初一上學期英語教學計劃
一、指導思想
在新課程理論的指導下,以學校教導處工作計劃為指導,加強課堂教學,高效地完成本學科教學目標。積極參加教科研活動,努力使教學水平、業(yè)務能力有更大的提高。同時,通過傳授與學生生活密切聯(lián)系的英語知識,訓練英語的聽說讀寫能力,培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣和初步運用能力,最終使學生從“學會英語”,向“會用英語”轉(zhuǎn)變。為此,特制定本學期工作計劃如下:

本學期初一英語使用外研版教材,這套教材按教學模塊組織教材,初一上共14個模塊,包括預備篇4個模塊,正式篇10個模塊,還有兩個復習模塊。每個模塊包括三個單元,第一單元以培養(yǎng)學生的聽說能力為主,兼顧讀、寫,并包括詞匯、語法、語音學習活動。第二單元以培養(yǎng)學生的讀、寫能力為主,兼顧聽、說,并包括詞匯、語法學習活動,為學生提供更豐富的語境和語言訓練機會。第四單元是語言練習、鞏固單元,要求學生鞏固、練習本模塊所學語言結構與詞匯及聽、說、讀、寫技能等。
本教材所牽涉的教學內(nèi)容有:自我介紹,討論能力,描述家人,談論最喜愛的東西和日常事務等。本教材所要掌握的語法有1.be 動詞的用法 2.情態(tài)動詞can, would 3.there be 結構 4.have got 的用法

三、教學任務和要求
1、激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣,幫助樹立自信心,養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,發(fā)展自主學習的能力形成有效的策略12、掌握一定的語言基本知識和基本技能,建立初步的語感,開發(fā)智力、培養(yǎng)觀察記憶思維,創(chuàng)造和想象能力。

1.做好中小學的銜接,培養(yǎng)良好的學習習慣
1)培養(yǎng)查字典,使用工具書的習慣;2)培養(yǎng)科學記憶單詞的習慣;3)注重課堂和課下銜接,培養(yǎng)書寫規(guī)范化習慣;4)培養(yǎng)專心聽講,積極思考,大膽參與的習慣;5)提出要求,注意檢查落實,培養(yǎng)學生課前預習,課堂做筆記的好習慣。
2.堅持每周集體備課,發(fā)揮集體智慧,認真鉆研教材,改進教法,創(chuàng)高效課堂。
有交流才有進步和提高。初一英語組教師將珍惜每周備課時間,共同研究教法,經(jīng)常性進行組內(nèi)互聽互評,在不斷提升自身業(yè)務水平的同時,將以往實效性強的工作經(jīng)驗傳授給組內(nèi)教師。針對新教材的特點,備課組全體成員要做到精心備課,吃透教材,根據(jù)每個單元各自特征和學生的實際能力,制定出不同教學設計方案,以此促進學生的積極性,根據(jù)教學內(nèi)容設置的不同,用不同的教學模式進行教學,對每單元的前兩課采取復習導入過渡,對話教學以交際為中心,課文教學以篇章為主,溫故知新,靈活運用。在平時的常規(guī)課堂教學時,力求教學明確目標,突出重點,抓住關鍵點和難點,充分調(diào)動學生的積極性,發(fā)揮學習主動性。
3.注意傳授知識與及時評價相結合,強化反饋,強化落實。在課堂上力求把每節(jié)課的每個知識點,如語音、詞匯、語法講清楚 講透徹。針對有的教師在課堂上講練多次,但學生仍未掌握的情況,要注意及時把知識傳授和評價結合起來,充分利用好課前2分鐘,進行教師檢測與自檢,并及時講評。
4.、大力提高年級口語水平,針對目前初一學生口語較弱的情況,初一備課組將以教材為藍本,選擇與教材主題相關的補充材料,并加以整合和發(fā)展。材料特點:
1)相關性和趣味性。2)實用性和真實性。3)適切性和可理解性。4)挑戰(zhàn)性。即材料中所設計的活動要對學生的思維發(fā)展具有促進作用。這樣,學生接觸的語言材料是生活化的,真實的,使學生保持良好的學習動機和持續(xù)的學習興趣。
再次,有效的運用各種教學策略,保持口語課堂交互活動的生命力。口語課運用多種教學策略,使課堂的交互活動始終處在一種“動態(tài)”、“積極”、“參與”、“合作”、和“成功”的狀態(tài)。用一個月時間進行高密度口語專項訓練。
5.要充分利用現(xiàn)代教育技術,利用計算機和多媒體教學軟件,探索新的教學模式,開發(fā)英語教學資源,拓寬學生學習渠道,改進學生學習方式,提高教學效果。
6.抓好單元過關,及時查漏補缺。
7.做好后進生的工作,提高英語興趣,爭取獲得好成績。
