美國獨立日自由集會精彩演講

7月1日晚，美國總統川普來到肯尼迪藝術中心，出席“自由集會”并演講，慶祝即將到來的美國獨立日。川普說：“美國人民崇拜神，而不是政府。正如二戰時期的美國將軍巴頓，他在最艱難的時刻，祈禱的是神的救助。”

川普登上集會講臺后，在場觀眾報以熱烈的掌聲向他致意。川普說：“我十分榮幸能參加在這里首次舉行的‘獨立日自由集會’。首先我們要向無私的、為國家默默付出的美國軍人和執法員致敬。今晚，場內的音樂在我們心中激蕩，它提醒我們所有人：我們是誰？我們是生活在神的護佑下的子民，擁有同一個不可分割的國度。

“我想對在場的數百位退役軍人說，作為總統，這是我首次參加獨立日慶典活動。在這樣的時刻，我最想做的就是和你們在一起。

“我正在兌現向你們許下的諾言。正如你所見，不久前我簽署了‘為退伍軍人提供服務的問責制’法案（Ensuring VA Employee Accountability Act）。這是過去40年中，美國往屆政府希望卻沒有做到的事。如今，我們完成了這項工作。未來，如果有政府官員不能向退役老兵提供及時和有效的服務時，我們可以對他說── ‘你被解雇了！’

“我們向老兵們保證，我們將永遠照顧好你們，請放心。

“你們不僅用語言表達對國家的效忠，更以實際行動、你們的勇敢與不怕犧牲的精神，兌現你們對偉大美國的效忠。你們在一次次任務中，讓美國取得勝利。因此，我們一定不會忘記你們，我們會照料好你們。“美國軍人的故事是與自由相關的故事，是正義戰勝邪惡的故事，是懲惡揚善的故事，是抵抗對民主與自由鎮壓的故事。我告訴各位，這世界存在太多的邪惡因素，我正在清理這個爛攤子，你們瞧著吧！

“我們也知道是家庭和教堂，而不是政府官員，才了解如何搭建一個充滿關愛的社區環境。“同時，最重要的是我們相信，美國人崇拜的不是政府，而是神。

“我們信仰自由的權利被寫進《憲法》第一修正案。在《獨立宣言》中，美國國父們多次提到‘神’。富蘭克林（《獨立宣言》和美國《憲法》的起草人之一）在《憲法》大會上做的第一件事就是低下頭，向神做祈禱。在此，我提醒各位，我們將重新開始互致‘圣誕快樂’的問候！

川普說：“在場的觀眾中就有參加過這次戰役的二戰老兵米勒（Harry F Miller）。明天他將迎來自己的89歲生日。讓我們祝福他，向他致敬。

“我的政府將永遠保護美國人的信仰自由。如果在足球賽事前，人們想祈禱，他們就可以做祈禱。我們還希望孩子們懂得，有神在祝福他們。我們不希望看到政府官員說，宗教領袖或教會成員不能公開地自由宣講（政治話題），因為他們也擁有受《憲法》保護的言論自由。”

川普在最后說：“各位，我不會讓你們失望！謝謝你們！祝你們獨立日假期快樂！神保佑你們，保佑美利堅合眾國！”

We're fighting for our right to live.為了生存。

Good morning.In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world.And you will be launching the largest aerial battle in this history of mankind.Mankind--that word should have new meaning for all of us today.We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore.We will be united in our common interests.Perhaps its fate that today is the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution--but from annihilation.We're fighting for our right to live, to exist.And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice:“ We will not go quietly into the night!We will not vanish without a fight!We're going to live on!We're going to survive!” Today, we celebrate our Independence Day!
