北京朝批匯隆商貿(mào)有限公司，是北京朝批商貿(mào)有限公司的子公司，公司以批發(fā)、代理為主業(yè)，以物流為支撐，從事獨(dú)家代理、合作分銷、服務(wù)終端、商品分裝、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送、第三方物流等業(yè)務(wù)，是一家能夠提供綜合代理、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的新型現(xiàn)代化商貿(mào)企業(yè)。

公司與北京工業(yè)大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院合作，結(jié)合行業(yè)特性及業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)需求，研制開發(fā)了ERP電子商務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。對(duì)公司業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化再造，使企業(yè)中商流、物流、資金流和信息流和諧高效地運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

三、實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容：

實(shí)習(xí)是每一個(gè)學(xué)生必須擁有的一段經(jīng)歷，它使我們?cè)趯?shí)踐中了解社會(huì)，讓我們學(xué)到了很多在課堂上根本就學(xué)不到的知識(shí),也打開了視野，增長(zhǎng)了見識(shí)，為我們以后在社會(huì)中的發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

2011年1月4日至2011年5月1日，我在朝批匯隆商貿(mào)有限公司進(jìn)行了實(shí)習(xí)。這段時(shí)間，我在三個(gè)崗位進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)，第一是學(xué)習(xí)開票，第二是出納，第三是在兌付室的實(shí)習(xí)。

（一）開票流程

去公司之后，我學(xué)習(xí)的首先是開票，公司運(yùn)用的是自己的管理系統(tǒng)，開票用的自然是其中之一—采購(gòu)銷售系統(tǒng)。開票的流程是：訂單的錄入，審批，從訂貨單開出庫(kù)票，數(shù)據(jù)的收發(fā)，出庫(kù)票的打印。具體流程如下：

1.首先在接到客戶的電話，記下客戶所要訂的商品，這雖然看似簡(jiǎn)單，但是這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)很重要，如果訂單明細(xì)記錯(cuò)了，之后的開票等一系列程序就都會(huì)是錯(cuò)的，甚至?xí)?duì)物流，商品配送造成影響。一些白酒，訂貨人有的時(shí)候跟本不會(huì)說要的是高度酒還是低度酒，所以打電話的時(shí)候需要問對(duì)方，一些紅酒的名字有幾乎相同的名字，例如：“伊莎貝拉高級(jí)冰紅葡萄酒”，還有“伊莎貝拉高級(jí)冰白葡萄酒”，如果訂貨人說要的是伊莎貝拉，那就要問對(duì)方是冰紅的還是冰白的。像這種情況會(huì)經(jīng)常存在，這就對(duì)于接電話的人對(duì)于商品的熟悉程度要求較高了。還有一些沒有存貨的商品，需要在客戶訂貨的時(shí)候查客戶所需要的商品的庫(kù)存。

2.第二步就是訂單的錄入，包括客戶名稱，訂貨人，訂單號(hào)，備注，錄入人，商品編碼，批發(fā)單價(jià)，數(shù)量等。

客戶名稱，是一些老客戶在公司的系統(tǒng)里有自己的編碼，這就需要開票人熟練記住商品編碼，例如：順峰亞運(yùn)村店的編碼為8683，順峰總店的編碼為8418，海天一色編碼為8591等，如果是個(gè)人購(gòu)買商品，那開票的時(shí)候就開成編碼為“842300600”，即代表“個(gè)人”。

訂貨人如果沒有，則可以跳過空出。

訂單號(hào)是系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)編制的，因此也可直接跳過。

備注，通常寫客戶的特殊要求，例如“下午四點(diǎn)前送貨”，“送貨聯(lián)系業(yè)務(wù)”等。

錄入人，系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)顯示按照密碼進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)的人員。

商品編碼，也是系統(tǒng)自帶的，例如：長(zhǎng)城華夏T區(qū)三年干紅葡萄酒為84820005，長(zhǎng)城華夏T區(qū)五年為84820006，商品編碼和客戶編碼一樣，也需要開票人熟練記住。輸入之后，該商品的批發(fā)單價(jià)會(huì)自動(dòng)顯示，然后輸入該商品的數(shù)量。

然后保存成單據(jù)號(hào)。

3.第三步就是銷售訂貨單的審批，就是對(duì)第二步錄入的單據(jù)的核實(shí)。主要核實(shí)客戶，商品，單價(jià)，數(shù)量。然后單條確認(rèn)，保存。

4.第四步，從訂貨單開出庫(kù)票，過濾沒有庫(kù)存的商品，核對(duì)價(jià)格，生成單據(jù)號(hào)，然后保存確認(rèn)。

5.第五步就是數(shù)據(jù)的收發(fā)，數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送，然后票務(wù)室接受數(shù)據(jù)，只后進(jìn)行打印退庫(kù)單和全部單據(jù)，然后是蓋章，用大頭針把單子別好，最后是把一些特殊需要打印隨附單據(jù)的客戶而且訂單中有白酒和紅酒的挑出來，打印隨附單。

一張完整的訂單就開好了。之后就是進(jìn)行備份。

（二）熟悉了開票流程，能獨(dú)立操作之后，我又進(jìn)行了出納工作的學(xué)習(xí)。

1.首先是收支票和現(xiàn)金。這一步是上面開訂單的延續(xù)，即客戶收貨后的結(jié)賬。有的客戶是用支票結(jié)賬，有的是用現(xiàn)金。看似簡(jiǎn)單，收現(xiàn)金一定要注意收到的錢的真假和數(shù)量，我都是用手?jǐn)?shù)一遍，點(diǎn)鈔機(jī)數(shù)一遍，以防止有假幣或者是數(shù)錯(cuò)錢。然后填寫現(xiàn)金送款簿，包括蓋抬頭章、銀行帳號(hào)、金額、。第二種結(jié)賬方式是支票，首先要注意支票的日期，看其是否過期或者是否是持期支票。然后填寫進(jìn)賬單，日期，抬頭，銀行帳號(hào)，支票號(hào)，金額大小寫。這個(gè)過程也看似簡(jiǎn)單，但是一旦有錯(cuò)誤，就會(huì)被銀行退票。之后是支票的背書，蓋抬頭章，財(cái)務(wù)章，人名章。支票中對(duì)于蓋章的要求也很高，如果蓋的不清楚，就需要貼粘單，從新蓋，然后蓋接縫章。然后就是去銀行將當(dāng)天的錢和支票入賬，第二天還要和總經(jīng)理報(bào)數(shù)。包括銀行賬上余額，可用資金等。

2.用友軟件的使用

我還負(fù)責(zé)處理一些簡(jiǎn)單的帳務(wù)。所有的報(bào)銷單據(jù)和附件必須齊全，還要有總經(jīng)理簽字，我才能報(bào)銷。之后這些報(bào)銷單和附件就是我要做入賬中的，特殊情況是罰款不走帳。例如進(jìn)貨入庫(kù)存，則分錄如下：

借：庫(kù)存商品-批零商品-17%庫(kù)存商品

待抵扣進(jìn)項(xiàng)稅-分稅17%

貸：應(yīng)付帳款-對(duì)外應(yīng)付-商品采購(gòu)-進(jìn)貨

公司對(duì)于明細(xì)科目設(shè)置的非常細(xì)，能使我們減少錯(cuò)誤的發(fā)生，同時(shí)對(duì)于每筆錢的來源去向都非常清楚。

3工資臺(tái)帳的制作

利用公式：工資=基礎(chǔ)工資+崗位工資+績(jī)效工資+加班費(fèi)+餐費(fèi)計(jì)算。

打印每位員工的工資臺(tái)帳，發(fā)給本人進(jìn)行核對(duì)簽字。

（三）之后我又被調(diào)到兌付室進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)。兌付室是對(duì)結(jié)算員拿回來的廠家的瓶蓋進(jìn)行兌付，即報(bào)銷開瓶費(fèi)。

1.首先學(xué)習(xí)的是開具開瓶費(fèi)報(bào)銷單明細(xì)單，其中瓶蓋分為三類：廠家回收，貨補(bǔ)，自付。在開據(jù)開瓶費(fèi)報(bào)銷明細(xì)單時(shí)都要分類。對(duì)于結(jié)算員送來的瓶蓋首先要過數(shù)，然后開具明開瓶費(fèi)報(bào)銷明細(xì)單，主要包括客戶名，日期，品名，數(shù)量，單價(jià)，小計(jì)，核實(shí)人幾項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。

2.之后是在電腦中錄入當(dāng)天開的所有報(bào)銷明細(xì)單，廠家退廠，和銷毀時(shí)也要輸入數(shù)據(jù)，這時(shí)輸入的數(shù)據(jù)必須是負(fù)數(shù)，這樣在求和數(shù)量的時(shí)候才能反映更清晰

準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)。然后就是月中和月底做表，月中和月底都要銷毀一次瓶蓋，因此要做兩次瓶蓋銷毀明細(xì)，同時(shí)要做開瓶費(fèi)報(bào)銷申請(qǐng)表，這是兩張表都需要交給總經(jīng)理簽字。

3.最后是每月月底要做一張?jiān)履﹫?bào)表，包括：品牌，支付金額，應(yīng)回收金額，回款金額，欠款，差額，摘要幾部分，這張?jiān)履﹫?bào)表也是要交給總經(jīng)理的，這張表直接反映本月各大產(chǎn)品的銷量，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一目了然。

所以這個(gè)崗位的實(shí)習(xí)對(duì)于Excel的要求很高，在校期間我考取了計(jì)算機(jī)一級(jí)證書，這對(duì)于我現(xiàn)在的工作很有幫助，在做表格的時(shí)候利用的Excel的各項(xiàng)功能菜單等會(huì)被頻繁利用，例如一些常用函數(shù)、分類匯總等功能。

四、認(rèn)識(shí)

（一）這些日子的實(shí)習(xí)給我的感觸太深了，仿佛一下子長(zhǎng)大成人了，懂得了更多的做人與做事的道理，真正懂得學(xué)習(xí)的意義，時(shí)間的寶貴，和人生的真諦。讓我更清楚地感到了自己肩上的重任，看到了自己的位置，看清了自己的人生方向。這次的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷讓我受益匪淺。

1.首先我在開票工作中還需要多加練習(xí)，在實(shí)踐中不斷完善自己，提升自己。在接到客戶電話的時(shí)候，這個(gè)看似簡(jiǎn)單，但是又很多外地人又口音，有時(shí)候很難聽清楚對(duì)方說的店名，還要他們說的“四箱”和“十箱”聽起來差不多，所以需要仔細(xì)聽，認(rèn)真記下對(duì)方需要的產(chǎn)品，熟悉店名。在客戶編碼和商品編碼的熟悉上，需要牢記，而且必須準(zhǔn)確。我對(duì)于一些商品編碼記得還不夠牢固，還要在多接電話，多開票中逐漸熟悉，熟能生巧。

開票時(shí)必須準(zhǔn)確，包括單價(jià)，金額，數(shù)量，一旦開錯(cuò)了，就會(huì)對(duì)物流配送等一系列環(huán)節(jié)造成不必要的麻煩。所以需要我們更加認(rèn)真地對(duì)待每一個(gè)工作環(huán)節(jié)。我相信在開票的實(shí)習(xí)中，我也會(huì)變得更加踏實(shí)，認(rèn)真，現(xiàn)在每周都會(huì)有一天晚班，就是一直到晚上十點(diǎn)等著一些客戶訂貨，而且晚上的訂單量很大，因此只有勤奮的學(xué)習(xí)和多開票，才能熟能生巧，才能游刃有余。

2.在出納工作實(shí)習(xí)中，我知道作為一名會(huì)計(jì)人員，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真的工作態(tài)度是多么重要

這次實(shí)訓(xùn)，真真切切的讓我了解了什么是會(huì)計(jì)工作，讓我對(duì)于會(huì)計(jì)最初的觀點(diǎn)也有了本質(zhì)性的改變！會(huì)計(jì)不僅僅是一份職業(yè)，更是一份責(zé)任。它提高了我們的實(shí)際應(yīng)用水平.在會(huì)計(jì)實(shí)習(xí)過程中,從在用友軟件上做分錄，填制憑在實(shí)訓(xùn)中我們學(xué)習(xí)到了很多東西，例如，對(duì)于一些公司經(jīng)常發(fā)生的業(yè)務(wù)，需要記得科目賬戶，以及明細(xì)更加熟悉了，還有支票的開具，在填寫過程中最重要的就是“仔細(xì)”，大小寫、日期、用途、收款人、金額、密碼都不能寫錯(cuò)，否則就會(huì)被退票，為結(jié)算員帶來不必要的麻煩。

3.在兌付室的工作讓我知道工作中，讓我知道細(xì)心的重要性。

如果在開具開瓶費(fèi)報(bào)銷明細(xì)單這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)問題，那么會(huì)使企業(yè)遭受不必要的損失，因此每天開的單據(jù)要細(xì)致，保證不出問題，然后再錄入電腦時(shí)也同樣需要細(xì)心，同時(shí)是對(duì)已經(jīng)開出的單據(jù)的又一次審核，一旦出錯(cuò)之后，就會(huì)影響月中月底報(bào)表的準(zhǔn)確性，所以要細(xì)心的對(duì)待每一個(gè)工作環(huán)節(jié)，保證每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都不出錯(cuò)。

（二）其次是我在其他方面的收獲

1作為一個(gè)剛剛步入社會(huì)的新人，平和的心態(tài)很重要，做事不要太過急功近利，有吃苦的決心，平和的心態(tài)和不恥下問的精神。要對(duì)自己有一個(gè)明確的定位，不要好高騖遠(yuǎn)，做好自己的本職工作就好了。

2工作中要多看，多觀察，多聽，多思考，少說話，不要說與工作無關(guān)的內(nèi)容，多學(xué)習(xí)別人的語(yǔ)言和辦事方法。

3工作時(shí)還有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，要善于經(jīng)常做工作總結(jié)。每天堅(jiān)持寫工作日記，每周做一次工作總結(jié)。主要是記錄，計(jì)劃，和總結(jié)錯(cuò)誤。工作中堅(jiān)決不犯同樣的錯(cuò)誤，對(duì)于工作要未雨綢繆，努力做到更好。在兌付室里，我每天都會(huì)拿一個(gè)本記錄每天的錄入數(shù)量和金額的變化，還有一些特殊的需要提醒自己的事情。我想，做一個(gè)有心人對(duì)工作是沒有壞處的。

4善于把握機(jī)會(huì)。如果上級(jí)把一件超出自己能力范圍或工作范圍的事情交給自己做，一定不要抱怨，而是要努力完成，因?yàn)檫@也許是上級(jí)對(duì)自己的能力考驗(yàn)或是一次展示自己工作能力的機(jī)會(huì)。我們公司實(shí)習(xí)生共九個(gè)人，但是現(xiàn)在只有我和另外一個(gè)女孩有了自己的職位，別人都還沒有定崗，我想這是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我的一次機(jī)會(huì)，因此我更要努力工作，盡職盡責(zé)，好好表現(xiàn)。

5要堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)。要有自己未來的計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)，不管是為人處事還是工作中，我們都是剛邁入社會(huì)的新人，因此都要向一些老員工學(xué)習(xí)，踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的走自己的路，我認(rèn)為有自己的目標(biāo)就好了。

實(shí)習(xí)期間，我學(xué)到了很多東西，不管是在業(yè)務(wù)處理方面還是為人處事方面，都讓我受益匪淺，我也會(huì)在業(yè)余時(shí)間繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)，每個(gè)階段都給自己定下自己的目標(biāo)，實(shí)際的，踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的一步一步的奮斗下去。
