機場接機服務的程序與標準
1.準備工作
(1)定時從預訂處取得需要接站的客人的名單(ExpectedArrivalList,EAL);
(2)掌握客人姓名、航班(車次)、到達時間、車輛要求及接待規格等情況;
(3)根據預定的航班、車次或船次時間提前做好接站準備,寫好接站告示牌,安排好車輛,整理好儀容儀表,提前半小時至一小時到站等候;
(4)備好接機牌,正面刻有飯店的中、英文名稱,反面是客人的姓名,牌子手把的長度在0.5米左右
2.到達機場迎接客人
(1)注意客人所乘航班、車(船)次到達站時間的變動,若有延誤或取消,應及時準確通知飯店總臺;
(2)站立在顯眼位置舉牌等候、主動問好、介紹自己、代表飯店歡迎客人;
(3)根據羽抵店客人名單予以確認;
(4)幫助客人搬運行李并確認行李數件,掛號行李牌,引領客人前往接站車前
3.送客人上車
(1)開車前10分鐘應將客人送到開車地點,引導客人上車,協助客人將行李裝上車;
(2)向客人道別,開車時站在車右方2米左右,微笑著揮手向客人道別;
(3)如果需要隨車同行,在行車途中,可以根據具體情況,或簡要介紹飯店的服務項目和城市風貌,或陪同客人聊天,或放音樂讓客人自便;
(4)將客人接到飯店后,引領客人到總臺辦理入住手續,并詢問客人是否需要提供離店服務,VIP客人到店后,請房務聯系經理或大堂副理為客人辦理入住手續

1.店門恭候
(1)準確掌握VIP客人和其他需送站客人的鋰電時間;
(2)確認所乘交通工具的航班(車次)和離站時間;
(3)主動安排好車輛,提前10分鐘在飯店門口恭候客人
2.在路途中
(1)主動征求客人的意見
(2)陪同客人聊天,或放音樂讓客人自便
3.機場送別
按時將客人送到機場、車站或碼頭、主動熱情地向客人道別,并祝客人一路平安,使客人有親戚感、惜別感
爭取未預定客人的程序與標準
3.傾聽回答
(1)熱情、耐心的回答每一位客人的咨詢
(2)認真傾聽客人要求,恰當的提出建議供客人參考和選擇;
(3)根據客人年齡、職業、身份等特點有針對性的介紹和推銷飯店服務產品特色
4.辦理手續
(1)及時、迅速的辦理預定手續
(2)安排車輛,主動扶老攜幼、提拿行李,引領客人上車,并通知飯店總臺做好接待準備
