第一篇：拿年終總結

出納員的年終工作總結與明年工作計劃

我是個剛走上出納崗位不久的出納員，在領導的幫助下，我了解了出納崗位的各種制度及其日常的工作流程。在同事們的指導和幫助下使我學到了很多工作中的知識，使我較快地熟悉了這份新的工作。為了提高工作效率，平時自學電腦知識和ERP的出納知識及操作，利用ERP使工作更加準確和快速。作為公司出納，我在收付、反映、監督等各個方面盡到了應盡的職責，過去的幾個月里在不斷改善工作方式方法的同時，順利完成如下工作：

一、日常工作

1、嚴格執行現金管理和結算制度，定期向會計核對現金與帳目，發現金額不符，做到及時匯報，及時處理。

2、及時收回公司各項收入，開出收據，及時收回現金存入銀行。

3、根據會計提供的依據，與銀行相關部門聯系，井然有序地完成了職工工資和其它應發放的經費發放工作。

4、堅持財務手續，嚴格審核（憑證上必須有經手人及相關領導的簽字才能給予支付），對不符手續的憑證不付款。

二、其他工作

1、迎接公司上市財務審計，準備所需財務相關材料為迎接審計部門對我公司帳務情況的檢查工作，做好前期自查自糾工作，對檢查中可能出現的問題做好統計，并提交領導審閱。在工作中，我忠于職守，盡力而為，領導和同事們也給了我很大的幫助和鼓勵。

2.完成領導交付的其他工作。

三、存在問題

回顧檢查自身存在的問題，我認為：

1、學習不夠。當前，以信息技術為基礎的會計軟件的應用及理論基礎、專業知識、工作方法等不能完全適應新的工作。

2、對針對以上問題，今后的努力方向是：

加強理論學習，進一步提高工作效率。對業務的熟悉，必須通過相關專業知識的學習，虛心請教領導和同事增強分析問題、解決問題的能力，努力學習，爭取在明年取得會計從業資格證書。

綜上所述。在過去的幾個月中，付出過努力，也得到過回報。用嚴肅認真的態度對待工作，在工作中一絲不茍的執行制度，是我的優勢。我堅持要求自己做到謹慎的對待工作，并在工作中掌握財務人員應該掌握的原則。作為財務人員特別需要在制度和人情之間把握好分寸，既不能的觸犯規章制度也不能不通世故人情。只有不斷的提高業務水平才能使工作更順利的進行。在即將到來的2011年，我會揚長避短，更好的完成本職工作。

第二篇：恒大2013年拿地總結

（1）北京：7月3日，以35.6億元的總價配建26萬平方米公租房的代價，拿下建筑規模超51萬平方米的 昌平沙河鎮地塊；9月4日，以40.4億元的總價配建5.15萬平方米公租房，奪得北京年內首宗“限房價競地價”地塊；11月21日，以51.35億元加11.2萬平方米自住型商品房，奪得建筑規模不足21萬平方米的東壩地塊。

至此，恒大今年累計在北京耗資127億拿下三幅地塊。

（2）上海：12月4日上午，恒大地產集團旗下的上海盛建置業有限公司分別以18.6億元、9億元競得了嘉定區馬陸鎮43-05地塊及松江區佘山北大型居住社區36A-04A號地塊，成交樓板價為14598元/平方米與12460元/平方米。其中，松江佘山宅地的溢價高達149%，僅次于奉賢區南橋新城09單元04A-02A、05A-04A區域地塊與浦東新區上海國際醫學園區D2-03-09地塊的溢價率。12月4日下午，恒大再度高調出手，分別以6.32億和7.84億拿下松江區中山街道SJC10010單元26-02號、27-02號兩宗普通商品房用地。27-02號地塊溢價134%成交，樓板價達12903元/㎡，26-02號地塊的樓板價則為12461元/㎡，溢價率達126%。12月5日，恒大6.14億再拿嘉定安亭宅地，成交樓面價9938元/㎡，溢價98.75％。

至此，恒大今年累計在上海耗資47.9億拿下五幅地塊。

（3）廣州：6月18日，白云區沙太南路配件廠地塊被恒大地產以23.09億元，競配建52400平方米拿下。如計入保障房建安費用約3000元/平，總成本24.662億，住宅部分建筑面積144779平，折合樓面均價26696.5元/平，溢價高達142.7%。

至此，恒大今年累計在廣州耗資23.09億拿下一幅地塊。（4）深圳：恒大收購深圳國香地產

至此，恒大在深圳現已擁有的土地儲備量增加300萬-400萬㎡。

（5）天津：11月29日，恒大地產集團天津有限公司（以下簡稱恒大）以36.35億總價競獲天津河東區婁莊子地塊，溢價14.31億元，溢價率65%。刨除公建后，婁莊子地塊樓面地價折合16713元/平方米，再創河東區賣地新高。

至此，恒大今年累計在天津耗資36.35億拿下一幅地塊。（6）重慶：5月27日，恒大50.45億拿下重慶照母山板塊4幅地塊，總占地1008畝，總建筑面積116萬㎡。7月16日，2.2億拿下重慶巴南，成交樓面價2234元/㎡。

至此，恒大今年累計在重慶耗資52.65億拿下5幅地塊。

（7）濟南：9月26日恒大地產旗下4家公司濟南西客站組團12塊土地，總用地面積55㎡，總耗資38億，根據世聯地產信息，項目名目前定為濟南恒大華府，濟南恒大世紀廣場，濟南恒大金碧新城。

至此，恒大今年累計在濟南耗資38億拿下西客站12幅組團土地（8）合肥：8月1日恒大地產連續競得E1304老火車站地塊和濱湖區BH2013-15地塊，斥資36.9億元，其中老火車站項目目前命名為恒大中央廣場，為合肥老核心區城市綜合體項目，濱湖區地塊將被打造為合肥國際金融中心，其中主塔高度500米，為合肥地標項目，毗鄰合肥萬達文化旅游城 至此，恒大今年在合肥累計耗資36.9億拿下兩幅地塊。

（9）南京：12月4日，恒大耗資21.5億拿下雨花臺區賽虹橋街道鳳凰三組一期地塊，樓面價14033元/㎡，溢價率56.14％。恒大耗資33.6億拿下華飛路1號地塊，樓面價15407.7元/㎡，溢價率79.68％

至此，恒大今年在南京累計耗資55.1億拿下兩幅地塊。

（10）杭州：9月3日，25.95億進入蕭山。位于蕭然東路、呂才莊地塊的21號地塊，被恒大以樓面價10556.5元/㎡競得，溢價率53％.至此，恒大今年在杭州累計耗資25.95億拿下一幅地塊。

高考評卷工作量非常大，要在幾天的時間完成，閱卷的速度可想而知，每份作文必須在60秒內完成。不可能細細地看，只能從審題立意、標題（含小標題）、結構安排（含開頭、結尾，層次扣題點題）、素材（或事例）的運用、字數、書寫等方面評分。

因此，考場作文應注意如下幾個方面：

一、立意要明確，觀點要鮮明。

1、“贊成什么、反對什么”必須明確。

“三明”：中心明確、結構明快、語言明朗

2、思想健康。

（1）不反黨、反社會主義，不反科學、反道德、反《中學生守則》；（2）不犯政治錯誤、情感性錯誤、偏激性錯誤（如社會沒好人、生活沒意思、同情本拉登、高考摧殘人、老師不負責、將愛情進行到底等等）；（3）要積極向上，不能意志消沉。

二、結構合理，題意要點明。

1、開頭簡明，開門見山（盡量在50字內表明題意或觀點）

尊敬的老師們，同學們下午好：

我是來自10級經濟學（2）班的學習委，我叫張盼盼，很榮幸有這次機會和大家一起交流擔任學習委員這一職務的經驗。

轉眼間大學生活已經過了一年多，在這一年多的時間里，我一直擔任著學習委員這一職務。回望這一年多，自己走過的路，留下的或深或淺的足跡，不僅充滿了歡愉，也充滿了淡淡的苦澀。一年多的工作，讓我學到了很多很多，下面將自己的工作經驗和大家一起分享。

學習委員是班上的一個重要職位，在我當初當上它的時候，我就在想一定不要辜負老師及同學們我的信任和支持，一定要把工作做好。要認真負責，態度踏實，要有一定的組織，領導，執行能力，并且做事情要公平，公正，公開，積極落實學校學院的具體工作。作為一名合格的學習委員，要收集學生對老師的意見和老師的教學動態。在很多情況下，老師無法和那么多學生直接打交道，很多老師也無暇顧及那么多的學生，特別是大家剛進入大學，很多人一時還不適應老師的教學模式。學習委員是老師與學生之間溝通的一個橋梁，學習委員要及時地向老師提出同學們的建議和疑問，熟悉老師對學生的基本要求。再次，學習委員在學習上要做好模范帶頭作用，要有優異的成績，當同學們向我提出問題時，基本上給同學一個正確的回復。

總之，在一學年的工作之中，我懂得如何落實各項工作，如何和班委有效地分工合作，如何和同學溝通交流并且提高大家的學習積極性。當然，我的工作還存在著很多不足之處。比日：有的時候得不到同學們的響應，同學們不積極主動支持我的工作；在收集同學們對自己工作意見方面做得不夠，有些事情做錯了，沒有周圍同學的提醒，自己也沒有發覺等等。最嚴重的一次是，我沒有把英語四六級報名的時間，地點通知到位，導致我們班有4名同學錯過報名的時間。這次事使我懂得了做事要腳踏實地，不能馬虎。

在這次的交流會中，我希望大家可以從中吸取一些好的經驗，帶動本班級的學習風氣，同時也相信大家在大學畢業后找到好的工作。謝謝大家！
