A交流機

簡介

將電能轉換成機械能或將機械能轉換成電能的電機是傳動系統中的主要組成部分。從電學、機械學和熱學的角度看，電機具有復雜的結構。雖然一百多年前就開始使用電機，關于電機的研究與開發工作一直在繼續。但是，與電力電子器件和電力電子變換器相比，電機的發展十分緩慢。從傳統觀念上，由恒頻正弦電源供電的交流機一直用于恒速場合，而直流機則用于變速場合。但在最近二、三十年，我們已經看到在變頻、變速交流機傳動技術上取得的研究與開發成果，并且它們正逐步取代直流傳動。

在大多數情況下，新設備都使用交流傳動。

一般可將交流機分類如下：

感應電機：鼠籠或繞線式轉子（雙饋），旋轉或直線運動；

同步電機：旋轉或直線運動，啟動、繞線式激磁（轉子）或永磁磁鐵，徑向或軸向氣隙（圓盤狀），凸磁極或內（隱）磁極，正弦波磁場或梯形波磁場；

變阻抗電機：開關磁阻電機，步進電機。

感應電機

在所有的交流電機中，感應電機，尤其是鼠籠型感應電機，在工業上得到了最廣泛的應用。這些電機價格便宜、結實、可靠，并且從不到一個馬力到數兆瓦容量的電機都可買到。小容量電機一般是單相電機，但多相（三相）電機經常用于變速傳動。

圖1-6A-1給出了一臺理想的三相、兩極感應電機，圖中定子和轉子的每一個相繞組用一個集中線圈來表示。三相繞組在空間上按正弦分布并嵌入在槽里。對繞線式轉子電機而言，轉子繞組與定子繞組類似，但鼠籠式電機的轉子具有鼠籠狀結構，并且有兩個短路環。基本上，感應電機可以看作是一個具有可旋轉并且短路的二次繞組的一臺三相變壓器。定子和轉子的核用層壓鐵磁鋼片制成，電機內的氣隙實際上是均勻的（非凸極結構）。

感應電機的一個最基本的原理是在氣隙中建立旋轉和按正弦分布的磁場。如果忽略槽和由于非理想分布的繞組產生的空間諧波的影響，可以證明，在三相定子繞組中能以三相對稱電源建立一個同步旋轉的旋轉磁場。

旋轉速度由公式(1-6A-1)給出

Ne稱作同步轉速，單位是轉/分，是定子頻率，單位是赫茲。P是電機的極對數。

轉子繞組切割磁場，就會在短路的轉子中產生感應電流。氣隙磁通和轉子磁動勢的相互作用產生轉矩使轉子旋轉。但轉子的轉速低于同步轉速。因此稱它為感應電機或異步電機。為了滿足各種工業應用中對啟動和運行的要求，可從制造廠家得到幾種標準設計的鼠籠電機。最常見的轉矩-速度特性，與國家電氣制造協會的標準一致的，并很容易獲得和定型的設計，如圖1-6A-2所示。這些電機中最有意義的設計變量是轉子籠型電路的有效阻抗。

A類電機這類電機適用于啟動負載低（諸如風扇、泵類負載）以便能快速達到全速，因而避免了啟動過程電機過熱的問題。對大容量電機而言，需要降壓啟動以限制啟動電流。B類電機這類電機是很好的通用電機，有著廣泛的工業應用。它們特別適合對啟動轉矩要求不是特別嚴格的恒速驅動。比如驅動風扇、泵類負載、鼓風機和電動發電機組。C類電機C類電機適合驅動壓縮機、輸送機等等。

D類電機此類電機適合驅動要求迅速加速的間歇性負載和沖床、剪床這樣的高沖擊性負載。在驅動沖擊性負載的情況下，在系統中加一個調速輪。當電機轉速隨負載沖擊有點 下降時，在負載沖擊期間調速輪釋放它的一部分動能。

同步電機

同步電機，正像名字所表示的，一定是像公式(1-6A-1)那樣以同步速度旋轉。對感應電機恒速驅動應用而言，它是一位非常重要的競爭者。

圖1-6A-3給出了一臺理想的三相、兩極繞線式激磁的同步電機。同步電機的定子繞組與感應電機的定子繞組一樣，但同步電機的轉子上有一個繞組，這個繞組通過直流電流，在氣隙中產生磁通，該磁通協助定子感應的旋轉磁場來拉動轉子與它一同旋轉。直流激磁電流由靜態整流器通過滑環和電刷提供給轉子，或由無刷勵磁電源提供。因為轉子總是以同步轉速旋轉，同步旋轉的de-qe軸與轉子的相對位置是不變的，如圖所示，de軸對應N極。在轉子中沒有定子感應的感應電勢，因此轉子的磁動勢僅由激磁繞組提供。這使得電

機在定子側可以任意的功率因數運行，即引前、滯后或同相。從另一角度說，在感應電機中，定子給轉子提供勵磁使得電機功率因數總是滯后。

轉矩產生的原理有點類似于感應電機。如圖所示的同步電機是凸極式同步機，因為轉子周圍的氣隙是不均勻的，不均勻的氣隙在d軸和q軸上造成了不對稱的磁阻。與其(凸極式同步機)對應的另一種電機是有均勻氣隙的圓柱體形轉子結構的電機(與異步機相似)，定義為隱極式同步電機。例如，水電站使用的低速發電機是凸極同步機，而火力發電廠使用的高速發電機是隱極式同步機。除激磁繞組之外，轉子通常有一個阻尼器，或叫阻尼繞組，它就像感應電機中短路的鼠籠棒。同步機更昂貴但效率也高一些。繞線式激磁繞組同步 機通常用于大功率（數兆瓦）驅動。

變阻抗電機

變阻抗或雙阻抗電機，正像名字所表示的那樣，有兩個凸極，這意味著電機的定子和轉子都是凸極結構。如前所述，變阻抗電機有兩種：開關磁阻電機和步進電機

步進電機基本上是一種數字電機，即它根據數字脈沖運動固定的步數或角度。小型步進電機廣泛用于計算機外圍設備。然而，由于步進電機不適合調速應用場合，不再作進一步討論。有關文獻對開關磁阻電機驅動十分關注，最近做了許多工作來使其商品化以參與和感應電機的競爭。圖1-6A-4給出了有四對定子極對數、三對轉子極對數的四相開關磁阻電機的截面圖。電機轉子沒有任何繞組或永磁磁鐵。定子極上有集中繞組（不是正弦分布繞組），每一對定子極繞組，如圖所示，由變換器的一相供電。例如，當轉子極對a-a‘接近定子極對A-A‘時，定子極對A-A’被通電，通過磁拉力產生轉矩，當兩個極對重合時，定子極對A-A'斷電。

這種電機的優點是結構簡單、堅固；也可能它比其它電機要便宜一些。但是，這種電機有轉矩脈動和嚴重的噪聲問題。

感應電機的轉速由電機的同步速和轉差決定。同步速與電源頻率有關，轉差由供給電機

由于大的濾波電容器給逆變器提供了一個剛性的電壓源，且逆變器的輸出電壓不受負載種類的影響，因此，此類逆變器叫做饋電電壓逆變器。通常，相對于假想的直流電源的中心點，逆變器每一橋臂上的每個晶閘管導通180°，在電機的一相產生方波電壓。線電壓可被顯示為如圖所示的六個階梯形電壓波。因為感應電機構成了滯后的功率因數負載，所以逆變器的晶體管需要強制換相。反饋二極管可利用濾波電容器促進負載無功能量的循環，并維持輸出電壓定位

饋電電壓方波傳動裝置通常用于中、小功率的工業場合，其調速比一般不超過10:1。最近，此類傳動裝置在很大程度上已被下一部分將要介紹的PWM傳動裝置所代替。饋電電壓逆變器非常適合多電機驅動，在這種情況下，許多感應電機的速度可得到精確控制。脈寬調制型（PWM）逆變器傳動裝置

在前一部分描述的變壓變頻逆變器傳動裝置中，若使用二極管整流器，則直流鏈接（link）電壓不可控，基頻輸出電壓可利用脈寬調制技術在逆變器中進行控制。利用這種方法，晶閘管在半周期中開合多次，產生低諧波的變壓輸出。

等腰三角形載波波形與正弦波信號比較，得到的交叉點確定變換點。除低頻范圍外，載波與信號同步，載波頻率與信號頻率之比保持為3的偶數倍以改善諧波。通過改變調制指數可改變基頻輸出電壓?？梢?，如果調制指數小于一，那么在輸出中只有與殘留邊帶相關的基頻的載波頻率諧波出現。與方波相比，此種波形產生相當小的諧波溫升和轉矩脈動。隨著調制指數超過1，電壓可一直增加，直到獲得方波波形中的最大電壓。因此，PWM電壓控制適用于恒轉矩區（如圖1-6B-2），然而，在恒功率區，運行等同于方波傳動裝置。

指定諧波消除PWM（selected harmonic elimination）技術最近引起廣泛關注。在這種方法中，換相點由預先確定的方波角度決定，此方波角度允許電壓控制消除被選諧波。也可編程設計換相點角度，以使對于特定負載條件的電流諧波的有效值達到最小。微型計算機特別適合此類PWM，其中角度查詢表存儲在ROM 存儲器中。在PWM乓乓控制方法中，逆變器開關控制的目的是讓電流波被限制在參考波的磁滯帶間，這樣產生的紋波電流小。

盡管電機諧波損耗在PWM傳動裝置中有很大改善，但由于在每半周期存在多次換相，逆變器效率有所降低。在設計完善的PWM 傳動裝置中，應在器件允許的條件下增加換相頻率，以便在逆變器損耗的增加和電機損耗的降低間找到一個合適的平衡點。在前節末尾提出的簡單的、經濟的二極管整流器可減少電網波形畸變和提高功率因數，減小濾波器容量，并提高

系統運行的可靠性。因為直流鏈接電壓相對恒定，所以晶閘管的換相在整個基頻電壓范圍內均令人滿意。

另外，在低頻區，低諧波和最小的轉矩脈動允許大范圍的速度控制，實際上是從電機具有最大轉矩的停止狀態開始。因為直流鏈接電壓不可控，一些獨立控制的逆變器可利用同一個整流器電源運行，這將節省大量的整流器費用。通過接通直流鏈接中的電池，傳動系統可不受交流電源故障的干擾。對于電池或直流供電的傳動系統，例如電車或地鐵的發動機，電源可直接吸收再生發電制動能量。
