1995年設立了第一個駐外辦事處（杭州辦事處）。1996年設立了天津辦事處，上海辦事處。1997年設立了無錫辦事處。

1999年設立了廣東東莞辦事處。企業進行了第三次擴建，廠區面積擴大了五千余平方米。廠房面積3000平方米，生產能力又擴大了五倍。

2000年被中國線纜行業設備用戶監督委員會評為質量信得過產品和定點生產單位。
