第一篇：英文面試技巧

1.Tell me about yourself：

這是一個面試問題中的經典頭道開胃菜。這個問題主要考察求職者的個性是否符合公司的企業文化，所以回答的時候要盡量貼近這個公司的情況來推銷自己的特點。比如這個公司是屬于汽車行業，那么你就該回答: “Driving is my hobby.I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends.” 總之是要找到自己跟這個公司的一個切合點，讓面試官了解你充分適合這個環境。

2.What are your greatest strengths?

回答這個問題的時候不可以含混不清，不可以只是簡單回答 “I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others.” 簡潔、精煉，找到這個公司所看重的特長，是回答這個問題的關鍵。比如要應聘金融行業，可是說 “I think my strongest strengths are patient and cautious.” 但是如果應聘者是一個銷售精英，可以說:“I think my strongest strengths are aggressive, hard working and communicative.”總之，需要考慮到應聘公司及職務的需要來選擇表現自己的優勢。

3.What are your greatest weaknesses?

This is a popular question that western employers like to ask to make candidates nervous!In fact, they ask this to know how you respond to a difficult question.You shouldn't answer by telling your greatest weakness since you might not get the job!Instead, you can tell them something that isn't directly related to the job position.你最大的缺點是什么？西方老板特別愛問這個問題，讓面試者感到很緊張。事實上，他問這個問題是看你對棘手問題的反應。你沒必要如實回答你的弱點，因為那有可能讓你得不到這份工作。相反，你可以告訴他們一些與工作不直接相關的事情。能夠為公司增值永遠是老板的最愛，老板都愿意找到一個了解、熱愛工作，并能夠為公司創造價值的員工。所以不要很誠實的把自己的毛病暴露出來，而是要策略的選擇一些能夠為自己加分的缺點。比如:“I am a perfectionist and I pay very much attention to details.”

這個問題主要考察應聘者是否對這個工作進行了了解，或者是否真正有興趣，所以需要圍繞整個公司的具體情況，讓面試官知道你很清楚這個公司的運營模式，以及對這項工作非常積極。因此不要以“It seemed like a good career move, ”或是 “I haven't been able to find anything else interesting.”為開始。如果能有一些實際問題回答的話，就會更大的加分，應聘者可以這樣: “I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by …”但是前提是你必須真的對這家公司作了研究，同時也要注意，不要讓面試官覺得你是為了討好面試官而言過其實，這樣只會適得其反。

This question is a good opportunity to brag a little bit.You should talk about some extra skills you have that maybe wasn't included in your resume, or talk about your greatest strength in more detail.你為什么覺得自己勝任這份工作？這時候你要充分發揮你的“自夸”本領。你可以講述一些簡歷資料里面沒有包括的技能；或者是再詳細強調一下你的特長。

7.What kind of salary did you have in mind?

Salary is how much money you earn, usually per year.When asked this, it's best to answer with a salary range or approximation and not an exact figure.This shows that you are familiar with the industry if you know what the approximate salary should be.你期望的薪水是多少？“salary”就是你賺多少錢，通常是年收入。回答這個問題時，最好說出一個大致范圍，而不是一個確切的數字。如果你能說出這個工資范圍，那就說明你對此行業非常了解。

8.Do you have any questions for me?

這也是一個面試中經典的結束問題，測試應聘者是否真正對這份工作真正有興趣與熱愛，此時應該詢問具體的問題以顯示應聘者非常了解該公司，對未來的工作有很多的期待和好主意，充分表示熱情。應聘者一定要提前準備很多有關這個公司具體情況的問題，最好能夠涉及到他們業務上取得的成績，比如說：“I learned that your company has seen tremendous growth in recent years.I’m keen to know how you made such a success.”你需要表現出對這個公司濃厚的興趣，到了這時，基本上一張聘書就到手了。

9.If hired, when could you start work?

When answering this it's best not to say you can start right away.This might make you seem very desperate for a job.A safe answer would be ”I can start at the beginning of next month."如果雇傭的話，你什么時候開始工作？回答這個問題時。一定要注意！不要說我馬上可以工作。那會讓對方認為你非常迫切地需要這份工作。一個非常保險的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”（我下月初可以開始上班。）

近年來，隨著越來越多的外商的進駐，很多人在應聘的過程中都很有可能會被要求參加英語面試。不少人憑著良好的教育背景和豐富的工作經驗一路過關斬將，卻往往在英語面試的環節上功虧一簣，而最終無法實現自己的職業理想。以下根據大量實例總結了三條重要技巧，相信會對即將參加此類面試的人提供一點幫助。

技巧一：注意英語時態的變化運用

應聘者在參加英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準備與練習。那么在眾多的英語語法規則中為什么要單獨強調時態的運用呢?其一是因為由于和漢語的表達習慣不同(漢語中動詞沒有時態變化)，這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說，時態又是比較基本的語法點，一旦用錯，會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產生質疑。其二是因為在面試過程中，往往會涉及到很多關于個人經歷，教育背景，工作經驗，職業規劃等方面的問題，因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候，一定要注意配合正確的時態，否則就會造成差之毫厘，失之千里的后果。例如：你已經參加過某項專業技能培訓與你正在參加或計劃參加就是完全不同的。

技巧二：尊重個人及文化差異

任何面試都帶有一定程度的主觀性。也就是說面試官是否欣賞你也可能成為最后的決定性因素。因此在英語面試的過程中，應當盡量避免由于對英語語言的駕馭能力不足，而引發的不敬甚至冒犯。

具體而言，主要有兩種做法要特別注意避免。首先是要避免使用過于生僻的單詞，或是地方俚語之類接受群體相對比較小的表達方式。因為這種表達方式很有可能造成聽者的困惑與曲解。

其次則是要避免過多、過于主觀地談及宗教文化或時事政治方面的問題。不少面試者出于第一項提到的急于展示英語水平的目的，或是想給面試官留下深刻印象的目的，常常會犯這個錯誤。

在英語面試中，面試官很有可能來自不同的國家與地區，有一定的個人傾向。因此作為面試者，在不了解情況的狀態下，如果談到此類話題，謹慎而有節制的發言才是上上策。

技巧三：以英語為載體，展示工作才能。

第四篇：英文自我介紹及面試技巧

1、自我介紹的內容

首先請報出自己的姓名和身份。可能應試者與面試考官打招呼時，已經將此告訴了對方，而且考官們完全可以從你的報名表、簡歷等材料中了解這些情況，但仍請你主動提及。這是禮貌的需要，還可以加深考官對你的印象。

其次，你可以簡單地介紹一下你的學歷、工作經歷等基本個人情況。請提供給考官關于你個人情況的基本的、完整的信息，如：學歷、工作經歷、家庭概況、興趣愛好、理想與報負等。這部分的陳述務必簡明扼要、抓住要點。例如介紹自己的學歷，一般只需談本專科以上的學歷。工作單位如果多，選幾個有代表性的或者你認為重要的介紹，就可以了，但這些內容一定要和面試及應考職位有關系。請保證敘述的線索清晰，一個結構混亂、內容過長的開場自，會給考官們留下雜亂無章、個性不清晰的印象，并且讓考官倦怠，削弱對繼續進行的面試的興趣和注意力。

應試者還要注意這部份內容應與個人簡歷、報名材料上的有關內容相一致，不要有出入。在介紹這些內容時，應避免書面語言的嚴整與拘束，而使用靈活的口頭語進行組織。這些個人基本情況的介紹沒有對或錯的問題——都屬于中性問題，但如果因此而大意就不妥了。

接下來由這部份個人基本情況，自然地過渡到一兩個自己本科或工作期間圓滿完成的事件，以這一兩個例子來形象地、明晰他說明自己的經驗與能力，例如：在學校擔任學生干部時成功組織的活動；或者如何投入到社會實踐中，利用自己的專長為社會公眾服務；或者自己在專業上取得的重要成績以及出色的學術成就。接下來要著重結合你的職業理想說明你應考這個公務員職位的原因，這一點相當重要。你可以談你對應考單位或職務的認識了解，說明你選擇這個單位或職務的強烈愿望。原先有工作單位的應試者應解釋清楚自己放棄原來的工作而做出新的職業選擇的原因。你還可以談如果你被錄取，那么你將怎樣盡職盡責地工作，并不斷根據需要完善和發展自己。當然這些都應密切聯系你的價值觀與職業觀。不過，如果你將自己描述為不食人間煙火的、不計較個人利益的“圣人”，那么考官們對你的求職動機的信任，就要大打折扣了。

這里我們介紹了一條清晰的線索，便于你組織你的自我介紹。為了保證結構明確，有條有理，你可以多用短句子以便于口語表述，并且在段與段之間使用過渡句子，口語也要注意思路、敘述語言的流暢，盡量避免顛三倒四，同一句話反復說幾遍的“粘糊勁，同時不要用過于隨便的表述。

2、自我介紹的時間

一般情況下，自我介紹應該是三～五分鐘較適宜。時間分配上，可根據情況靈活掌握。一般地，第一部分可以用約二分鐘，第二部分可以用約一分鐘，第三部分用1～二分鐘。

好的時間分配能突出重點，讓人印象深刻，而這就取決于你面試準備工作做得好壞了。如果你事先分析了自我介紹的主要內容，并分配了所需時間，抓住這三、五分鐘，你就能中肯、得體地表達出你自己。有些應試者不了解自我介紹的重要性，只是簡短地介紹一下自己的姓名、身份，其后補充一些有關自己的學歷、工作經歷等情況，大約半分鐘左右就結束了自我介紹，然后望著考官，等待下面的提問。但也有的應試者想把面試的全部內容都壓縮在這幾分鐘里。要知道面試考官會在下面的面試中間向你提有關問題的，你應該給自己也給他人留下這個機會。

3、自我介紹的重要性：通過自我介紹，主動地向面試考官推薦自己，這是面試組成結構的重要內容，同時也是面試測評的重要指標。

4、自我介紹的要點

（1）自我介紹是應以面試的測評為導向。

自我介紹也是一種說服的手段與藝術，聰明的應試者會以公務員考錄的要求與測試重點而組織自我介紹的內容，你不僅僅要告訴考官們你是多么優秀的人，你更要告訴考官，你如何地適合這個工作崗位。而與面試無關的內容，既使是你引以為榮的優點和長處，你也要忍痛舍棄，以突出重點。（2）自我介紹要有充分的信心。

要想讓考官們欣賞你，你必須明確地告訴考官們你具有應考職位必需的能力與素質，而只有你對此有信心并表現出這種信心后，你才證明了自己。

應試者在談自己的優點的一個明智的辦法是：在談到自己的優點時，保持低調。也就是輕描淡寫、語氣平靜，只談事實，別用自己的主觀評論。同時也要注意適可而止，重要的、關鍵的，要談，與面試無關的特長最好別談。另外，談過自己的優點后，也要談自己的缺點，但一定要強調自己克服這些缺點的愿望和努力。特別指出的是，不要夸大自己。一方面從應試者的綜合素養表現，考官能夠大體估計應試者的能力；另一方面，如果考官進一步追問有關問題，將令“有水份”的應試者下不了臺。
