In most people's view, today's Chinese young people are becoming more and more self-centered and unsympathetic.And I, as a journalist from the English Newspaper, totally agree with that.But I do not think it is all their fault, it may largely attribute to some external causes.The education that they have received plays an important role in forming this negative situation.Today's young generation get so much love from their parents that at home, they are like price and princess---always provided with the best.To some extent, it is difficult for them not to be self-centered.While at school, almost every school pay more attention to students' scores than their morals, nor ethics.They are more expected to be a “honor student” than a “good student”.As a result, they become lack of sympathy and morals, let alone concern about others.There are too many people who need sympathy, and the young people begin to show indifference.In the current Chinese society, there is still a large number of poor individuals who need other people's help.Even in a big city like Chongqing, we can also see beggars sitting on the ground, begging for money from the passer-by.In the past, young people may give money to the beggars wherever they saw them.But now, they seem to ask the question: Why don't they work for a living instead of sitting there begging from someone for help? Being in doubt, they refuse to offer help.As the society is complicated, there are also some swindlers who take advantage of people's sympathy to gain benefits.Young people who have ever been cheated lose their trust and no longer show their sympathy.In 2006, the famous “Peng Yu” case strike peoples attention all through the country.Since then, people dare not to help the old up when they fall over.Even if they want to do that, they have to bring a camera to clarify themselves when they are vilified unexpectedly.If things go on like this, we can not imagine what the world could be.Although there are still some young people showing care, patience and sympathy to others, they offer to help just because they can benefit from it or their temporary enthusiasm drive them.Once it has no benefits or they are in bad mood, they may stand by and do nothing.Being self-centered is bad for the development of personality, and it will do harm to the development of social harmony too.We should strengthen our self-discipline, learn to care and help others sincerely, can we experience the value and joy of life.Also remember: Don't lose faith.

春去夏來，陽光照耀在大地上，草地上變得更綠了。我在草地上玩著，忽然看見地上有兩只綠油油的東西在爬。我蹲下來仔細一看，哇!原來是兩只螳螂，一只大一只小，小螳螂長著兩只小鉗子，兩只眼睛黑乎乎的。顯得一副冷酷無情的樣子，大螳螂長著兩個大鉗子，它們倆在地上東轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)西轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)好像在找吃的`。我靈機一動，連忙從家里拿了一塊蛋糕和一個瓶子。

我在離它們不遠出挖了一個小洞，然后在上面放了一塊蛋糕。我把螳螂引了過來，大螳螂先用它的兩只大鉗子摸了摸蛋糕，發(fā)現(xiàn)沒什么危險，便大膽的跳到蛋糕上面。忽然，大螳螂掉進了我挖的洞，小螳螂看見了，連忙找來一根棍子想把大螳螂救上來，可是被我的瓶子一蓋給蓋住了。我蹲在后面仔細的觀察，看看小螳螂的愛父心切有多深。小螳螂拿兩只鉗子使勁的移動瓶子，把瓶子移到一塊石頭上，瓶子一下子被石頭碰倒了，小螳螂用棍子救出了它的爸爸。

接著，我抓著小螳螂故意把大螳螂引到了水池邊，我把小螳螂放進水池，小螳螂不斷地掙扎似乎在喊：“救命，救命”。大螳螂好像聽見了，連忙跳進水里，不顧自己地安危，把小螳螂救上來了，可它自己卻沉進了水里。我把大螳螂從水里面抓了起來，把它和小螳螂放在一起，讓它們走了。

我現(xiàn)在才發(fā)現(xiàn)，原來冷酷無情的螳螂也有同情心。

我愿做一個有同情心的人，與別人一起去承擔災難；我愿做一個有同情心的人，用心去關懷他人，以情去感動他人；我愿做一個有同情心的人，幫助那些生活在困苦與苦難只中的人，讓他們也能感受到溫暖和關懷。

同情心與人性密不可分，因為有了同情心，才會有人性；反之，有了人性才會有同情心。記得，一位老師曾給我講過這樣一個故事：10月23日，在四川省的佛山市一位僅有2歲的女童王悅被一輛面包車撞倒后又碾軋，之后將近七分鐘時間，還有呼吸的小悅悅一直孤零零地躺在路邊，18個路人先后經(jīng)過，但都當做沒看見，若無其事的走過，而期間孩子又被一輛貨車碾壓過去。兩車先后碾扎2歲女童，18個路人冷淡走過，不聞不問，最終小悅悅被第十九個路人抱到路邊，隨后才被送往醫(yī)院搶救，但是，七天后，頑強堅持了七天的小悅悅還是離開了這個黑暗的世界。

這件事讓我回味了很久很久。我一直在想：那近20個路人，他們不去管小悅悅是因為什么？也許，他們其中的某一個人，哪怕只是打一通電話報警或打急救電話，那么，一切就會變了：小悅悅不會死去，她的親人也不會悲痛欲絕。那18位路人的人性淡漠到連一個生命垂危的孩子都不愿幫助，他們是在害怕什么嗎？他們是在逃避什么嗎？是世俗的偏見將人們的同情心都吞噬了嗎？那為什么第十九位路人又將王悅送到了醫(yī)院？

這一切的一切都是因為人們自私自利，只關心自己，從來不體諒別人！如果人人都有一點同情心，那么，世界還會是這樣嗎？還會有這樣的慘劇嗎？我愿做一個有同情心的人，這樣才能真正體會到生活的真諦和生命的價值，做一個有同情心的人，拋開束縛，揭下虛假的面具，做回真正的自己！

小班幼兒大部分以自我為中心、表現(xiàn)欲望強的年齡特點，對于在平時活動中老師的輪流提問時，有些孩子沒輪到回答會不高興，這時老師常說的一句話是“耐心等待一下，先聽別人怎么說，接下來就輪到你了。”其實，在這里就有個傾聽的問題，會傾聽和會表白同樣重要。傾聽能力是要求幼兒能夠認真傾聽對方講話，理解別人講話的內(nèi)容，不打斷別人的談話，不急于表白自己的想法，耐心的聽完，聽懂對方的話。不人云亦云，別人說過了的話，不重復，應該同時思考新的觀點。

通過我們?nèi)粘＝逃顒印⒂螒蚧顒又邪l(fā)現(xiàn)，許多幼兒在活動前不注意聽清要求就匆匆進行活動，因此活動中會出現(xiàn)違反游戲規(guī)則、活動中遇到不必要的麻煩，嚴重的可能還會出現(xiàn)危險。進而影響活動的參與質(zhì)量，達不到預期教育目的。在談話活動中更是如此，現(xiàn)在幼兒處于自我為中心的階段，經(jīng)常會有聽到老師提到一半問題就迫不及待的搶著回答問題，不管其他人在說什么，別人是否在說，都要在第一時間內(nèi)，表白自己的想法。

培養(yǎng)傾聽能力的切入點：孩子們良好的傾聽習慣不是一朝一夕就形成的需要教師和家長的共同配合持之以恒的訓練和教育為孩子今后的成長學習奠定基礎.（一）培養(yǎng)幼兒良好的傾聽和禮貌習慣。懂得尊重他人，眼睛看著說話的人，并不隨便插嘴，安靜地聽別人把話說完。

（二）利用游戲培養(yǎng)孩子的傾聽習慣：（家長也可以在家和幼兒做類似的游戲）

有目的開展一些游戲活動將傾聽習慣滲透到游戲中.可使孩子們在游戲中形成穩(wěn)定的自覺性行為.1、利用“指令性游戲”發(fā)展孩子傾聽能力，培養(yǎng)孩子傾聽習慣。如準備許多動物的頭飾教師和孩子們玩小動物吃東西的游戲.“旺旺旺小花狗來吃肉骨頭.”帶著小狗頭飾的幼兒就去拿肉骨頭其他動物就不能拿了.“小白兔跳過來”等等.對聽清的幼兒給予獎勵對沒有聽清指令的幼兒不給予獎勵.這樣經(jīng)常性的開展幼兒的傾聽習慣就能逐步產(chǎn)生.2、利用“傳話游戲”發(fā)展孩子的傾聽能力培養(yǎng)孩子的傾聽習慣.傳話游戲可以訓練孩子的記憶能力.如讓爸爸告訴孩子一句話請孩子告訴媽媽﹙或爺爺奶奶﹚.在幼兒園可以分組進行.利用比賽的游戲方式教師告訴每組排頭讓排頭的幼兒依次向后傳話看哪一組傳得又對又快.這樣經(jīng)常性的開展能逐漸培養(yǎng)孩子仔細傾聽的能力和習慣。

3、利用“辨錯誤游戲”來發(fā)展幼兒的傾聽能力，培養(yǎng)孩子的傾聽習慣。常常發(fā)現(xiàn)有的孩子在聽說一件事只聽到其中的一部分就聽不下去了.回答問題時出現(xiàn)風馬牛不相干的事情。這說明孩子傾聽的質(zhì)量不高。聽得不仔細、不專心和不認真。因此在日常活動中經(jīng)常開展一些辨別錯誤的游戲讓孩子去判斷語言的對錯吸引孩子注意傾聽并加以改變.如“小魚在天上飛，鳥兒在河里游，兔子尾巴長，猴子尾巴短”等等讓孩子挑出其中錯誤的地方并糾正辨錯誤游戲，不但培養(yǎng)幼兒的思考能力而且更好地促進傾聽習慣的形成.
