one-child policy.Under new policy, couples will be allow to have up to two children.Under the pressure of overpopulation, Chinese government implemented the family planning policy as measure to control population.It original intentions are to improve the standard of the life, reduce the consumption of the resource, and relief the pressure on environment.However, it causes some inevitable problems.First, this policy induce the reduction of labor force.The family structure becomes 4 2 1.A couple must raise 4 old people and a child.It is very easy for us to find that the working population declines.And our assumption is confirmed by the sociologist.Since 2010, the demand of worker exceeded the supply.As everyone knows, China has amazing speed of economic growth.It should thanks to demographic bonus.Without demographic bonus China will no longer be the world factory, Chinese economic will face a challenge.Secondly, family face much more challenges.One the one hand, child undertakes all the hope from parents.Because they will have more responsibility for the parents, they have to get success.Only in this way can they make the parent have good life.On the other hand, parents will be heart-broken if their child dies accidentally.I can’t imagine how sad it is.As China daily reports, there are at least one million families losing their only child.This has already become a social problem.Thanks for god.
