漢字，確實是人類一絕。其形聲義俱全，信息量遠遠大于拼音文字。漢字又整齊又靈動，特別適宜于表達一種微妙的、詩意的情感。一些普通的字詞，往往聯結著久遠的文化底蘊：例如“中華”“神州”“大地”“海內”“天涯”“芳草”和“知己”……都能使受過中華文化教育的人浮想聯翩，心潮難已，這是靠翻譯稿讀中國文學作品的人所無法體會的。最能體現漢字這些特點的首推中國的古典詩詞，一個中國的孩子，甚至在牙牙學語的時候，就能夠背誦許多古典的詩詞了。______吟“爆竹聲中一歲除”；______吟“清明時節雨紛紛”；______吟“明月幾時有”；______吟“勸君更進一杯酒”；______吟“漫卷詩書喜欲狂”；______吟“大江東去”；激越時吟“憑欄處，瀟瀟雨歇”……古典詩詞已經規定、鑄就了中國人的心理結構。
