口腔類職業技能考核方案

一、考試工作領導小組

領導小組下設考務辦公室，考務辦公室設在教務處。

二、考核時間：6月12日上午（各學校安排詳見附表）

三、考核地點：

遼寧醫藥職業學院醫學技術系（沈陽市蘇家屯區喬松路2號）。

四、考核安排：

1、主考教師由講師以上職稱的教師擔任。每個考場設2名主考教師和2名計分員。

2、開設3個實驗室作為考場，3個考核組分別進行考核，另設3個實驗準備室，分別作為配套項目的考核準備室。

五、考核形式與方法：

（一）考核內容 口腔類考核內容：

1、可摘局部義齒支架制作

①.熟悉彎制卡環的各種器械，初步掌握使用方法。②.掌握三臂卡環的彎制方法 ③.掌握蠟基托的制作方法

2、總義齒的制作

①.了解確定無牙頜患者垂直距離和正中牙合關系的方法 ②.掌握上牙合架方法

③.掌握全口義齒蠟型的制作方法

④.掌握正常牙合全口義齒人工牙排列的基本原則和方法

3、右側上頜第一磨牙雕刻（蠟塊）①.熟練掌握右側上頜第一磨牙解剖形態。②.掌握上頜第一磨牙的正確雕刻方法。

（二）考試流程：候考—抽簽—口試—操作

（三）口試

考生在技術操作之前，由主考教師進行提問，考生當即回答，主考教師根據考生回答的情況，按規定的給分點及相應的給分標準給分。

（四）技術操作

以《關于印發遼寧省2015年中等職業學校畢業生升學招生工作實施辦法的通知》（遼招考委[2015]8號）文件中規定的考核項目和內容為依據，組成操作考題，考生從中隨機抽取進行操作。主考教師根據考生的操作情況，按規定的給分點及

相應的給分標準給分。

（五）時間要求：

每個考生的考核時間規定為90分鐘，超過時間，停止操作。

職業技能考核滿分為100分，主考教師根據考生回答和技術操作所給的分數之和確定該考生職業技能考核的總成績。

沈陽北站和沈陽站下車乘324路汽車到遼寧醫藥職業學院下車。

八、參照遼寧省物價局、遼寧省勞動廳《關于調整職業技能鑒定收費標準的通知》（遼價發[1998]156號）文件，每生收160元職業技能考核費，交通費、食宿費考生自理。

九、注意事項：

1.考生報到時間見附表。

2．考生憑準考證、身份證報到，交納職業技能考核費后參加技能考核。

3．考生進入考場前在指定的候考教室等候。

4．以抽簽形式確定考核項目，考生不得隨意更換所抽定的考核項目，否則取消考試資格。

5．考生不得將書及其它與考核有關的資料帶入考場。

6．嚴禁考生攜帶手機、BP機、快譯通、手提電腦等電子設備進入考場。凡是在考試過程中一經發現，一律按作弊論處。
