最后，霍爾頓住進了療養院。人們說是當時二戰后混亂的社會，資本主義空洞的精神文明釀造了這一出悲劇。但我想說對于霍爾頓而言，使他崩潰的因素還有很多。我們不能單方面地指責外部環境的惡劣，霍爾頓本身的問題也是不能我們所忽略的。

青春不該一昧逃離，也無需用墮落去叛逆。現實再殘酷，需要面對的時候，我們還是該勇敢面對。正因為青春，我們充滿力量，勇往直前。正因為勇敢地承認現狀，我們才不會在幻想中迷失自己，在落差中一樣能夠笑對人生。

近段時間再度翻開《麥田里的守望者》，靜下心讀，就像是翻閱自己曾有的體驗，一切支離破碎的過往，所有瘋狂和苦澀，彷徨和迷惘，穿越時空的荒漠重現，真實地在這一刻扎根。霍爾頓渴望做一個終生的“麥田守望者”。他希望自己做一個麥田的守望者，實際上是希望在他沖向那懸崖的一剎那,會有那么一位守望者從不知名的地方沖出來,截住他。書中的霍爾頓是一個需要被守望的人，是一個四處奔跑不知方向的孩子。他希望在現實的世界中尋找一絲慰藉，又希望在虛幻的成人世界尋找純潔與真誠。現實與理想的差距，他無法跨越。他在這兩者之間是一個矛盾體，而這種矛盾最終讓他徹底崩潰，躺在精神病院里。然而有誰可以做他的守望者呢？在他快掉入懸崖的時候，及時的抓住他的雙手。沒有這樣的人存在。

回想我們未管所里監管的犯人，或多或少的在他們身上都有著霍爾頓的影子。稚嫩的心因迷惘而恐懼，當他們走向犯罪的懸崖時，沒有守望者把他們拉回來。現在他們在監獄里用寶貴的青春來償還曾經過錯，我想到了身為未管所監獄人民警察，是否應具備一種守望者的特性的呢。答案是肯定的。我想每個人心中都會有一片麥田吧！就像有家一樣的感覺。在金燦燦的麥穗盡情的嬉鬧邊有孩子嬉鬧，也有你自己滿足的微笑!在面對一個個“霍爾頓”的時候，我們不會因為“霍爾頓”的稚嫩，憤世嫉俗，特性獨立而疏遠拋棄。守望者的規勸是青少年迷途中的一束曙光，青春路上的行動指南。霍爾頓們的迷茫與失落永是成長中人們的迷茫與失落，幫助霍爾頓們糾正行程中的偏差，快速步上人生正軌，是守望者們應盡之責。

《麥田里的守望者》是美國作家杰羅姆〃大衛〃塞林格唯一的一部長篇小說，塞林格將故事的起止局限于16歲的中學生霍爾頓〃考爾菲德從離開學校到紐約游蕩的三天時間內，并借鑒了意識流天馬行空的寫作方法，充分探索了一個十幾歲少年的內心世界。憤怒與焦慮是此書的兩大主題，主人公的經歷和思想在青少年中引起強烈共鳴，受到讀者的熱烈歡迎。《紐約時報》的書評寫道：在美國，閱讀《麥田里的守望者》就像畢業要獲得導師的首肯一樣重要。其后，《麥田里的守望者》直接影響了這一類小說的創作。

1.在麥田里守望，垮掉一代的簡單理想。

美國的五十年代是一個相當混亂的時期，二戰的陰云尚未散去，冷戰硝煙又起。一方面科技發展迅速，而另一方面，人們缺乏理想，意志消沉，在自己無力改變的社會大背景下，過著混混噩噩的生活。于是，“垮掉的一代”出現了，霍爾頓就是其中的一員。他抽煙酗酒，不求上進，但是，他還不至于淪落到吸毒、群居的地步。因為在他心底，一直還存有美麗而遙遠的理想——做一個“麥田里的守望者”。

成長的煩惱、生活的矛盾不僅僅是那個時代特有的。現在的孩子們的壓力和負擔一點也不比那個時代的孩子少，也許并沒有像主人公那么極端的，但在內心深處卻也都聚集了很多的無奈和急需發泄的情緒。那么，作為教師、家長、學校和社會上其它人，我們要怎么做呢？

作為教師，我們需要給學生們一些空間，讓他們張揚個性，自主創新，更多的引導而非強制，但是也不是一味的包容，要找到底線——比如說懸崖，這時就必須干涉。我們要像守望者一樣呵護他們的成長，及時給予疏導和關懷。我們要集中精神看準我們的前方，讓那些早已習慣了困惑和孤獨的孩子們，不要走向懸崖。

看得出，霍爾頓那時的心境是渴望自己做個麥田里的守望者，好挽救那些不小心的孩子，但同時他又是多么渴望有個麥田里的守望者能挽救他。作為教師，我也想像他那樣成為學生們的守望者。

我想，“守望”應該是一種習慣、一種智慧，同時也更應該是一種境界，一種態度。為了孩子的健康成長，社會還需要更多的“麥田守望者”。這個麥田當然可以小到一個家庭、大到一所學校甚至是一個社會。每個人，都應該為他人追求美好生活的理想守望并在守望中成就單純而又美好的生活。
