[導讀]隨著大學英語四六級考試時間的臨近，很多同學寫信來詢問同樣的一個問題：“我怎樣才能夠在短時間內提高我的寫作水平?”答案其實是否定的。首先我們必須明確：冰凍三尺，非一日之寒;英語學習是一個長期積累的過程，短期的突擊無異于舍本逐末、杯水車薪。然而，這并不意味著我們不能夠通過掌握考試規律來調整我們的臨考狀態、提高我們的應考能力。以下，我想就如何利用應試規律、最大限度地發揮同學們的寫作水平談九點個人的看法。

休息

考試迫在眉睫時，同學們往往容易進入一種臨考狀態。這種狀態比較突出的表現是夜不能寐。尤其是在專業課和全國四六級考試紛至沓來的時候，很多同學更是發揚連續作戰的精神，通宵達旦，頭懸樑、錐刺骨。其實這對于像四六級考試這樣的高強度考試而言是有百害而無一益的。道理很簡單，四六級考試對于一個學生來說，不僅是一次英語水平的綜合測試，也是一種意志力、甚至是體力的考驗。沒有良好的休息作為后盾，考生很難笑到最后。所以，保證充足的睡眠是最基本也是首要的應試技巧。

營養

無庸置疑，營養的攝入在最后關頭也是異常重要的一環。在保證充分睡眠的同時，食物是另一個“工夫在詩外”的客觀因素。尤其是參加四級考試的同學，早餐一定要定時定量，不可或缺。一般來說，類似奶酪蘇這樣的奶制品外加一杯熱牛奶或者熱巧克力已經足以提供整個半天考試所需的熱量，當然，這也因人而異。有些體質虛弱的同學也可以考慮服用一些如西洋參、雞精這樣的營養品。不過，安眠藥等有副作用的藥物一定要慎用，否則過猶不及。心理

古人云，不戰而屈人之兵，很大程度上取決于心理因素。隨著四六級考試改革的深入，會有更多，更新，更難的題目，包括作文題目出現，這樣就要求我們有處驚不變的能力。即使是出現某種沒有預料到的題型，考生也應該及時調整心態、從容不迫地應答。事實上，歷史經驗證明：題目要求越是高，難度越是大，考生的發揮余地也就越大。挑戰和機遇是成正相關的。

評分

知己知彼，百戰不怠。熟悉老師的評分習慣，對于考生正常、甚至是超常發揮自身水平也十分有益。正常情況下，閱卷老師要領會貫徹考試規定的評分原則，依照文章的結構和語言水平進行評分。然而，除此以外，有“兩個基本點”我們也需要給予足夠的重視——閃光點和語法點。在一篇出類拔萃的范文中，我們往往可以看到像提問法、諺語總結法、從句、并列句、理由段公式、理由詞匯、路線句型、插入語、名詞化、和被動語態等等閃光點;而在一篇低分例文中，基本的語言錯誤則多得數不勝數。

審題

磨刀不誤砍柴工。在落筆前花兩三分鐘時間進行構思，既有利于理清行文思路、也避免了差之毫厘、失之千里的遺憾。尤其是在應對圖表類作文時，我們更是要看清圖表，牢牢把握各個數據的變化和相互關系，才能夠下筆。否則張冠李戴，即使文章本身再不同凡響、語驚四座，也只會竹籃打水、甚至起到適得其反的效果。

卷面

對于像作文這樣的主觀題而言，考生與閱卷老師從來就猶如搏弈，無形中彼此互動、相互影響。一個考生可以做的，首先是通過卷面給閱卷老師下意識地傳達個人信息。用筆的顏色(深藍色使人心情放松愉快)、粗細(粗線條給人以安全感)，整齊劃一的格式(段首或一律頂格或一律空兩格)，明了的段落感(每段空一行)，清晰的字數感(一行以十字為宜)，工整的字跡都會給任何閱讀者留下深刻的正面印象，從而使考生先發制人、取得先機。結構

有始有終、首尾照應，是任何一篇好文章的基本標準之一，也是兩大評分原則之一。如果說廣大考生已經給第一段以足夠重視的話，那么是不是大多數考生都意識到了理由段的條理和最后一段的呼應在全文中所具有的不可忽視的地位了呢?其實，要寫好理由段，我們只需要注意表示啟承轉合的銜接詞即可。而要寫好結尾，最好的方法莫過于溫故而知新，回顧

表達

言之無文，行而不遠。語言作為評分原則中的基本要素之一，在四六級作文評分的整個

過程中具有決定性作用。有評分老師甚至斷言：“It is not what you say, it is the way that you say it.”(重要的并不在于考生寫了些什么，而在于考生是怎么表達的。)雖然這種說法本身似乎有失偏頗，可是參加過國際標準化英語考試的同學應該也聽說過那么一句話，叫做：“Give the monkey exactly what he wants.”(給閱卷老師最想要的。)，不是嗎?譬如同樣是描述數據，一些同學拘泥于圖表本身，動輒按部就班地引用圖表上現成的數字和年代，其實這都是圖表作文的忌諱。聰明的同學引而不用，他們常喜歡用倍數、分數、小數、百分比、或者一些動詞(double / triple / quadruple)來表現極端數據，動態數據以及他們的相異之處。

檢查

行百里者半九十。一篇成功的作文少不了反復推敲、一再修改。然而，由于考試時間和條件等諸多因素的限制，考生絕對需要慎重對待作文的檢查和修改。這里，我不得不提考生檢查作文時的三大“通病”，即，數字數、孤芳自賞、和做結構與內容上的修改。我們必須明確：考試作文的潤色和修改只需要達到三個目的即可：1.拼寫正確，看文章中是否有漢字、多余符號、糊亂涂改、劃線、和錯別字;2.搭配正確;和3.語法正確，特別是人稱、時態、和單復數的三“一致”。

魯迅先生說過，世界上本沒有路，走的人多了也就成了路。我們要善于在學習實踐中發現、總結和運用規律，這樣才能夠在復習迎考的過程中事半功倍，百尺竿頭、更進一步。路漫漫其修遠兮，愿以此文拋磚引玉。

第二篇：英語四級考試注意事項

全國大學英語四級考試流程及考生注意事項(2011年12月17日上午9:00-11:10)

為了保證大學英語四級考試安全、順利的進行，請各位考生熟悉以下流程和注意事項：

1、英語四級考試8：45考生進入考場

所有考生一律攜帶身份證、學生證和準考證進入考場。證件不全者，不得參加考試?？忌M入考場后，調試耳機。

2、英語四級考試9：00遲到考生不得入場，監考員發答題卡1和卡2

考生用且只能用黑色字跡簽字筆在答題卡上填寫姓名、準考證號，用2B鉛筆涂黑相應的信息點；暫不填寫答題卡2上試卷代號一欄；考生不得提前答題，否則按違規違紀處理，并報省教育考試院處理。

3、英語四級考試9：10考試正式開始，開始做試題第一部分

5、英語四級考試9：40開始做試題的第二部分

英語四級寫作部分考試結束；考生打開試題冊，開始做試題的第二部分“快速閱讀理解”。

6、英語四級考試9：55收答題卡1(作文與快速閱讀理解)

收卷期間考生不得答題，否則按違規違紀處理，并報省教育考試院處理。

7、英語四級考試10：00聽力考試正式開始。

8、英語四級聽力考試結束后，開始做試題的第四部分

英語四級聽力考試結束后，請立即摘下耳機，否則按違規違紀處理，并報省教育考試院處理；考生開始做試題的第四部分。

9、英語四級11：20考試結束

英語四級考試結束，考生立即停止答題，不離開座位，待監考教師收齊試卷、清點考試材料無誤并同意考生離場后，考生方可退場。

10、考生不得提前退場和交卷

英語四級考試過程中，考生不得提前退場，包括提前交卷，否則按違規違紀處理，并報省教育考試院處理。

11、考生進入考場需攜帶2B鉛筆和黑色簽字筆，不得攜帶其它材料

考生進入考場不得攜帶的材料如書本、紙張、書包、錄音器材、電子記事本和通訊工具（含BP機、對講機和手機等）均不得帶入考場，否則按違規違紀處理，并報省教育考試院處理。

12、本次考試的題型分為六部分，第一部分作文的題目在答題卡1上，其余五部分的題目在試題冊上；考試材料包括：試題冊、答題卡1和答題卡2；考試分A、B卷。

·文具、證件準備

·早餐準備

建議大家在考試當天早餐應吃一些比較清淡的食品。比如：雞蛋、稀飯、面包等等。這樣在長達兩個半小時的考試中會感覺舒服一些，還不會感到饑餓感，使大家在考試中充分發揮出自己的水平。另外，考生可以自帶一瓶白水，放在桌子底下。因為喝飲料會越喝越渴，最后影響做題效率，就不好了。所以白水是不錯的選擇。

·注意事項
