實訓目的:通過大量的案例、實例,系統的了解外貿業務活動中各種商務英語的格式與結構、寫作特點、專業術語、常用專業詞匯、相關句型和常見表達方式等,通過實例,能舉一反三,學以致用,從而提高外貿英語水平,熟練掌握外貿業務中常用的英語基本術語、表達技巧與技能。
實訓心得:為期一周的外貿英語實訓,每天的課程夠安排的非常充實,無論是老師還是學生都是按部就班,老師的細心,耐心,專心指導,同學們表現出來的對知識的渴望和積極汲取,師生配合得相當默契,課堂氣氛也相當融洽。

《實訓總結》在這次的外貿實訓課中,我對出口貿易模擬實習“TMTonline”有非常深刻的體會,這是一次非常難得并且很實用的訓練課.給我們就業的道路上鋪上了一個十分牢固的墊基石.下面就讓我談談一下這次的體會吧.我在TMT中學到了書本上學不到的東西!書本上只是用文字敘述,但是TMT是與書本上緊密聯系的一個實用的練習.TMT是一個理論聯系實際的外貿專業軟件,通過這次的訓練讓我感覺到了想要做好外貿工作除了要細心外,更重要的是專業知識.如果專業知識不扎實,那么在練習中就會遇到很多問題,例如:信用證與單證是否一樣,單證與單證之間是否一樣.這些題目都是最難入手的.在TMT中一共有16步,我覺得最有挑戰性的就是報價和審證.但是這2步卻是做外貿工作中最需要耐心的地方.通過這次,我明白到了,只有理論是不行的,要與實操聯系在一起,才可以真正的做好外貿這個行業.雖然TMT這個實訓將要結束,但是我在家時也要把平時自己做過的所有題目都多看多想,把它牢牢記在心里,這對于我們以后從事外貿工作真的很實用,也很重要,學以致用,我一定會把它學好,不讓老師失望的!同時通過這次TMT的進出口業務實訓課的學習,不僅使我對整個制單的程序、步驟、過程有了進一步的了解,還使我認識到在外貿的專業課程的學習中還存在著許多不足之處,如制單過程不夠快,審證時間長等等,因此我會為了讓自己進步而多做練習的!我相信溫故而知新.所以我會更加努力把外貿專業知識學得越來越好的經過一個學期的進出口業務實訓課,我感觸很深。記得剛到大學的時候,選擇外貿與國際結算這個專業,我并不知道外貿到底是怎樣的一個流程,經過大一一年的理論課的學習,總算得到了實踐,也讓我認識了外貿這個專業的具體流程。上這門課,我真的很辛苦,也需要很大的耐心,尤其是英語底子比較薄弱的我來說,更能感覺到上這門課的艱辛。記得剛來大學的時候,老師就說學習這門課英語是很重要的,我剛開始還以為這只不過是隨口說說來嚇唬我們的。可是當我上完進出口業務實訓課的時候,我體會到了英語的重要性,英語雖說只是一個工具,但卻是主流,沒有英語這個工具,實踐起來確實非常的因難。在進出口業務實訓中,幾乎所用的都是英語,英語的單據,英語的書寫。有時候真的很煩,有點開始后悔選擇這個專業了,有時候看得我是頭暈眼花的,特別是當我遇到一些不會做單證的時候或看不懂的時候,有好幾次我都想干脆Copy別人的算了??可是我并沒有這樣做,因為我選擇了這個專業,就要對自己負責,就要認真的學好這門課程。因此,我借助了所有的英語工具,一步一步的獨立做完成這個流程,雖然比較困難,但也還堅持下來了。
經過一年多的學習,我的英語水平也有了很大的提高,現在做起來比剛接觸時熟練多了,我差不多都可以獨立完成一整套流程業務,不管將來找的工作是否和外貿有關聯,我想這門課對我來說也是受益匪淺。通過進出口業務實訓,使我對整個業務的流程有了一個整體和直觀的了解,對英文函電草擬、出口價格核算、交易條件磋商、商務合同簽訂、信用證審核修改、或屋頂藏托運、出口報關投保、出口單據制作、銀行審單結匯等業務有了一定的操作能力。對于印象中最深刻的一個業務是關于“審證”這一步,因為的確,對于前題的幾步的要求一定要有一個清楚的認知,對L/C、B/L及packinglist還有特殊的說明要有一個很清晰的“圖像”轉載自大學生活網http://www.tmdps.cn,請保留此標記,因為在以后的幾步,都要對以上的單據要有一個復核,所以在這方面就等同于做了一個雙重的工作,從“看”到“復核”,這里讓我的對專業的英語述語有了一個更深層的了解。對于審單的細心,這也是我在學習中的一個重點,因為一個金額的差別就有可能導致嚴重的事情出來,因此我們要日常的工作及生活的都要細心而保證“萬無一失”。在與企業的各種業務上的書信來往時,也是一種訓練,因為所有書信的來往都是用英文,因此這也提升了我的英語寫作水平。通過本模擬實習,理解和掌握外貿業務中的流程及其具體的實施。主要是讓我們在模擬的環境下,發布商業信息,尋找客戶,掌握國際貿易中貿易如何利用商務信函建立業務關系,使貿易得以順利進行,能給我們在實際工作中帶來很大的幫助。現在實習雖然結束了,但對我的影響還將持續下去。如果有機會我還是會做制單方面的工作,因為只有更好的掌握專業技能,更能發揮我所學知識。以后我們走向社會才具有競爭力!通過一個學期的進出口業務實訓課的學習,不僅使我對整個制單的程序、步驟、過程有了進一步的了解,還使我認識到在外貿的專業課程的學習中還存在著許多不足之處,如對專業術語不熟悉,制單過程太慢等,我以后會多加練習來改善這些不足。在上實訓課之前,一直自我感覺良好,認為制單是一件很簡單的事而已。沒想到真正上了課以后才覺得自己是多么膚淺和幼稚。這門課老師是采用自主學習的方法,一周上三節課,我們主要是課后自己看書,鉆研,自己動手做。老師講的比較少,一般老師主要講的都是同學們易犯的共性問題。如果遇到不會或不懂的要思考過后才去請教老師。這給我們平時懶惰以及不愿意動腦筋的同學一個思考和學習的好機會,讓我們更自主的學習。這樣不僅提高了我們的學習興趣,還使我們更好的掌握了知識。
在學習過程中,也碰到過許多困難,老師一般鼓勵我們自行解決。比如說我在做“裝箱單”的時候,不知道怎樣找裝船日期,后來去請教老師。老師沒有直接告訴我答案,而是提示我做單要以信用證為基礎,以“單單相符”為原則來填制。我頓時恍然大悟,此后根據老師的指示后就找到了答案。我想這對我們的學習很重要,不論是什么科目,都要弄明白最基本的原理才會有牢固堅實的基礎,以后才不會稀里糊涂的。現在這們課雖然結束了,但對我的影響還將持續下去。如果課余有時間我還是會來做制單練習的,因為只有更好的掌握專業技能,以后我們走向社會才具有競爭力!經過了幾個星期的實訓,從頭到尾的把TMT軟件做了一遍,感覺對這一套實訓流程慢慢從不熟悉到慢慢熟悉。記得老師對我們說,基本上都是全套英文流程時,我心里想,這本身就是不可能完成的任務。記得第一次做的時候,外貿業務實訓課安排在了星期五下午。一個下午連續3節課,泡在電腦房里,有時真的在不知不覺中,一個下午就過去了,走出機房整個腦袋昏昏沉沉的,只是一味的覺得累。當課程結束的時候我的第一反應就是謝天謝地,我終于完成了,盡管完成的心里不是很踏實。經過了單證員的考試后,我第一次感覺到這套軟件原來是有用的,至少考試時很多記憶都是由于先前的練習,才使得我對這單證員的考試有了一些信心。當我再次坐在這部電腦前時,我的心情是很煩躁的,剛開始的時候我只想一味的快點把它做完,混個學分就好了,但是當我把心靜下來的時候,突然覺得應該認真地把這個流程過一遍,也許對于我以后的學習也是有幫助的,于是我認真的把每一步做了一次。感覺先前模糊的東西重新拾了回來,有些以前得過且過的小錯誤也慢慢的糾正了過來,這是才發現自己在做這套業務的時候,最大的缺點就是粗心。總是抱著意思大概懂了就好得心態。其實也從這里引申到自己在別的方面的思考。對于英語信函方面,其實已經沒有以前那么困難了,起碼能獨立的寫完不需要像以前一樣前面必須放著一本書,找相似的,然后基本上就是抄,一些地方改一下就交差了。在這方面的學習我最大的體會就是一個思路。一個如何與別人談判的思路,及談判語言的組織。對于這次的實習,我認為讓我收益最大的地方式老師把答案發給我們,讓我們自己修改。我感覺在修改的過程中,對于信函的寫法有了很大的提高。例如一些專業用語的表達。在學習TMT中,我認為讓我收獲最大的并不是說基本了解了一套或兩套的外貿業務流程,其實我一直認為并不是說做了這一套流程,我以后在這個社會或外貿領域就能懂得了什么。相反,我覺得流程靈活性還是不夠,并且不夠新。也不能反映很多的外貿業務中的新問題。反而是在這套流程的學習過程中,從認為不可能完成的任務到真正獨立完成的過程中,讓我明白,其實并沒有什么是不能克服的,重要的在遇到問題的時候冷靜的思考,思考如何讓把問題解決,而不是一味的頭腦發熱埋怨。
總得來說,TMT讓我認真地思考了,要決心走向外貿行業的話,我應在那些方面提要自己的能力,讓我有了充實自己的方向。通過一個月的時間完成整一套的貿易流程,不僅讓我更加了解到國際貿易,而且再一次熟悉了它的工作流程。讓它能在我的腦海中留下更深的影響,在以后的實際工作中有所幫助。通過國際貿易模擬實習“TMTonline”模擬實習,利用相關軟件,在網絡上建立幾近真實的國際貿易模擬環境,讓我們在其中親身實踐,熟悉外貿業務的流程和慣例,熟練運用交易磋商的各種基本技巧,體會國際貿易中不同當事人的不同地位,面臨的具體工作和互動關系,從而達到理論與實踐相結合的目的。
交易前的準備工作及其建立業務關系→交易磋商(詢盤、報盤、還盤、接受)與簽訂合同→信用證的開證,信用證的審證和改證→辦理貨物運輸和保險→辦理進出口報檢和報關→繕制議付單據、結匯→辦理出口核銷退稅通過不同階段的準備工作到雙方信函洽談,最后到雙方達成協議。每一個步驟都要自己的親歷親為,讓我又一次熟悉運用自己所學的貿易知識,自己做出整套的工作流程。交易前的準備工作及其建立業務關系主要是讓我們在模擬的環境下,發布商業信息,尋找客戶,掌握國際貿易中貿易如何利用商務信函建立業務關系,使貿易得以順利進行。交易磋商(詢盤、報盤、還盤、接受)與簽訂合同主要是使我們通過信函進行交易磋商,掌握商務信函的書寫,以及交易磋商的步驟和遇到意外情況(比如針對客戶對發盤時的一些刁難,如要求降價、交換條件等等)時的應變能力。通過交易磋商,一方的發盤經另一方有效的接受后,合同即告成立。雙方受合同的約束,按照習慣做法,在交易達成后,一般都要簽訂書面合同。信用證的開證,信用證的審證和改主要是使我們以中間人的角色掌握如何開出信用證,審證以及買賣雙方有異議時,根據申請人的意見進行改證辦理貨物運輸和保險主要是要我們掌握如何辦理貨物的運輸和保險手續。辦理進出口報檢和報關主要是要我們掌握如何進行貨物的進出口報驗和報關手續。
主要是要我們掌握貨物裝運后,如何繕制信用證規定的有關單據,如提單、保險單、產地證等,并送交銀行進行結匯。通過本模擬實習,理解和掌握外貿業務中的流程及其具體的實施。主要是讓我們在模擬的環境下,發布商業信息,尋找客戶,掌握國際貿易中貿易如何利用商
務信函建立業務關系,使貿易得以順利進行,能給我們在實際工作中帶來很大的幫助。現在實訓雖然結束了,但對我的影響還將持續下去。如果有機會我還是會做制單方面的工作,因為只有更好的掌握專業技能,更能發揮我所學知識。以后我們走向社會才具有競爭力!
