1.教材分析:

三.所教班級學生基本情況分析:

本學期所授課班級是初一(15)和初一(16)班。兩個班級的學生雖大部分已在小學階段學過英語,但由于學生對于英語科重視程度的不同,導致班級英語水平兩極分化嚴重。兩個班級的英語水平很不平衡,給日常教學帶來諸多的不便,提高了教學難度。學生對于英語學習并不認真,成績并不理想,書寫也較差,同時也增加了批改作業(yè)的繁瑣度。所以,要改變以上種種情況,除了抓好課堂紀律外,還要對他們進行思想教育,使他們認識到學習的重要性之外,亦要想方設法上好每一節(jié)課。

學生在情感態(tài)度,學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數(shù)同學沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結語言規(guī)律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。

四、本學期我將采用的教育教學方法:

英語的教育教學方法很多,但是卻無法找到一種適合每一個學生的方法,特別是對于班級教學來說更是如此。針對我所教的班級,本學期我打算用下列一些方法來對他們進行教育教學:

1、用英語教英語(Teach English in English);

英語畢竟是一門語言,訓練的是學生的聽、說、讀、寫、譯的綜合能力,在教學的過程中需要對學生的聽、說、讀、寫、譯的能力進行很多的訓練,這就要求我們用英語來教英語,在課堂上對學生進行各種能力的訓練。

2、用英語想英語(Think English in English);用英語想,也就是用英語思考。學英語而不用英語思考,一定學不好。用英語思考就是在用英語進行表達和理解時,沒有本族語思考的介入,或者說本族語 思考的介入被壓縮到了極不明顯的程度。這是真正流利、熟練的境界和標志。

3、背誦和多種練習結合

實事求是的說,大量背誦課文與大量多種練習的結合,乃是對于一切各不相同條件下的英語教學的普遍有效的方法。

4、針對不同的教學內容采用不同的教學方法;

英語的內容較多,包括語音、詞匯、語法、交際等等內容,如果對每一項內 容都采用同樣的方法來進行教育教學,那么即使是再好的學生也不可能學好,再 好的教師也不可能教好。因而,針對不同的內容采用不同的教學方法不可違背。

五、本學期提高教育教學質量的方法:

1、體現(xiàn)學生的主體地位,發(fā)揮教師的指導作用。充分發(fā)揮學生的主動性和積極性,激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,幫助學生摸索適合自己的學習方法,了解和掌握記憶規(guī)律,養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,培養(yǎng)學生自主學習的能力。

2、突出語言的實踐性,注重培養(yǎng)學生綜合運用英語的能力。

3、盡量使用英語,適當使用母語。

4、根據(jù)教學內容,進行教學創(chuàng)新,嘗試不同的教學方式,激發(fā)學生的學習欲望。

5、語言點講解要做到精講多練,舉一反三,使學生理解準確、深刻、透徹。

6、擴大學生的課外閱讀量,一是增強語感,二是循序漸進,逐漸提高閱讀理解能力。

7、加強書面表達訓練,每一單元結合內容布置相應的書面表達練習,擇優(yōu)選讀,講解技巧,使學生逐漸找到英語寫作的竅門。

9、實行分層次教學,合理利用課外資料,重點題要重點練習、重點講解,做到主次分明,講求實效。分層次輔導,分層次練習,分層次要求,使不同程度的學生都能有所提高。

六、本學期將進行的復習和試題訓練:

本學期的時間雖然較緊,但是我打算在一月初進入復習階段,在最后的幾個星期里,我將從課本入手,以課本為基礎整理本學期所學的知識點,在整理的基礎上進行歸納和總結,盡量讓學生理解本學期所學的內容,讓學生做到心中有數(shù)。

四、區(qū)別has/have與am/is/are的用法: has/have表示“有”,即“某人有某物”,am/is/are表示“是”即“…是…”

五、有實義動詞的一般現(xiàn)在時態(tài)的用法:動詞原形和動詞第三人稱單數(shù)形式
