請(qǐng)假的一般規(guī)定

1、一般的婚假5天，如果是晚婚（男26歲以上，女24歲以上），就再增10天。

2、一般的產(chǎn)假是98天（含節(jié)假日在內(nèi)），男子也有10天看護(hù)假。如果是難產(chǎn)的（剖腹產(chǎn)）再增30天，晚育的增15天，三個(gè)月內(nèi)取獨(dú)生子女證的增35天。

3、未婚生育的罰上月平均工資的2倍，在二個(gè)月內(nèi)補(bǔ)辦手續(xù)的可減免，女老師請(qǐng)長假前一定要查環(huán)。
