小學英語六年級工作總結(jié)

本學期我擔任六年級的英語教學工作，我對教學工作不敢怠慢，認真學習，深入研究教法，虛心向同行學習。經(jīng)過一個學期的努力，獲得了很多寶貴的教學經(jīng)驗。以下是我在本學期的教學總結(jié)：

本學期我認真?zhèn)湔n，認真閱讀各種教科參考書，全面深入了解學生，結(jié)合自己的教學經(jīng)驗與學生的學習情況，認真編寫教案，并不斷地加以修改完善。在課堂教學中，我充分利用身邊資源，為學生創(chuàng)設真實的交際情境，注重學生學習興趣的激發(fā)和學習方法的培養(yǎng)，適時鼓勵，分層教學，讓所有學生都能跳一跳摘到蘋果，品嘗成功的喜悅。每節(jié)課后都認真反思，不斷改進教學方法和手段，提高課堂效率。

因此，了解和分析學生情況，有針對地教。對教學成功與否至關重要。教學中，備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和積極性，曾有一位前輩對我說：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費心機?！蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性，因此，每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上，認認真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實證明是值得的。備課充分，能調(diào)動學生的積極性，上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力，因為學生在課堂上的一舉一動都會直接影響課堂教學。因此上課一定要設法令學生投入，不讓其分心這就很講究方法了。上課內(nèi)容豐富、現(xiàn)實。教態(tài)自然、講課生動，難易適中照顧全部就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學生感到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍。回看自己的授課，我感到有點愧疚。因為有時我并不能很好地做到這點。當學生在課堂上無心自學，違反紀律時，我的情緒就受到影響，并且把這帶到教學中，讓原本正常的講課受到?jīng)_擊，發(fā)揮不到應有的水平，以致影響教學效果。我以后必須努力克服，研究方法，采取有力方法解決當中困難。

因為英語的特殊情況，學生在不斷學習中，會出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象，差生面擴大，會嚴重影響班內(nèi)的學習風氣。因此，絕對不能忽視。為此，我制定了具體的計劃和目標。對這部分同學進行有計劃的輔導。

There is a TV in the classcroom.The ruler is long.八個單元。在教學中我認真?zhèn)湔n，做到既備教材，又備學生，因材施教，努力實施課堂改革，積極探索小學英語快樂課堂，高效課堂，激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣，讓他們樹立學習英語的自信心，同時培養(yǎng)學生一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)基礎，為進一步學習下基礎。在英語課堂教學中，怎樣創(chuàng)設良好的學習氛圍、激發(fā)學生的興趣是搞好小學英語教學的重要一環(huán)。下面結(jié)合本學期教學實踐總結(jié)一下教學情況如下：

一、認真?zhèn)湔n、面向全體授課在教學中，認真?zhèn)湔n，認真閱讀各種教科參考書，認真編寫好教案制定好教學計劃，根據(jù)學生的實際學習情況和向其他教師取得的經(jīng)驗，不斷地加以改善修改；在傳授學生知識時，不厭其煩，耐心教導學生，還耐心地輔導學生復習遺漏知識；在傳授學生知識的同時，他們進行思想教育，教育優(yōu)生幫助后進生。

二、在課堂教學中，認真授課，運用實物教具、簡筆畫，情景教學、手勢語言等方法來啟發(fā)、教育學生。教學生做游戲、唱英語歌等來激發(fā)學生的學習興趣。鼓勵學生大膽質(zhì)疑，注重師生互動、生生互動的教學，充分調(diào)動學的學習積極性。學生有疑難和不懂讀的地方，我總是不厭其煩地講解、分析、帶讀，力爭讓他們學了就懂，懂了會用。

三、培養(yǎng)學生的“興趣”，在教學中要盡量使用英語，適當利用母語；利用直觀教具、動作、表情和玩游戲等方法吸引學生，讓學生樂于學習。而且，教學中必須做到讓學生明白，會用，反復練習句型和單詞，提高水平，進行生動活潑的開放式的課堂教學，學生從愉快的情景中學到知識，從而提高學生對英語科的學習興趣，提高了教學效果。所以在課堂教學中要特別注意學生的興趣的培養(yǎng)。

四、英語的學習是狠抓句型及單詞，因此，每天早上要求學生抽出一定時間開口讀英語，鍛煉口語能力，熟悉課文。在班級選出讀音規(guī)范的科代表，由教師指導培養(yǎng)好科代表。而且教師經(jīng)常巡視和抽測，使學生不知不覺鞏固所學習的單詞；要求每節(jié)課前學生聽寫十個單詞，必須做到完全正確。既要學習新知識，又要鞏固舊知識，得到兩面照顧，不能松懈。保證所學的單詞的正確記憶，為對話練習及書寫打下基礎，保證單詞的正確性，提高聽力的準確性。除抓句型及單詞外，還要為學生區(qū)分易混、易錯的地方，使學生心中有數(shù)，提高叛斷應變能力。

第二、在批改作業(yè)方面。學生的作業(yè)總是按時及時地批改，并詳細地做好批注，對普遍性錯誤，在全班重復講解、分析。針對個別學的作業(yè)還采取面批方法，一一地分析講解、幫助學生解決疑難習題，提高了教學質(zhì)量。

第三、在聽力方面。為提高學生的聽力水平，常讓學生聽英語歌曲及英語會話的錄音磁帶，還讓學生表演對話，背書。

三、自身的學習

鑒于自己在小學英語教學方面沒有經(jīng)驗，我抓緊一切機會向其他老師學習，用心收集有助于小學英語課堂教學的各種游戲、活動。同時多聽錄音磁帶，讓自己的語音和語調(diào)標準。以上是我這學期在小學英語教學方面取得的成績和經(jīng)驗，但也存在較多的不足，如課堂操作欠靈活，多媒體操作不熟練，尤其是后進生工作，由于客觀原因，做的不夠，以致于成績不理想。

總之，由于本人缺少小學英語教學經(jīng)驗和對學生的實際學習情況不了解學生本學期的成績不理想，在今后的教學工作中，我會努力填補自己在教學工作中不足，也會不恥下問，向其他老師學習，爭取邁上一個新臺階。
