Graduation practice is to complete the final phase of the university's course to be the most important section of the Practice.Practice is

every qualified students must havean experience that allows us to enhance professionalism in the practice of awarenessand practice

It is in JINXIU travel agency that I have my practice.There are six departments and I was in two departments: treatmemt department and ticket department.My job is receiving guests in the office and ordering plane ticket for costomers, and some times I also answered the phone, helping visitors understand traveling route of travel agency or taking tickets for them.Because tourism is a service industry, so I want to learn how to communicate with different people and learn some business about travel agency.Must pay attention to others' every action and every movement, must learn the skill which converses with the visitor.This is I learns the most useful experience in the travel agency.Through this experience, I received some knowledge we must understand first as follows,First, I ought to kown the traveling place’s inside and outside traffic and the environment protection.Second, the travel agency’s service regulations and management tips.Third, the travel agency’s nature and management business and management model.Travel agency is the professoinal organazation which provides traveling service for people.Since the professioal nature, the tourism is the service industry.It provides meal, hotel, route etc service.Service atitude is very important in tourism.You ought to smile to every person in order to make them finding you are friendly.And I must strive for the opportunity.Regarding this point, I have the depth experience.Because is an intern, therefore the company cannot invest too many resources to you.The company thought the practiceborns with is the practice finished must return to the school tostudy, future not necessarily will be able in the practice unit work.Often practised the unit to arrange the work for you, could not specially teach you more things.After I entered company period oftime, I realize this question.How then solves this problem? Whenever after I complete the work task, I all can help other staff to handlesome trivial matters on own initiative.For example: printing, typing, scheduling.This procedure advantage is obtains outside other staffs' favorable impressions, they in unconsciously center already relied on you, some matters were used to it you to do.Thus, I have the opportunity to ask for advice other staffs, learns more knowledge,obtains more experiences.In addition, I must work hard and serious.I found everything is not easy.I can’t make any mistakes when I check the plane ticket or seting a fax, or I can make a worse consequence.And I also should be careful for my writing, it’s very important to make other people understand you meaning well.From this experience, I feel sincere to every person are so important, if you are sincere to others, they can sincere to you too.Sincere is very important to communicate with others.And whatever you do, patience and obligation are so important, you should be calm down first and you can d

o it well.Each internship is a student must have some experience, it enabled us to understand the social practice, we learned a lot in the classroom attendance less than the fundamental knowledge, but also opened up a vision and experience, as we move further toward the community after laying a solid foundation.But this experience also make me recognize a lot of shortcomings for myself.It competes very seriously between travel agencys.You not only should take hold of professional knowledge but also you should understand how to get along with different people.I find I’m lack of education and experience.It’s very different between school and social.I feel the theory which learned in school are not the same to the work concept.That’s the reason why we are practice.It can make me strengthen and understand the knowledge in class and bring up our living capability.I am a foreign language professional tourism students and I learn in books on the management aspects of the knowledge and English, it seems easy to understand, but not put into practice.During this experience, to the unit after the internship experience difficulty of how to personally stood up to the time before aware of their knowledge, abilities and experience is how the lack of.During the internship, I have broadened our horizons, a growth of knowledge, experience the brutal competition in society.And I have to talk about something about traveling.First, I found some advertisements in the newspapers and magazines published the almost same routes as in the dining trip accommodation, transport and other more or less the same by diffenent travel agency.because this is the same single product, Leading to big price war among travel agencies, travel agencies are bring down the price of a line, which will inevitably lead to a decline in the quality of service, and travel agencies also do not want to develop new tourist routes and tourism products, as a new tourist route development requires substantial financial resources.Spent a great cost.And the development of the new line will be out soon after the other copy to use travel agents, this would weaken the competitiveness of the travel agency, so it is imperative to strengthen the tourism property rights, not just the protection of the right to travel, but also to consumers in general to embody a new surprise.Second, theguided tours of service quality dorpped.Tour guides, they led a group of very rich experience, on average, they have 2 or 3 years of work experience, their qualifications compared to other places for education is high, tour guides have evidence, but most are primary or middle level.High Guides did not have Chinese as a foreign language tour guide for the lack of qualified personnel, which guides the basic wage less money in general and how many number of times a group linked to the group also earn more.Third, The travel industry is characterized by seasonal tourism market dema

Practice report about my working experience at Yale Horizon

Education

During this summer vacation, I was fortunate to practice in Beijing Boundless Learning of Education Science and Technology Development Center internship, which is a newly established English training institution.My major is English, and I want to be an English teacher in the future, so with an unparalleled excitement and gratitude, I carried on my one month internship there.Yale Horizon Education is the English teaching of Beijing Boundless Learning of Education Science and Technology Development Center.It aims at the children from 3 years old to 12 years old, teaching in small classes with full English.The idea comes from the famous American language expert, Jerry G.Gebhard, taking pure English language environment by using fun interactive, multimedia assisted, the same focus repeatedly demonstrated in different forms to attract children, and ensure that their first reaction of individual things is English, and then cultivate children's mode of thinking in English.Teachers taught in English in the help of multimedia image, body language and pictures, so that children can understand the teacher's meaning in the whole English environment.In addition to the English language, the teacher's expressions and actions are very important.For my part, the original concept of learning English is only word, read and exam, I never tried to express.The oral lesson is limited to the exchange and display, and not to teach and explain the feeling inside.I was a student before;but in the future, I will be a teacher faced with numerous students.In addition to the tension, I must make good preparations for my own lesson.So teaching is really a big challenge for me.Furthermore, practice at Yale Horizon Education is a process of learning.I can learn the knowledge that I cannot obtain in university.Since the great difference of environment I stay at school, I may meet various kinds of people and affairs, which are far more complicated than those I usually contact with.To study from practice, it may help me a lot in my future job hunting.The first day I came to Yale Horizon Education, I was arranged for a training teacher.She gave me many training material everyday.At the beginning, my teacher gave me the lesson directly, and I just imitated.Her language was very rich, her action was in place, her imitation of onomatopoeia was very vivid, and her lesson was so fascinating and interesting that I laughed all the time.I extremely admired for herkindness.But after all, it was my first time in contact with teaching, I was completely not suited to this method of lecture.I always spoke a few Chinese automatically and did not know what to say frequently, the whole idea was very confusing.When my problems of language just overcame a little, but coupled with action is really a mess.Generally, I had no awareness of action.If I had the consciousness, the action I made was particularly stiff, but also my action can not coordinate with my language.These problems especially stood out when I told about the pictures, stories, and other static things, unlike the movie, even my language was not so interesting, and my action was not in place, at least children could enjoy themselves in the funny frames.But If it was a static thing, the children stared at the screen, and they did not understand what was the teacher talking about without facial expression, body language, and exaggerated voice, and then they must be boring, and maybe all the children were asleep.The beginning of training for me is very painful.Actually, I was a more introverted girl, and I had no idea to teach children with dance.But after knowing the teaching philosophy of Yale Horizon Education, I am very recognized.And the thing I can only do is redouble my efforts to practice, for example, a same content, I always practice for a dozen times in one day.Until practiced for two movies, I found something of mine was different.I was not nervous any more;and I would not flustered between the speech and action;what is more, I can also made some interaction with the audience---some teachers listened to my lesson.I had a sense of accomplishment by these progresses.Because I feel that after a period of training, I regained my confidence and that drove me to continue my efforts.After getting ready for the lesson, I must be hands-on.All the preparations before was just on paper, only real lecture in front of students, dealt with problems that may

occur at any time was the final tempering.A few days later I got a chance, that I had ten minutes to rehearse in front of children after their class.These children were on the period of such teaching methods courses, so their ability to comprehend much higher than their peers.For new teacher, they were fairly easy to control.The first time I briefly introduced myself, and then began our class.Because this course the children had previously learnt, they felt no freshness.They were taught in the mood is not very high.Overall, the course was over, but there was no sense of accomplishment at all.It made me feel defeat, after all, I was carefully prepared for a long time.But after my rehearsal, my training teachers told me that, before the class, I should use more minutes to be familiar with children and play with them, then the effect would be particularly different.Moreover, my emotion should not drop down no matter whether children were absorbed or not.If I was not immersed in my class, children who listened to me could not be attracted by me.At the second lecture, I had learnt the lessons of the last, and this time was much more successful than the first time.Later, when I met these children in the hallway, they always said “hello” to me with smile.At that time, I understood why teachers are such a sacred profession, because the innocence smile of children can touch the deepest heart and I feel so satisfied.After several rehearsals, I began my class formally.My curriculum was not high, but for me it was a very big challenge.Children were like white papers, they did not know a little English, and they first learnt it from me.Once I thought about this, I would repeatedly tell myself to use my best state to teach them and draw the most perfect symbol on the white papers.During my practice in Yale Horizon Education, I had been being strict with myself all the time.In the whole month, I had never been late or leave early.In addition, I had always kept the discipline in mind and finished my assignments leaders and seniors arranged for me, winning their favorable comments.Now, my practice in Yale Horizon Education is finished.I have got through a plenary and satisfactory summer vocation.As a college student, I have experienced the stress and mission of an ordinary stuff.Here, I want to express my sincere thanks to the leaders, seniors and my training teacher, for their patient cultivation and explanation

for me.Under their help, I have finished my mission successfully.They taught me how to communicate with children and parents.During the month I spent with them, my scope of knowledge has been widely enlarged.What’s more, I also learnt the method to deal with affairs, that is, everything does not follow the same pattern, and apply mechanically from books all the time just can lead you into the dilemma situation.It is possible that the knowledge we learnt yesterday may be eliminated today.Therefore, the level of talents the society need is becoming higher all the time.That acquire us that we not only need to be specialized in our major, but also need to get a well known of some basic knowledge in other fields.That may let us be more competitive in the fierce job hunting fair.So, for an English major student, the working experience in an English institution is also useful and practical.This experience of practice for me is both a beginning and a vital process to understand the society, which lays a firm foundation for my future work.What I have learnt was mostly form leaders’ and seniors’ guidance.They used their practical presentation to show me the principle in the relationship with others.It is one of the most precious treasures in my whole life.How to communicate and stay with others is a basic ability in our present society.For a college student who will get into the working field in the immediate future, there are quite a lot of things for me to study.Thanks to Yale Horizon Education and all of its personnel.Thanks them to give me this opportunity.I believe this period of practice will help me a lot in my work in the future.

During the last few months before graduation, I am responsible for the work as an administrative assistant. In this process, I adopted the methods of seeing, asking and learning to understand the specific business knowledge about our company’s administrative work and expand my professional knowledge studied at school, which laid a solid foundation for my future career. From the view of individual development, the greatest impact on me should be the personal working style and the important effect of professional knowledge to the job, since they are something I haven’t learned in school, in the report, I'll introduce my congnition and experience of this aspect firstly accumulated during internship.

According to the characteristics of an assistant, we may adjust our attitudes to alleviate the pressure and face setbacks. As the popular saying goes, “ When God is going to give someone important tasks, he must suffer a lot, be exhausted, hungry and empty, God will disturb him and help him to be brilliant. ”Analyze problems calmly from the objective and subjective aspects, goals, environment and conditions to find out the causes, taking effective remedial measures. Develop a dialectical view of setbacks and keep confident and optimistic, recognizing that it’s setbacks and lessons that make us become clever and mature, and failure eventually creates success. Learn self-comfort and tolerance to be forthright, positive and hard working. Try to convert pressure into a kind of driving force and change the inner state of repression to get relaxed physically and mentally, striving for success. I have been familiar with copy, fax, document processing and other assistant works. Most documents have different degrees of confidentiality, and various assistants often close to the leader, see some important documents and participate in a number of important meetings, so the assistants should be notice own behaviors in public activities and act properly, konwing exactly what they can speak or not. Accuracy is the requirement of work quality. The accuracy of administrative management refers to reflecting the policy, informing the intention of the leader and doing the work correctly, acting properly and expressing clearly, which guarantee the accuracy of the leader’s work in some degree. The secretarial management accuracy involvs many aspects, briefly speaking, it includes accurate documenting, proper acting, ture information and cautious ideas. And in order to reach these standards, we must be seriouly and carefully instead of being neglectly and casually. For example, when doing documenting, we should ensure the quality of the file with accurate words, real material, serious copy and careful proofread to avoid any mistakes. Otherwise it will delay the work, or even lead to irreparable loss.

The process of internship is filled with joy of harvest and also regret. Perhaps it is because that the time is short and management is not my major, my understanding of administrative assistant work just stays at the surface, watching people do and listening to them about how to do without self-experience, which results in grasping its essence hardly. But the internship has deepened my understanding of some basic konwledge of secretary, enriched my actual management knowledge, gotten certain perceptual and rational congnition on the daily management work. To do the daily business secretarial management work well, we should not only pay attention to the theoretic knowledge of management, but also combine the theory and practice closely.

I have found out my shortcomings through about one-month intership. I will try my best in the future work and study，learning from each other. I believe that I could be proficient and better in my future carrer !

作為一名商務俄語專業(yè)的學生。我的工作內(nèi)容是翻譯。在這一過程中，我采用了看、問、學等方式，初步了解了工作中的具體業(yè)務知識，拓展了所學的專業(yè)知識。為以后正常工作的展開奠定了堅實的基礎，從個人發(fā)展方面說，對我影響最大的應該是作為一個社會人工作作風以及在工作過程中專業(yè)知識對工作的重要作用，因為這些都是我在校學習中不曾接觸過的方面，所以我將在報告中首先講述我在實習期間積累的這方面的認識和經(jīng)驗。

畢業(yè)實習是每個大學生必須擁有的一段經(jīng)歷，它使我們在實踐中了解社會，讓我們學到了很多在課堂上根本就學不到的知識，受益匪淺，也打開了視野，增長了見識，為我們以后進一步走向社會打下堅實的基礎。

由于我所在工作的地方是邊疆一帶，所以我剛開始的工作非常忙，感覺很累。很耗時間，第一天腰酸背痛的。但是過了幾天就稍有點習慣了，每天學習很多知識。剛步入工作崗位，才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己有很多都不懂的。有空閑的時候就會看一些與專業(yè)相關的書，我現(xiàn)在上班近兩個月了，在這短短一個多月中，曾有幾次想過干完一個月不干了。也許我是剛開始工作，有時受不了經(jīng)理給的“氣”，自己心里很不舒服，就想辭職再重新?lián)Q個工作得了。但靜下心來仔細想想，再換個工作也是的，在別人手底下工作不都是這樣么?剛開始。就應該踏踏實實的干自己的工作，畢竟又沒有工作經(jīng)驗，現(xiàn)在有機會了就要從各方面鍛煉自己。不然，想念以后干什么都會干不的。我現(xiàn)在的工作，相比其他人來說待遇挺不錯的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很難，很容易進入工作，關鍵是學習對人怎么說話、態(tài)度及其處事。由于經(jīng)驗少，我現(xiàn)在這方面還有欠缺。

現(xiàn)在才明白，在校做一名學生，是多么的啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社會，早晚要面對這些避免不了的事。所以，現(xiàn)在我很珍惜學習的機會，多學一點總比沒有學的，花同樣的時間，還不如多學，對以后擇業(yè)會有很大的幫助。

兩個月的實習期很快就過去了，美的東西總是稍縱即失。

“千里之行，始于足下”，這短暫而又充實的實習，我認為對我走向社會起到了一個橋梁的作用，過渡的作用，是人生的一段重要的經(jīng)歷，也是一個重要步驟，對將來走上工作崗位也有著很大幫助。向他人虛心求教，遵守組織紀律和單位規(guī)章制度，與人明交往等一些做人處世的基本原則都要在實際生活中認真的貫徹，的習慣也要在實際生活中不斷培養(yǎng)。這一段時間所學到的經(jīng)驗和知識是我一生中的一筆寶貴財富。事無大小，自己都傾力而為，在這過程中不僅培養(yǎng)了自己認真負責的工作態(tài)度，也培養(yǎng)了自己的耐心和韌勁

我在實習的過程中，既有收獲的喜悅，也有一些遺憾。也許是實習日子短的關系，但時通過實習，加深了我對專業(yè)知識基本的理解，豐富了我的用運能力，使我對日常管理工作有了一定的感性和理性認識。認識到要做日常管理工作，既要注重管理理論知識的學習，更重要的是要把實踐與理論兩者緊密相結合。

這次實習也讓我深刻了解到，在工作中和同事保持良的關系是很重要的。做事首先要學做人，要明白做人的道理，如何與人相處是現(xiàn)代社會的做人的一個最基本的問題。對于自己這樣一個即將步入社會的人來說，需要學習的東西很多，他們就是最的老師，正所謂“三人行，必有我?guī)煛保覀兛梢韵蛩麄儗W習很多知識、道理。

在此，我要感謝所有為我的實習提供幫助和指導的領導老師們，感謝你們這么多天的照顧和幫助。相信這次珍貴的實習經(jīng)歷會一直伴隨著我以后的工作生活。我會通過這次實習，更加懂得知識和實踐的積累，不斷充實自己。

為了把我們所學到的英知識全面的結合起來，學院給我們安排了翻譯實習。讓我從翻譯中體會翻譯技巧，從而提高翻譯水平。同時，通過學習，培養(yǎng)我們的`實際應用能力、團隊合作能力以及分析解決問題的能力。

此次我們的翻譯原是lucky in love，大約37張的英材料，分組進行翻譯，每組大概有四五人，每個人都有一項艱巨的任務。我想老師的安排不僅是想提高我們的翻譯水平，也想培養(yǎng)大家的合作能力吧！

lucky in love，這本書我粗略的看了一下，以我現(xiàn)在的水平，說實話看不太懂。我想原因是詞匯的缺乏，語法掌握不夠牢靠，還有就是對西方化了解不多。我被分配到翻譯第七章，這是個相當嚴峻的任務。剛開始我就不知道小說說的什么？只是大概知道與愛有關，畢竟題目是《幸運的愛》吧。不了解開頭講的什么就從中途看起，確實很難，所以我想上查一些有關小說的主要內(nèi)容，我想或許是老師給我們的有一大考驗吧，上并沒有關于這本書的太多內(nèi)容，所以我還是一知半解。只能硬著頭皮往下翻了，問題很多呀！先是詞匯，有太多的詞匯我部認識，要借助字典和絡，但問題是當你把意思套入句中翻譯時，你會覺得不那么準確，此時你就要想它的意譯了。這是一個比較難的地方。還有就是句中的形容詞與名詞太混了，分不清這也給翻譯帶來了很大的困難。我覺得最難得是句型的分析。我在這塊本來就很薄弱，句中的倒裝句和從句過多，導致我無從下手。我的先分析句型，在查單詞意思，最后在整合，所以浪費了很多的時間。而且當你把所翻譯的，在讀讀，卻又發(fā)現(xiàn)不通。看很是惱火啊！

花了很多時間也沒翻譯多少，有一段時間我都想放棄了，后來我們一組的翻譯開頭的同學翻譯結束后，交了稿，我看了一下，對章的內(nèi)容有一個大概的了解了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)還是討論一下對各個人的翻譯比較。果然效果不錯，知道大概的內(nèi)容之后，我的翻譯比較順暢了，雖然還是有不懂得地方，但明顯少了很多，而且速度也快了不少，慢慢地也上了軌道。通過這次翻譯，我學到了很多，我深刻的了解到了我有很多的不足，所以下一個階段我要做很多的準備來迎接專業(yè)四級，首先，我要擴充自己的詞匯量，加大課外英的閱讀量，其次要系統(tǒng)的復習一下語法知識，多了解一下不同語境下地對話。還要，多看看外國的電影，初步定為50部，不僅要學習里面的英，更要了解其中的化。最后就是全面復習各種技能：聽力、寫作、語法、口語等。知道了我的這些不足之后，我會更加的努力彌補!爭取達到一個全新的高度！

大二的下學，我的職責是俄語翻譯，翻譯一些資料。實習的目的是增加社會實踐經(jīng)驗，迅速將翻譯理論知識應用到實踐當中，并加強使用計算機和翻譯工具的能力。

翻譯實踐的過程中，我總結了4種必備的翻譯工具：一是靈格斯翻譯工具，里面可安裝簡明俄漢詞典、新俄漢詞典、大俄漢詞典、俄漢實用工業(yè)技術詞典；二是百度搜索工具；三是google搜索工具；四是яндех搜索工具——專業(yè)的俄搜索工具。翻譯的具體步驟可如下：首先可以現(xiàn)在靈格斯里查詢不懂的單詞或詞組，尋找最符合原的解釋。當然這只是最基本的做法，但是由于缺少專業(yè)的科技詞典，在靈格斯往往是查詢不出所需的單詞或語義。于是，求助于google和яндех則是很有必要的。按照我自己的經(jīng)驗來說，我采取同時在google和яндех搜索的做法，并對同種搜索工具搜索結果進行比較。它們有著各自的優(yōu)缺點。google的優(yōu)點是打開俄頁面的同時可以同時打開另外一個翻譯頁面，即google可以自動把頁面從來源語俄語翻譯成漢語，而缺點是經(jīng)常發(fā)生翻譯錯誤，翻譯的可信度是50%。яндех的優(yōu)點是用俄語詞組和句子解釋俄語詞匯，意義更準確，更貼近原，而缺點就是有時用于釋義的詞匯過于深奧，過于專業(yè)，相當于用更專業(yè)的詞匯解釋專業(yè)詞匯，即難上加難。所以我認為最后就需要用到百度工具了。結合google和яндех的參考翻譯，用百度搜索翻譯過的專業(yè)詞匯，查看是否有相同或相近的專業(yè)用語，之后才確定出最準確的譯法。

自己校對，虛心地向本專業(yè)的老師和材料學院的老師請教。首先進行的自己去校對。原以為會限于“當局者迷”之說而不懂查看、修改自己的譯。但認真看完一遍譯之后才知道自己的眼睛還算是銳利的，檢查出不少錯誤。比如最明顯的一處是有一個句子翻譯得不通順，如果是一個沒看過原的人肯定是看不懂得。還有專業(yè)術語的譯錯。但錯的最離譜的是編輯排版上的錯誤。于是我反復對照原和譯之后，及時把發(fā)現(xiàn)的錯誤都改了過來。之后我找到了材料學院的一個同學，她的專業(yè)能力一直都是優(yōu)異，她無疑是能夠幫我校對的幫手。我讓她幫我看我的譯，查找出不符合材料專業(yè)方面的詞匯或句子，并提出相關問題和相應地譯法建議，之后我根據(jù)她的意見參照原，采用了其中可取的建議。最后我就需要找本專業(yè)老師的對我進行針對性的指導了。我把之前摘錄在本子上的疑點。難點句一一請教老師，比如應該怎樣正確分析句子的結構，何種情況下采用拆分語義翻譯，何時應該直譯。老師講得很詳細很耐心，似乎想把自身積累下來的翻譯經(jīng)驗全部都傳授給我了。此行確實受益匪淺，越來越明白到做一個合格的翻譯工作者不容易，要想做一個優(yōu)秀的翻譯工作者則是更難了，必須同時具有高水平的語言能力和某一領域的專業(yè)知識。

經(jīng)過幾天的翻譯工作，心里感觸良多，收獲也頗多，細細梳理了第一次真正的翻譯生涯，總結出了幾點體會。

1、翻譯的工作性質需要我們仔細、認真并且耐心。翻譯是一項慢中出細活的工作，要坐得住，穩(wěn)得住，要一絲不茍地對待，字字斟酌，句句思量，嚴格遵守“信、雅、達”的翻譯標準，力求把譯翻譯得通順準確，忠實原。

2、俄語和其他學科知識的積累。毫無疑問，要想成為一個出色的翻譯工作者，就必須同時具有高水平的語言能力和某一領域的專業(yè)知識。這一次的翻譯實踐大大拓寬了我的視野，積累了不少專業(yè)的俄語詞匯，也逐漸認清科技俄語章的翻譯特點。

3、計算機操作能力提高，尤其是俄語打字的水平。現(xiàn)在翻譯章無不需要借助于電腦，翻譯的過程中直接考驗了一個人的打字水平，現(xiàn)在我的俄打字速度已經(jīng)相當快了，即使沒有俄鍵盤照樣能熟練打字。

4、增加了做一個合格翻譯工作者的信心。第一次真正的翻譯實踐就得到了褒獎，大大增加了我的信心。我相信自己的能力，對自己的翻譯生涯充滿了熱切的期待。也許我不是天才，不能一下子就成為優(yōu)秀的翻譯者，但我愿意先從一個合格的翻譯者做起，從合格到優(yōu)秀，一直努力，一直在進步，這才是我一生所應該追求的夢想。

總而言之，實習是我通向職業(yè)之路的踏腳板，翻譯助我通往人生的成功之路。
