大賽決賽的通知

各縣（市、區(qū)）教育局（文教體局）、市直各學(xué)校：

經(jīng)過專家評委的認真評選，參加市級班主任基本功大賽決賽的教師名單已經(jīng)確定（見公開郵箱），現(xiàn)將市級決賽有關(guān)事宜通知如下：

一、決賽時間、地點 時間：2013年3月23日 地點：邯鄲市廣泰中學(xué)

二、決賽活動安排

1、召開領(lǐng)隊預(yù)備會

各縣（市、區(qū)）和學(xué)校要選派一名領(lǐng)隊負責(zé)本次比賽活動。各領(lǐng)隊于2013年3月22日上午9:00在邯鄲市教育局西四樓會議室參加班主任基本功大賽預(yù)備會，會議內(nèi)容：

① 填寫領(lǐng)隊信息、核實參賽教師情況； ② 了解比賽流程；

③ 交納材料：參賽教師教育故事演講稿（一份）及電子稿、才藝比賽項目音樂（u盤），文件需注明組別、單位和姓名；

④ 抽簽決定比賽順序。

2、決賽時間安排

報到：2013年3月23日上午7：30；

比賽：上午8:00-12:00，下午2:00-6:00。

3、評委點評

全部四項比賽完成后，安排評委點評活動，要求領(lǐng)隊和所有比賽教師參加。

三、其他要求

1、各單位和學(xué)校要將此通知及時告知每位參賽教師，保證按時參加比賽。

2、預(yù)備會和比賽當天要求各縣（市、區(qū)）和學(xué)校領(lǐng)隊觀摩比賽。

3、各領(lǐng)隊和參賽教師交通、食宿等費用由所在單位負擔(dān)。

第四屆機械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計大賽決賽通知

機械工程學(xué)院

為了培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計意識、綜合設(shè)計能力、動手能力與團隊協(xié)作精神，提高學(xué)生針對實際需求通過創(chuàng)新思維進行機械設(shè)計和工藝制作等實際工作能力，吸引、鼓勵廣大學(xué)生踴躍參加課外科技活動，為優(yōu)秀人才脫穎而出創(chuàng)造條件，并為2013年遼寧省大學(xué)生機械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計大賽做好準備，第四屆大學(xué)生機械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計大賽決賽答辯會即將于在2012年12月19日，上午9:00在四A202舉行。

從下發(fā)比賽通知到提交作品經(jīng)過了長達11周的時間，本次比賽總共收取報名作品69件，參賽學(xué)生人數(shù)達到210人，參賽學(xué)院主要包括了機械學(xué)院、教育實驗學(xué)院、石工學(xué)院，作品數(shù)創(chuàng)歷年之最。

比賽過程中，競賽方式必須采用PPT演示，并結(jié)合圖片、視頻播放等方式進行，團隊成員就“作品選題的目的及意義、作品的結(jié)構(gòu)原理、創(chuàng)新點、可制作性以及預(yù)計制作成本”等方面進行闡述，時間為5-8分鐘，專家提問時間為5分鐘。本次決賽由大學(xué)生機械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計競賽組委會聘請專家組成立本屆競賽的評審委員會。評審委員會本著“公平、公正、公開、科學(xué)、規(guī)范”的原則，通過設(shè)計資料審閱、現(xiàn)場答辯等程序，從參賽的選題、方案的設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等方面，對作品的合理性、創(chuàng)新性、實用性、先進技術(shù)的應(yīng)用以及參賽隊員的答辯等進行評審，確定優(yōu)秀作品獎的歸屬。

熱烈歡迎全校同學(xué)參加本次答辯會，熱烈歡迎學(xué)校各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)蒞臨指導(dǎo)。

一、活動背景：

為貫徹落實大愛精神，踐行大愛理念，激發(fā)大學(xué)生的志愿服務(wù)熱情，推動和諧校園文化建設(shè)，為黨的十八大召開奏響凱歌，我院青年志愿者協(xié)會開展第四屆志愿者風(fēng)采展示大賽，為志愿者提供彰顯志愿魅力，展現(xiàn)青春風(fēng)采的舞臺。

二、活動目的：

1、活躍校園氣氛，貫徹大愛精神，豐富大學(xué)生的業(yè)余生活，同時也更好的普及和推廣志愿者理念，賦予其更多的內(nèi)涵

2、激發(fā)大學(xué)生的志愿服務(wù)熱情，推動和諧校園建設(shè)，以此彰顯志愿者魅力，展現(xiàn)志愿者青春風(fēng)采。

九、活動安排：

1、賽制安排：

決賽由復(fù)賽勝出的六個代表系決出一二三等，其中一等獎一名，二等獎兩名，三等獎三名。

2、比賽內(nèi)容：

各隊可用PPT等展示自己隊伍的基本情況及進行才藝展示節(jié)目內(nèi)容必須與志愿者活動相關(guān)，以展現(xiàn)本團隊風(fēng)采為主題；節(jié)目形式不限，可以為詩歌朗誦、團隊合唱、歌唱、舞蹈、小品、話劇、走秀等等。還有趣味問答環(huán)節(jié)。

（1）各參賽隊在賽前派出一名代表隊員抽簽決定上場順序以及題庫編號。

（2）團隊介紹

參賽各參賽隊派出隊員介紹自己志愿者團隊的基本情況，內(nèi)容包括團隊宗旨，團隊理念，團隊口號，團隊人員組成，團隊的特色活動等。

各參賽隊也可準備1個小節(jié)目進行表演，節(jié)目內(nèi)容必須與志愿者活動相關(guān)，以展現(xiàn)本團隊風(fēng)采為主題；節(jié)目形式不限，可以為詩歌朗誦、團隊合唱、歌唱、舞蹈、小品、話劇、走秀等等。

（3）項目展示

參賽隊須用DV、PPT、FLASH或者電子雜志的形式展示自己的服務(wù)項目，配合現(xiàn)場講解，其內(nèi)容必須與志愿服務(wù)項目有關(guān)，可介紹某次活動的整個過程，也可介紹其中某一個環(huán)節(jié)；要求主題鮮明，內(nèi)容深刻，感情真摯；時間不超過15分鐘。本環(huán)節(jié)將由現(xiàn)場嘉賓評分。

（注意將以上環(huán)節(jié)的總時間控制在15分鐘以內(nèi)）

（4）趣味答辯

主持人從各組在比賽前所選的套題中對參賽隊伍進行提問，并由小組推選一人作為代表回答套題中的問題。

3、評分標準

（1）團隊介紹(15分)

團隊服飾大方、自然、得體，舉止從容、端正，風(fēng)度瀟灑，精神飽滿，態(tài)度親切。

團隊介紹普通話標準，口齒清晰，語音純正，能夠脫稿演講，結(jié)構(gòu)合理、層次分明，能夠較為全面詳細介紹本參賽團隊；

多媒體制作富有感染力，視覺效果具有沖擊感，音樂優(yōu)美，整體流暢。表演節(jié)目內(nèi)容演形式有創(chuàng)新，生動形象。

（2）項目展示(30分)

項目主題明確、深刻，符合“貫徹大愛精神，弘揚志愿魅力”這一主題。材料真實、典型、新穎，內(nèi)容充實，展現(xiàn)真實實踐活動。

結(jié)構(gòu)完整合理、層次分明，論點、論據(jù)具有邏輯性；構(gòu)思巧妙，引人入勝。解說口齒清晰，語音純正，發(fā)音標準。語速恰當，表達自然流暢，節(jié)奏張弛符合思想感情的起伏變化，具有感染力。

演講熟練，能夠脫稿演講。所選的解說內(nèi)容對大家有很大的感染力、共鳴力。

（3）趣味答辯（15分）

參賽隊選出1人代表作答，每套共5題，4道客觀題，每題五分；1道主觀題，十分。客觀題答錯無分，主觀題主持人根據(jù)答案酌情給分，有隊友提示者按答錯處理。

旅客似乎是十分輕松的人，實際上卻相當辛苦。旅客不用上班，卻必須受時間的約束；愛做什么就做什么，卻必須受錢包的限制；愛去哪里就去哪里，卻必須把幾件行李蝸牛殼一般帶在身上。旅客最可怕的惡夢，是錢和證件一起遺失，淪為來歷不明的乞丐。旅客最難把握的東西，便是氣候。

我現(xiàn)在就是這樣的旅客。從西班牙南端一直旅行到英國的北端，我經(jīng)歷了各樣的氣候，已經(jīng)到了寒暑不侵的境界。此刻我正坐在中世紀古堡改裝的旅館里，為讀者寫稿，剛剛黎明，濕灰灰的云下是蘇格蘭中部荒莽的林木，林外是隱隱的青山。曉寒襲人，我坐在厚達尺許的石墻里，穿了一件毛衣。如果要走下回旋長梯像走下古堡之腸，去坡下的野徑漫步尋幽，還得披上一件夠厚的外套。

從臺灣的定義講來，西歐幾乎沒有夏天。晝蟬夜蛙，汗流浹背，是臺灣的夏天。在西歐的大城，例如巴黎和倫敦，七月中旬走在陽光下，只覺得溫曖舒適，并不出汗。西歐的旅館和汽車，例皆不備冷氣，因為就算天熱，也是幾天就過去了，值不得為避暑費事。我在西班牙、法國、英國各地租車長途旅行，其車均無冷氣，只能扇風(fēng)。

巴黎的所謂夏天，像是臺北的深夜，早晚上街，涼風(fēng)襲時，一件毛衣還不足御寒。如果你走到塞納河邊，風(fēng)力加上水氣，更需要一件風(fēng)衣才行。下午日暖，單衣便夠，可是一走到樓影或樹蔭里，便嫌單衣太薄。地面如此，地下卻又不同。巴黎的地車比紐約、倫敦、馬德里的都好，卻相當悶熱，令人穿不住毛衣。所以地上地下，穿穿脫脫，也頗麻煩。

一、英譯漢

到了栽種球莖植物的時候了。我卻是能拖則拖，因為栽種球莖得在園籬處騰出空間，而此時籬上仍開著朵朵鮮花。把一年生植物強行拔起，掐死造化恩賜的紫絳、橘黃和淺紅這一片爛漫，阻斷自然界的最后歡聲，簡直無異于謀殺。所以我要等待第一個霜降之夜，等待花瓣全部沾上一層冷冽的霜晶，蒙無知覺中自行凋零，和婉地壽終正寢。我在園中徜徉，拿不定主意，只求留住殘夏的最后幾天。

樹葉猶盛，光鮮可人。白樺婆娑輕搖，一片片金色的葉子飄飄落地，有如一溜不絕如縷的慶典彩紙。11月行將降臨，帶來秋的凄風(fēng)苦雨和鉛灰色陰云，像浸水的抹布一樣壓在你的頭頂。但愿眼下的好天氣會持續(xù)下去，我這樣想，一邊注視著樹木在綠油油的草地上投下的幢幢詭譎黑影，還有倦慵地甩動尾巴的牛群。一片靜謐，惟有紫苑、大麗菊、向日葵和玫瑰的濃艷色彩似在撕裂四下的沉寂。

清晨時分，天氣凜冽，到了夜晚，你打起了哆嗦，躺在床上雙腳冰涼。但在正午時分，陽光撥開云層，將霧靄化作蒸氣，在草地上升騰。蝴蝶和黃蜂開始出沒，蛛網(wǎng)猶如絲帶，掛在窗前閃出銀光。樹梢上和灌木叢里凝結(jié)了整整一年的辛勞，漿果、毛栗、板栗和橡實等著收獲歸倉。

九月午后，恬靜安然，湖東沙灘，平坦柔滑，我輕輕駐足。水面薄霧縈繞，模糊了彼岸線。此時，“湖面如鏡”，油然而生。回頭窺望，湖面仿似一席薄紗，輕盈剔透，鋪展谷間，映襯著遠方松林，閃閃發(fā)光，恍似隔開了大氣的一層和另一層。此時，你不禁遐思：自己從底而過，卻身裳不沾，順達對面山腳;你不禁遐想：燕子掠過，棲停于上，卻事與現(xiàn)違，往往欲俯沖直下，疑是偶犯的錯誤，繼而恍然大悟，重馳藍空。循西望湖，你不得不伸手護眼，一方面擋住直射的陽光，一方面擋住湖面反射的陽光，只因二者亮度相當。此時，若仍能審慎判斷出湖面，就正應(yīng)了那句話---“波平如鏡”。陽光照耀下，時而有些許掠水蟲，點觸水面，折射出妙不可言的粼粼波光，繼而錯間均勻地散憩湖面。時而有水鴨梳理翎毛，時而如上所言，燕子低掠而過，觸碰湖面。時而遠處有魚躍出水面，攜出一道銀光，騰空勾勒出三四英尺的弧線后，轉(zhuǎn)而躥回水里，攜入另一道銀光。有時整道弧光銀星爍爍，完美呈現(xiàn)。時而薊草漂浮水上，魚兒朝之一躍，激起片片漣漪。

又到了栽種球莖植物的時候了，可是我盡量往后拖延，因為栽種球莖就意味著要把四周空出來，而那里正開著五顏六色的野花，紫的、橘黃的、粉的，這是大自然最后的歡笑。現(xiàn)在要把它們強行拔起，簡直無異于謀殺。于是我等到了第一個霜降之夜，等待她們被冷冽的寒霜催眠了，一一凋謝，安寧地死去。我在花園里徘徊，猶豫不決，試圖抓住這夏末的尾巴。

樹葉繁茂，蔚為大觀，白樺金黃的枝葉簌簌作響，聲音輕柔，翩然墜落，仿若慶典彩帶，令人目不暇接。十一月快來了，那時，秋日的暴雨和沉郁的烏云就像濕淋淋的毯子一樣懸在你的頭頂。我想，但愿一直是這樣的好天氣吧，我凝視著大樹在綠油油的草地上投下的巨大而神秘的陰影，還有慵懶地搖著尾巴的牛群，一切都那么安詳，只有紫苑、大麗菊、向日葵和玫瑰的濃烈色彩似在撕裂這片靜謐。

曉寒襲人。到了夜晚，你冷得發(fā)抖，睡在床上，雙腳冰涼。但在正午時分，太陽撥開云層，蒸發(fā)了草地上的晨露，蝴蝶和黃蜂在翩翩起舞，窗前的蛛網(wǎng)閃閃發(fā)光，猶如銀色的絲帶。一年的辛勞垂掛于樹梢林中，漿果、櫸子、板栗和橡子也碩果累累。

她繞膝身邊的日子不多了，已經(jīng)在學(xué)校給她定好了名額。她拿著自己的小桶子和小鏟子，愉悅無比，無憂無慮地在園子里跑來跑去，將球莖埋入土中時，一遍遍地念唱著 “晚安，晚安”, 或是 “睡個好覺”。她還發(fā)現(xiàn)了 “寶寶球莖”，“娃娃球莖”和“爸爸媽媽球莖”(爸爸媽媽球莖緊緊地偎依在一起)。我們各自忙乎著，我仔細地觀察我的孩子，她還是個小不點，剛告別奶瓶開始蹣跚學(xué)步，小肚子圓圓的。

女兒童年中的每個秋季，我們都會一起種下球莖植物，這似乎成了每年固定不變的儀式。每年秋天，我親眼目睹她的變化，從學(xué)步毛孩長大成女學(xué)生，再長成了一個性情率真的現(xiàn)實者，滿懷抱負。她從不把手插在口袋里做白日夢了，不再沉醉在幻想中自得其樂了。從前的女學(xué)生長著修長的雙腿，下頜的輪廓也變了，還剪了短發(fā)。又到了秋季了，我心里想著：“別了，玫瑰；別了，蝴蝶；別了，女學(xué)生。”我們一邊費勁地在地里掘著洞，一邊分享著她的故事，為來年的春日播下希望??

決賽策劃

一、活動主題：放飛夢想聲出風(fēng)采

二、活動時間：2013年10月21日晚19:00

三、活動地點：模擬法庭一號廳

四、活動目的：豐富校園文化，活躍校園氣氛。通過比賽，給廣大同學(xué)一個的展現(xiàn)自我，認識自我，超越自我的舞臺，在這個舞臺 上可以充分展現(xiàn)大學(xué)生的氣質(zhì)、才能及特長，體現(xiàn)我院學(xué)生 的青春與活力。以此鍛煉并提高我院大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，在 豐富大家課余生活的同時，也為學(xué)院的各項活動選拔優(yōu)秀主 持人。

六、活動流程：

(一)前期宣傳：

1．在社聯(lián)人人，社聯(lián)微博，西政官網(wǎng)，西政巷子等可用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺上進行宣傳，并建立社聯(lián)歷年金話筒主持人大賽網(wǎng)址的鏈接

2.完成決賽的宣傳品，在必要的宣傳點張貼宣傳海報以及放置kt版。

3.決賽前2天進行遞推宣傳

（一）活動實施：（共115分鐘）

1.主持人報幕（包含選手半分鐘自我介紹，復(fù)賽導(dǎo)師對選手

寄語，嘉賓致詞）（13分鐘）

2.比賽第一輪：垂簾被“聽政”（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

規(guī)則：8名參賽選手隱于簾后，待主持人報幕后，一一朗誦預(yù)先抽好的“主持人開場白”，之后由評委計分

說明：（1）該項目考察參賽選手普通話水平和抑揚頓挫的韻律感

（2）由評委為每位選手的表現(xiàn)打分，此輪比賽不淘汰不晉級

3．進行中途游戲1（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

4.比賽第二輪：儀容拼拼看（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

規(guī)則：（1）8名參賽選手在其他人做游戲時可在臺下由專人補妝；若有時間限制亦可賽前做一定準備

（2）游戲結(jié)束后，選手選擇評委做搭檔，進行T臺走秀，之后由評委計分。

說明：該項目考察參賽選手儀容

5.進行中途游戲2（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

6.比賽第三輪：“別樣青春，同樣精彩”（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

規(guī)則：4名選手可按照自己的特長表演一個節(jié)目，盡情展示自己，限時2分鐘，內(nèi)容不限

說明：此環(huán)節(jié)作為加分環(huán)節(jié)，評委根據(jù)選手的表演狀況進行評分

主持人宣布8名選手前三輪累積得分，淘汰三人。

7.比賽第四輪：應(yīng)變大考驗（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

規(guī)則：采取“評委提問，選手回答”模式。問題可為：（1）若嘉賓在主持人報幕后遲遲沒有出現(xiàn)，該如何處理。（2）音響，話筒在說話時突然罷工，又該如何處理。（3）提實事論點，看選手回答的條理性敏捷性等等。

說明：該項考察選手應(yīng)變能力等

8.進行中途游戲4（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

主持人宣布5名選手前三輪累積得分，淘汰兩人。

9.比賽第五輪：“真槍實戰(zhàn)”（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

規(guī)則：3名選手男女搭配，可選評委做搭檔進行一次較完整的主持活動，活動主題及形式最好常見，如：班級元旦晚會，院級迎新晚會，校級大型活動等。

說明：該項考察男女生主持協(xié)作默契程度，且僅演練主持人報幕

10.進行中途游戲5（預(yù)計時間：分鐘）

11.主持人宣布3名選手最終得分，宣布金、銀、銅主持人得主，并為其頒獎，謝幕
