論文答辯工作以及成績(jī)計(jì)算
1、成立若干答辯小組,每個(gè)答辯小組應(yīng)至少由3位教師組成,其中1人為組長(zhǎng),負(fù)責(zé)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))答辯的具體組織工作,并由學(xué)院指派1名秘書(shū)負(fù)責(zé)記錄工作。答辯結(jié)束后,答辯小組對(duì)學(xué)生的畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))及答辯情況等寫(xiě)出評(píng)語(yǔ)、確定成績(jī)。答辯工作完成后,教務(wù)處將聘請(qǐng)有關(guān)專(zhuān)家、老師(或寄送外校)對(duì)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))進(jìn)行抽查和復(fù)評(píng)(抽查面約10%),并以適當(dāng)形式公布抽查和復(fù)評(píng)結(jié)果。
2、畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))指導(dǎo)教師應(yīng)按教務(wù)處時(shí)間要求交學(xué)生的畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))、指導(dǎo)教師的評(píng)閱意見(jiàn)及評(píng)分,由教務(wù)將這些資料轉(zhuǎn)交給答辯組。答辯組長(zhǎng)指定一位老師作為評(píng)閱教師,填寫(xiě)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))評(píng)語(yǔ)的“評(píng)閱教師評(píng)語(yǔ)”部分。參與畢業(yè)論文評(píng)閱的2名老師成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定相差在15分(不含)以上的畢業(yè)論文不得進(jìn)入答辯階段;參與畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)閱的兩名老師成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定的平均分不及格者不得進(jìn)入答辯階段。
3、答辯小組成員應(yīng)按照答辯小組組長(zhǎng)的安排交叉評(píng)閱本小組能夠進(jìn)入答辯階段的學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)),根據(jù)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))要件、結(jié)構(gòu)、論點(diǎn)、論據(jù)、見(jiàn)解以及是否有抄襲等情況,提出評(píng)閱意見(jiàn)和成績(jī)建議。
4、答辯小組根據(jù)學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))所討論的主題,擬出若干質(zhì)疑問(wèn)題,以即席回答或準(zhǔn)備回答的方式讓學(xué)生選擇回答,每個(gè)學(xué)生的整個(gè)答辯過(guò)程控制在20-30分鐘以?xún)?nèi)。5.答辯的程序?yàn)椋?/p>

(1)自己選擇這個(gè)題目的原因;
(2)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施的簡(jiǎn)單過(guò)程(如,商務(wù)方向:采用什么方法來(lái)搜集信息、資料等);
(3)自己論文的主要內(nèi)容(不要念論文,最好用4、5句話簡(jiǎn)單介紹論文內(nèi)容,如,商務(wù)方向:做了哪些調(diào)查,得出什么結(jié)論,計(jì)劃如何實(shí)施項(xiàng)目);

3、最好準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)文字并熟記(答辯時(shí)要脫稿陳述,但是可以看PPT文件)。
4、語(yǔ)言最好簡(jiǎn)單清楚,不要直接用論文中內(nèi)容,應(yīng)該用解釋性的句式,如:When I was designing the lessons, I found that….二、回答老師問(wèn)題(老師用英語(yǔ)提問(wèn),學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)回答):
1、大約有6-8個(gè)問(wèn)題,時(shí)間將持續(xù)10-15分鐘。
2、首先要聽(tīng)清楚問(wèn)題,如果沒(méi)有聽(tīng)清,可以要求老師重復(fù)問(wèn)題(可以說(shuō)pardon之類(lèi)的話)。
3、回答時(shí)首先要態(tài)度好,要切題,而且不要保持沉默,不會(huì)時(shí)可以表示抱歉。

三、Powerpoint文件內(nèi)容(英文):
1、不要太多內(nèi)容,最好在5-10個(gè)幻燈片。
2、字號(hào)最好是:封面標(biāo)題44-50;各頁(yè)標(biāo)題40-44,正文24-32。
3、內(nèi)容最好是提綱式的,不要用長(zhǎng)句,也最好不用單詞,可以用簡(jiǎn)單句子或短語(yǔ)。
