本試卷考查對象：小學三年級學生； 內容：人教版PEP小學三年級下冊的內容；

目標：激發和培養小學生學習英語的興趣，使他們初步建立學習英語的信心。

難度系數：全試卷難度控制在0.7左右。試卷評析：

一、命題總體分析：

本次試題著重于考查學生綜合運用英語的能力。比較貼切學生的實際，以激發學生學習英語的興趣和增強學生學習英語的自信心為主要目的。從整體上來說，體現了新課改的精神。既注重了基礎知識的考查，以此來督促學生的學習要以課本知識為主；又側重培養了學生的綜合運用英語的能力。力求做到源于課本知識，又不局限于課本，將有限的課本資源無限地運用到課堂外去！

二、試卷具體分析：

本次試卷滿分為100分，答題時間為60分鐘。基礎知識占70%左右；難度較大的大約占20%，拉分值約為10%。試卷共有七大題，只考筆試。體現了本學期學習的重點，做到難易適度。顯現了知識的層次性和循序漸進的原則。

第Ⅰ題主要考查學生對字母的掌握情況。因為《課標》還不要求學生書寫英語，所以本題只以連線的形式出現，只要會認讀就能很好 III

地完成本題。第Ⅱ、Ⅲ題主要考查學生對課本上要求“三會”的單詞的掌握程度。只要平時多讀多看，對這兩題的解答就不是問題了。

第Ⅳ題是單項選擇。此題的難度是很大的。第Ⅰ題是考查學生對“How ”,“What”和“How many ”三個疑問詞的掌握如何。第2題主要考查學生對“an ”，“a ”和“some ”三個詞的用法是否掌握。這是英語里最基本的，也是最簡單的語法。第3題，是考查學生是否真下掌握了“Who’s that… ?”這句話的回答，是否能靈活地運用知識。第4題是考查學生對“Do you…？”這個一般疑問句的回答的掌握。

第Ⅴ、Ⅵ題都是考查學生對英語的實際運用能力的情況。分別以描述情景選擇和看問句選答語的形式出現。讓學生明白學習英語的最主要，最終的目標就是為了實際運用，而不是背死書。學習英語是為了人與人交際和對文化的交流。
