1、邀請外國人來豫簽證申請表；

2、邀請單位營業執照、對外貿易經營者備案登記表

3、被邀請單位商業登記證（受控國家提供）；

4、邀請單位從事經營等活動的文件（如進出口單據、銀行結匯單、海關提單、完稅證明、合同等）；(沒有可不提交）

5、被邀請人護照及來華簽證頁復印件；

6、被邀請人從事行業、工作任職簡歷；（受控國家提供）

7、被邀請人訪華日程；

8、保證書、承諾書；

9、其它所需資料：（近3個月銀行水單，銀行資信，無犯罪記錄，尼日利亞需提供無埃博拉病毒健康證明3頁）

備注：所有申請材料均需加蓋邀請單位公章；申請表、保證書、

承諾書須法人本人簽字或蓋法人印鑒章。
