1.陳述事實,避免表示意見:與訓練和經驗有關的事實可以陳述出來,但應避免表示意見說這些訓練和經驗對所應征的工作將有怎樣的關系或好處。

2.不要批評他人:如果你要離開現職,可以說出原因但不要用批評的方式,雇主想要了解你,而非你的工作機會。

3.不要過份渲染自我:你當然認為有能力,夠資格才要申請某一職位,但不要過份夸大自己的能力或表現過份信心,尤其不要說出與事實不符的能力或特性來。

4.留意底薪:有的雇主要你提到希望的待遇。你要作良好的判斷,寫出你覺得可行的最低薪。開始就業(yè)的人應知道,與其尋得一份高薪的工作倒不如找待遇尚可而有升遷機會的工作。
