2014年下期小學六年級英語教學總結

羅麗英

本學期，我擔任六年級的英語教學工作。現對本學期的教學工作做一總結。

一、學習課標，明確教學目標。

為了使我的英語教學適應新時期英語教學要求、樹立起新的育人理念，我抽休息時間對《英語課程標準》進行了研讀，了解了此次英語課程改革的目的、掌握了此次英語改革的重點、明確了英語課程各級的總目標和各內容的分級目標、理解了英語教學原則、學會了一些科學評價原則等，從而為后面的教學提供了充分的依據、奠定了的扎實的基礎、保證了教學的順利進行。

二、扎實備課，理清教學思路。

備課是課堂教學的重要環節，我在備課時做到了以下幾點：

１、課前備課，做到“有備而來”。我認真閱讀各種教學參考書，既備教材、教法，又備學生。結合學生的實際和教材的內容，既要考慮知識的縱向聯系，又要考慮新知的橫向銜接；既要突出重點，又要突破難點；既要體現出完整的教學過程，又要注意好各環節的過渡自然。

２、課中備課，靈活安排簡單易操作的游戲活動。我通過游戲引入新課教學時，為了不打消學生的積極性，我在實施教學的時候，總是盡量設計一些簡單易操作的游戲及活動，將教學內容層層鋪開，把枯燥乏味的課堂變為生動有趣“快樂堡”，讓他們在快樂中學習，在玩中獲得新知，通過反復的趣味操練（如：唱、演、玩、畫、涂色、做手工等形式）來鞏固所學新知。在活動中學生們都樂于參與，充分調動了學生們的情感態度和興趣，學生的積極性得到了充分發揮，教學效果良好。

３、課后備課，總結教學經驗。每上完一單元，我都及時對該單元作出總結和反思，寫出教后感，肯定本節課成功的地方，探討該單元的不足之處，為以后的教學工作打下基礎。

三、認真上課，體現以人為本。

1、巧設導入，培養興趣。每節的教學我首先通過做游戲、唱英語歌來激發學生的學習興趣，讓學生融洽在學習英語的氛圍內。

2、圖文結合，掌握新知。根據教材“圖文并茂”的特點，充分運用單詞卡片、實物教具、簡筆畫及肢體語言來啟發學生，使學生帶著明確的任務目標，并借助圖片、動作、表情等手段掌握其義，讓他們積極主動參與學習獲取新知過程，培養他們學習英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時，我不厭其煩，耐心教導學生認讀，力爭讓他們學了就懂，懂了會用，培養他們認讀的能力。在學習新知的同時，還適時對他們進行思想教育。

3、游戲活動，鞏固新知。在完成了每節課的新授任務后，抓住學生爭強好勝的心理，通過師生互動、生生互動的游戲活動將教學內容層層鋪開；為了尊重學生的個體差異，營造寬松的學習環境，以簡單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲為主來實施教學，讓學生進行反復模仿、認讀、玩演、視聽，從而給他們提供充分的活動和交流機會，讓學生在玩的過程中獲得新知，提高他們語言的運用能力，培養他們的學習興趣。

四、努力總結和發現問題，及時調整教學策略

在實際教學過程中，我還應積極實踐，不斷探索，針對實際工作中出現的問題和學生身心特點，總結規律，認真思考，不斷摸索。

總之，要做好英語的“傳道、授業、解惑”，還要求教師繼續不斷的深入開發新的教學方法，深入鉆研教材，多讀書、多看報、多上網學習，利用一切可能的條件，不斷的充實自己、積累資料、研究教學，才能讓英語的教學成績百尺竿頭，更進一步。

六年級英語備課組工作總結

一學期匆匆而過，短暫、忙碌卻充實，我們英語備課組在各級領導的關懷下，認真學習學校的有關教學計劃，嚴格執行教學制度和要求，在工作上扎扎實實、不斷創新，團結合作，圓滿完成各項任務。同時，我們以“新課標”精神為指導，圍繞學校提出的各項計劃，開展了多種形式的教科研活動，切實提高了教學質量和教師自身的水平。現將本學期六年級英語組的教學工作總結如下:

一、集體備課。

我們把每周一下午定為集體備課時間。教師針對本周及下周上課內容進行說課。討論出新課的上課程序，改進的新教學方法；研究出上課的目標及重難點探討并解決課時難點的教學方法。通過討論來解決上課時可能出現的問題，并作以相對應的對策。通過集體備課能在上課時達到最好的教學效果。

二、教學安排。

提前安排好每周的教學計劃。把每個單元的知識點一一列羅好。我們定于每單元測試，每周提前把這些測試題打印出來備用。每個單元結束后，通過這些測試來檢查教學效果，再根據反應的情況查漏補缺！

三、主要成績。

本學期學生們在聽，說，讀，寫等各個方面得到了不同程度的提高。本學期各班學生的成績也直線上升。各班平時的測試中，滿分人數在增加，不及格人數在減少。今年復習中，我們攻破了看圖寫單詞，音標連線，及漢譯英，連詞成句這些難關，收效不錯！備課組的活動解決了教學上的難點，打破了以往的陳規，提高了教學效率，鍛煉了教師調度課堂的能力。今后，我們將更加努力地工作，積極探索集體備課的新思路和新方法

一、教研組情況介紹

本組成員年齡較年輕，大家團結奮進，積極進取。大家有奉獻精神，每天早來遲走，培優補差。教學資源共享，分配任務及時完成，這樣一支團結的隊伍，是教育教學取得成功的保證。

二、采取的主要措施

為了確保每一次集體備課的質量，我們組經過集體研究，采取了以下措施:

1、定活動時間和地點。

把集體備課時間設為兩周一次。一到這個時間，全組教師都會放下手頭的工作，準時到達學校會議室參加集體研討活動。

2、定主講發言人。

每次集體備課，我們都指定主備教師為主講發言人，負責主持會議，匯總大家的意見，闡述自己的備課過程。每次活動臨結束時，再定出下一次集體備課的主講發言人，并定好下一次的課題研究內容，讓主講教師做準備。

3、集體備課.讓老師們坐在一起共同探討教學方法，尋找教學途徑，共同進步。

4、創造條件讓老師們上公開課，在教學實踐中鍛煉他們成長。

三、提高自身素質和業務能力，抓好課堂常規。

教育教學改革、素質教育的實施和教育現代化工程的推進，英語教師在教育思想、教學方式、教學手段等方面已有了“求變”的意識、渴望和嘗試。通過教學研討、英語教師集體備課、寫論文、寫反思等活動，交流經驗、體會，把握課改脈搏。英語是一個走在教改前頭的科目，內容的更新和方法的改革使教師需要自己去創新，在嘗試中成長。教師以課堂教學為中心，努力落實新課程標準，滲透新教材倡導的課改思想。努力優化課堂教學設計和養成好的課堂常規。全組教師能認真鉆研教材，在教學中根據各班學生的實際情況，適當調整，使全體學生的英語水平達到大綱的要求。在平時的課堂教學中非常注意強化小學英語“聽、說、讀、寫”訓練。因此各位教師平時堅持做到:認真指導學生發準每個音;全面負責，把好語音關;英語組教師在平時較注重指導正確的書寫，訓練學生從抄寫字詞向抄寫句子過渡，提高他們的書寫能力。在備課中，能嚴格按照教研室的要求，做到清晰、規范，備過程、備方法、備教材、備學生，做到“心中有本”、“心中有生”。上課中，盡量用英語組織教學，并要求學生用英語進行簡單的會話。課后認真反思，及時總結得失，以利于以后的教學。為了能更好地提高英語教學質量，我組能針對學生在英語學習過程中存在的實際情況，及時地進行補差補缺，做到把握教材和教學目標的統一，發現問題及時補救，最終使全體學生達到大綱所規定的要求，努力做到課課通、單元清。

四、強化組內教研，拓展教研內容

1、本學期要求教師按單元完成一定數量的教學反思。一學期，有2篇300字左右的深刻反思。通過反思不斷改進教學方式。

2、重視教研組集體備課的指導，落實時間、地點、內容。集體備課要講求實效，突出重點;集體備課要專題化、系列化;教案改革提倡校本化，鼓勵教師寫個性化教案、實用教案。通過對教師集體備課、教案撰寫、教后反思等情況的綜合檢查來評價教師備課情況。加強集體備課、教后記撰寫、案例分析等與教師成長最密切的教研形式，使教師自覺養成在研究狀態下工作的職業生活方式。引導教師自覺進行教學反思，相互借鑒學習。繼續完善課頭間的相互交流，堅持討論、反思、相互溝過后進行備課，享受資源共享，進一步優化課堂教學。提高課堂教學的藝術性。

3、通過每周備課組長導課等課堂教學研討活動，以點帶面，促進教學質量的大面積提高。

五、緊抓學科質量，重視課外活動，提高全面素質。

我組教師始終把學科質量擺在首要位置，除了狠抓課堂教學外，加大對差生的輔導力度，做到定時、定量、定效、定對象，使補差工作不流于形式，真正使差生多學一點，多掌握一點，縮小與其他學生的差距，提高整體水平。同時，還能因勢利導注重開展一些有益的課外活動。如在班組中開展“學習優勝小組”的評比活動，從學生的上課、作業、英語能力等方面加以評分，并及時在黑板上公布，及時給予表揚。極大地激發了學生學習英語的興趣，提高了學習效果。還能開展一些小型比賽，如“單詞默寫比賽”、“詞匯過關比賽”等，提高了學生整體素質。總之，大家只有齊心協力抓落實，團結一心搞教學，以教師為主導，以學生為主體，以努力提高教學質量為中心，以不斷提高學生素質為重點，全面推進素質教育。使課程改革向縱深方向發展;使我們的教學質量在新的一年更上一層樓，取得更好成績。
