就業是民生之本，關乎個人生存和尊嚴，涉及千家萬戶的生計和發展。我國是一個人口眾多的國家，這樣一個特殊的人口國情決定了我國必須實施積極的就業政策，妥善就業問題尤為重要。大學生是我國寶貴的人才資源，是現代化建設中一支高素質的主力軍。但是，近年來，隨著高校的擴招，我國大學畢業生的就業問題日益凸顯，有句話常常掛在我們這些即將畢業的學生嘴邊“畢業就等于失業。”

上大學以后，我就開始關注各種大學生就業的新聞和就業形勢，包括每年我們學校舉辦的校園招聘會，反映出來的問題就是“供過于求”。每年畢業的大學生數不勝數，但是就業崗位卻是少之又少，是有限的。一些用人單位還會對院校、學歷、專業等進行篩選，更甚至有的對于樣貌、身高、性別等個人原因有著苛刻的要求，對于廣大畢業生來說缺乏一個公平、公正的就業環境。所以，這無疑是加大了畢業大學生就業的難度。一些企業單位在招聘大學生時，除了基本的素質教育之外，還需要其具有合作能力、實踐能力、處理人際關系的能力以及社會經驗等。然而，在實際生活中，高校對學生這些相關能力的培養比較欠缺，使我們在這一方面處于劣勢。這些都是企業單位給我們帶來的就業難。

其次，大學畢業生自身也存在不少的問題，比如，誠信意識淡薄、求職途徑把握不準、自身定位偏差、整體素質低。一些學生因為平時沒有好好學習，又缺乏實踐經驗，在應聘的時候就會投機取巧或者造假來通過面試，這就對畢業生的整體就業形象造成了不良影響，對于平時努力學習又有經驗的學生來說就是大大的不公平。同時，“高不成，低不就”的心里定位也嚴重的影響了大學生的畢業就業，認為自己是大學生，就應該有一份既有高薪水又輕松好玩的工作，試問：天上掉餡餅的事有嗎？答案是肯定的：沒有。所以大學生存在的這些問題可以說是就業致命的問題。

對于大學生就業難這個話題在近幾年是一個經久不衰的浪潮。所以，我覺得應該從企業單位、高校、學生個人、政府四個方面來解決。

首先，企業單位應該尊重每個大學生的個體特征和性別，應該提供一個公平公正的平臺，讓應聘者可以發揮自己的才能，給企業創造效益。也要減少學歷偏見，完善用人機制，積極吸收和儲備優秀的大學畢業人才。其次，高校在傳授基本的理論知識和素質教育的同時，應該加強學生的實踐能力，給學生提供實踐的機會。高校也應該根據市場對人才的需求適當的調整專業，對學生進行專業的指導。再次，學生個人來說，要努力提升自身的綜合素質和能力，增強就業信心，加強社會實踐，在選擇工作的時候不要盲目，正確的定位就業方向，轉變就業觀念，調整就業心態，樹立正確的就業觀。樹立遠大的目標，從實際出發，做好合理的職業規劃，樹立健康的求職心態，采取“先就業，后擇業”的策略。最后，從政府方面來說，應該建立統一完善的勞動力市場，創造大學生就業的良好環境和社會氛圍。政府要通過努力發展經濟，調整產業結構，尤其是建立高新技術產業,提高產業水平，增強吸納能力,使高校的人才培養和社會的人才使用銜接好。鼓勵各類中小企業、民營企事業單位聘用高校畢業生,同時政府有關部門要為其提供便利條件和相應服務。更要完善有關人才及勞動法規,使用人單位、高校、大學畢業生都在能人力資本交易中得到有效的法律保障。

解決就業難這一問題是一個長久而又浩大的工程，作為一個即將畢業的大學生，馬上能夠面臨就業的問題，無疑內心是忐忑的，但是，我相信，通過高校、政府、企業以及我們自身的調節和溝通，就業將不再是難題。
