一、元音

元音跟輔音的顯著區別在于元音發聲時，氣流從口腔發出來時不受任何阻礙。發輔音時，氣流從肺部通過聲門沖出聲帶，使聲帶發出均勻振動，然后振動氣流不受阻礙地通過口腔、鼻腔，經過舌、唇的調節發出不同的音。

元音分為單元音和雙元音，單元音根據發音舌位不同，分為前元音、中元音和后元音。
