第二篇：是否提倡大學生自費出國留學

謝謝主席，各位觀眾、評委：

大家晚上好，很高興在這里參加辯論賽，請允許我首先謝謝對方一辯感情豐富,慷慨激昂的陳詞.但我卻發現對方辯友在陳詞立意等中有很多問題，首先，我方的觀點是，不提倡大學生自費出國留學。觀點如下：

很顯然，此次辯題重點在于是否自費上，但是大學生自費出國留學存在諸多弊端，所以我方觀點是不提倡大學生自費出國留學：

一、對于大部分的中國家庭來說，自費出國留學將給大學生的家庭帶來沉重的經濟負擔。

1、自費出國留學費用高。

2、大學生在國外打工受到很大的限制，大學生在國外賺錢,與當地的大學生的競爭無明顯優勢（針對大多數）打工就業機會少，受到限制，競爭強烈，打工受到限制。各國的政策。與當地的大學生競爭。

二、大學生出國動機不純。

1、滿足虛榮心。

2、盲目出國，目的不清晰。（事先未想好自己是否適合出國，就盲目跟風）

3、抱著發財夢

三、國內高等教育體制正在逐步完善，資源更加豐富，與國外的大學的關系更加緊密，已能滿足大部分人的需求，并且留學含金量逐年降低。

1、我國高等教育體制正在逐步完善（國外來華留學生越來越多）。

2、與國外大學的聯系更加緊密（在國內也可學習國外大學的精品課程）。

3、留學含金量低。（可舉國外大學教學質量參差不起、簽證難度大大降低等例子，“海歸”變“海帶”）

四、自費出國留學會對國家經濟產生消極的影響和導致國家人才的流失。

1、影響國家經濟（資金流失，為他國創造外匯）

2、人才流失（回國率低）

五、大部分自費出國留學的大學生求學效果不理想 自理與獨立能力，自制能力，交際與文化適應能力

第三篇：出國留學的英語

據立思辰留學360介紹：對中國學生來說，德國留學最大的障礙是語言。由于大部分中國學生學習的是英語，感到德語授課難度大，因此大多數申請德國的學生會選擇英語授課。然而德國留學英語授課的課程主要集中在碩士，且每個學校開設的專業不多，這為申請赴德留學增加了難度。

德國留學英語授課的專業數量相對較少，以理工科以及商科專業為主，包括工程學、計算機科學、化學、材料學、分子生物、工程物理學、農林科學、環境科學以及經濟學與社會學等;文科專業則包括文化與社會學、對外德語研究、心理學等。由于英文授課的文科專業比理工科、商科少，因此建議想在德國學習文科專業的學生，努力在國內學習德語，提高德語成績。否則將很難順利完成在德學業。

從歷年的申請情況看，赴德深造的學生，專業集中在理工科，且傾向于德國留學英語授課。而德國公立大學免學費入讀的政策更刺激了赴德留學的熱潮。

德國英語授課的一般來說就是MBA，授課時間理論上是兩年。純英文授課課程一般情況無須提供德福測試成績，只需提供雅思或托福成績即可。尤其是國際課程一定要有雅思或者托福成績證明的，至少你在國內申請國際課程這是必須的!對語言要求一般是新托福82分以上、雅思6.0以上即可，這里提到的語言成績是個基本錄取要求。雖然說托福100分不一定就能上名校拿獎學金，但是從目前的一些申請經驗來看，新托福75分是最低線要求82分才僅僅是被錄取的希望，與此同時德國院校還根據當年的申請人數多少、申請人以往學習情況等指標進行綜合評定，好的語言成績只是讓你更具競爭力而不是名校的保證書。如果相關專業申請人數不多條件肯定會適當放寬，反之亦然則申請條件也會水漲船高。注意：個別德國大學不同專業對IBT的各部分最低分也有最低要求，因此不要單純看總分，總分并非代表全部，而有關詳細的招收條件還需自己訪問相關德國大學的網站做最終確認。

如果學生能夠取得GRE成績，會對部分理科專業的申請有所幫助。但是德國大學普遍對GRE的成績沒有強制要求。還想提醒同學們，如果對直接申請德國碩士沒有十足把握，可考慮增加其他有英語授課專業的小語種國家，如荷蘭、挪威等，以提高申請成功率。
