CEO

CEO（Chief Executive Officer），即首席執行官，是美國人在20世紀60年代進行公司治理結構改革創新時的產物，它的出現在某種意義上代表著將原來董事會手中的一些決策權過渡到經營層手中。

在我國，CEO這個概念最早出現在一些網絡企業中。在那里，CEO往往是自封的，也很少有人去研究這一稱謂對企業到底意味著什么。但是，當“CEO”在中國叫得越來越響的時候，我們應該認識到，高層人員稱謂的改變不是一件小事，設立CEO職位不應僅僅是對時尚的追趕。

CFO(Chief Financial Officer)意指公司首席財政官或財務總監，是現代公司中最重要、最有價值的頂尖管理職位之一，是掌握著企業的神經系統(財務信息)和血液系統(現金資源)靈魂人物。
